I have no issues with the location. The employees were courteous and helpful. I had a horrible experience with the online system. I checked in ahead of time and had all of my information input and arrived at the vehicle for the final steps. At that time the system failed and would not allow me to finish the transaction. I then had to go into the location, wait in line and provide all of the same information that I had input previously. The employees indicated that this happens a lot and they wish that U-Haul would stop offering the online check in. Either offer it and get it right or don't offer it all.Mark M.

Didn't drive well at all. Steering was a bit off but seemed like problem with engine. They assured me that the dolly was in the truck when I got to the location realized it wasn't and needed to help move all my sons heavy contents. Charges were much more than expected. Didn't dare try to fill up since truck wasn't operating well and was told that would be an addl $30 plus approx $5 per gallon. Call to discuss any more details.Kathryn A.

Reserved a 10' truck and when we arrived to the location, I was told they didn't have a 10' truck and that I should have received a call. I never received a call a s was on a time timeframe and needed something. I was given a cargo van which caused me to make multiple trips, which would have taken one in the 10' van. Renting an appliance dolly via the website was not possible. The telephone number was for a call center, not for the store. They gave me incorrect store hours.Mark F.
I scheduled a reservation and the only two people at the counter were busy which made us late to the appointment and late for moving. We planned to have it only for two hours but it took an hour to even get the van when there was only one customer getting help besides me. We finally get the van and moved but came back late which wasn't our fault which i explained above. Now Im getting charged for the van and all these other charges that i already payed for IN the store! Ridiculous.JENA F.

I asked for a pickup truck and was told one would be available the next day. When I arrived the following morning, there was no pickup. I had to rent a larger and more expensive moving van. The amount of fuel in the truck was incorrect on the worksheet. Didn't notice until I had already driven off of the lot. Based on the amount I was charged, the fuel economy on that particular truck was 1 mile to 1 gallon of gas, at best. Absolutely ridiculous. The lady working today was already having an issue with a real Adam Henry, so I didn't push the subject. However there needs to be better attention paid to the actual amount of fuel in a given vehicle. Especially since you are charging over $4 per gallon for a "convenience" fee.DAVID S.

The truck is in need of serious service. Continuous missing and bad exceleration due to that. I drove 42 miles and used 10 gallons of fuel. Most of those miles were interstate.KEVIN H.

This location is one that I will never gon back to. They called me early next day talking the gas was not correct even tho I used mobile check in and took pictures after she look she said I see the problem it was from a previous time someone didn't log it in right since that didn't work she wanted to charge me for a piece of foam that was left In the truck one piece. I Love that you're able to truck share. I only needed the vehicle for a few hours. I picked up the vehicle at 3:00pm and returned it by 7:00pm. It cost me about $33.00 for a move that would have cost a lot more had I hired a moving company. The guy who checked me out was friendly and efficient. The vehicle was perfect!ROSITA H.

Well the first location called me 10 minutes before the time I was suppose to get the Uhaul to tell me they booked someone else at the same time as me and gave it to them. Tried to send me alllllll the way out no where near to where I lived.. Had to wait to 3:00 to get another one so had to move in the snow.. I'll never rent from uhaul again.. I returned the truck at just under 1/4 tank - exactly as I received it. I drove it 54 miles & put in 6 gallons of gas. I was then charged $7.40 for ONE gallon of gas. While the service was friendly & helpful, I would not recommend this location.Amy B.

we asked for a 12 foot trailer and they gave us a 10 foot and it would not do the job. on top of that they charged us for 3 days when we only had it for 2 hours because it didn't work. I was told that i had to have MY bank call them to get a code so the money could go back on my card. when I called my bank they informed me that they had already taken the money and all they have to do is a refund. I called u-hall back and they gave me another line of BS. Know I'm out $121.83 with NO Refund and NO use of a trailer that could hall what I needed mover because the trailer was to short. The layout was a lie, there is no easy access to the 2nd or 3rd floor. The units doors don't even go to the ground, so our goal or storing a piano was quickly met with failure. We didn't even bother breaking that tag of the storage unit we just left and requested our contract be canceled. I've never seen such a sad excuses for a storage unit, especially considering it cost the same amount a proper storage unit would cost.Nicholas O. | Online Move In
I was told by the phone reservationist the facility had a freight elevator to move my furniture to the 3rd floor, so I accepted a third floor unit. When I got to the facility, I learned there was no elevator in the facility. When checking in, the service agent didn't appear how to input data into the computer. He kept making mistakes and had to redo most items. When I asked if this basic info was in the system because I provided it when I made the reservation. He responded, " Don't get me started about the call center." My movers were waiting to unload their truck and were getting quite impatient. They estimated my fee based on time and had not allowed for a 30 minute check in at the storage unit. humidity control (musty,, mildew) is understandably sub-optimal on units with outside walls; single dehumidifier for large square foot facility - more of a facility design issue (U-Haul corporate vs. local management); less of a problem for units central to building Bill Meguschar. and staff do a fine job - good service, friendly, helpful, work to resolve any issues and in general a pleasure to do business with; would recommend to others and use in the future cost increases were regular and not as price competitive as some, but I utilized the facility for longer than expected (ended up with 2 units @$150, $300/mo total for over a year) so this was inevitable many thanks, Bill EllisonWILLIAM E. | Overall Experience

We canceled our storage unit as sooon as we saw it. There were plywood walls and water satin all along the bottom. There was standing water outside the storage garage as well. Staff was kind and helpful, found us another UHaul storage location to go to.Mark S. | Overall Experience
The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Very professional people. The office area was clean and nice. The storage area was awful. The unit I was shown to had thin plywood walls with water stain about three inches up. Additionally there was standing water outside of the storage unit by the entrance. I was not about to leave my furniture there! The helpful staff found me another U Haul storage facility not too far away that was newer and had cleaner storage. That worked out for us.
