The attended barely acknowledged our present. He was busy on his cell phone with personal items. The reserve furniture pads or not all in stock. The tire pressure is low and they were able to do anything about it. All in all it seemed like we were just a bother to them.

the inside of the cab needed some love. No AC and some rubber loose around driver. I think the location could improve from operating under the assumption that this is someone’s first time or at least ask if it is. I had a lot of questions and no idea what the process was, where I was going, how to get out of the lot, where to return etc. I did NOT receive my dolly that I paid for. The person that took the keys from me at the end was nice and actually smiled at me so that made it better. I’m giving an above average because over all… it was easy, just wasn’t a clear and welcoming process for a first timer. Now that I know, I’d happily rent again. Thank you

When I paid off my daughter's bill & went to empty her unit I couldn't get in bcs they didn't lift her pin number restriction. No one was available to assist. Last person I talked to offered a $100 pay out AFTER I couldn't get in which wasn't my fault...I went back AGAIN 2 months later to pay and empty the unit but my daughter's belongings were auctioned off from what I was told was possibly by mistake bcs her bill wasn't on a lien as of yet. I was told someone would call me and resolve the situation but I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. The automated service sends you in circles when you call...This IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS! 😞

This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with Uhaul. The customer service was subpar. I was giving a rental that smelled like marijuana. I went immediately back into the store told the gentleman and he didn’t even seem to care. He told me well there is no other rental I can give you. I had to ask him to come smell it for himself so that they didn’t think I was the one who did it. He then sprayed disinfectant spray which did nothing but make the headache I got from the marijuana smell even worse. I will never go back to this location ever.

The location is tightly “shoe horned” at 52nd and Keystone, so returning after closing with multiple trucks in the drive is somewhat challenging. I would have the counter folks strongly recommend that returning trucks pull as far forward as possible, even past the return canopy. That way multiple trucks can more easily pull in for their return.

Didn’t receive much help or instructions on anything. This was my first time using U-Haul services and had to ask a bunch of questions to clarify what I needed to do for return, if I needed to bring the truck back full of gas etc. Also roamed around the lot for like 5 minutes feeling like an idiot not being able to find the truck where the lady told me it would be…it was parked on the other side of the building out front. Truck smelled like garbage inside too

This storage unit met my needs during a time of change in my life. The facility is sometimes swept, but sometimes there’s junk that’s been dumped on the floors for day. There were several times I visited with people’s possessions dumped out outside beside the loading dock. The bathroom was out of toilet paper the time I tried to go. There was rarely a time when I could access the initial box to enter the code because there were trucks and trailers in front of it. The loading ramp is hard to access because it’s a tight squeeze with trailers and trucks parked in front of the entrance. The facility staff were nice and helped when my code didn’t work or I had trouble accessing the box. It was easy to sign up and I’m glad I could get in by the next day or within hours of paying. I’d love if they could prorate a month, since I moved out in the middle of a 30-day billing cycle, but that’s minor to the code boxes being consistently difficult to access.

From the past manager to the current one Bryon. It has been the most convenient and easiest experience with UHAUL. Any time i had an issue, rather it be payment and or just getting access to the facility. They were always there. With a smiling face and welcome energy, as if they were happy to help. Good people are hard to come by these days, however you've managed to keep good ones around. For the past few years while i have been renting from you. I really appreciate that. The lady that rented the unit to me entered the wrong information and a letter was sent to someone that should have never received the letter. No elevator or lift to get to the 3rd floor units. Storage units are not all that secure. Anyone could kick thru the wood doors.

This storage had a water leak for over 2 years and never notified me to let me know that my stuff was destroyed and molded and wet I had to come up to this facility and was getting ready to move out find out that my stuff was Destroy overall I really had no problems with this facility sometimes you could call the phone and no one never answers but when you get there someone is always sitting at the desk or maybe out in the garage smoking a cigarette on the phone but if I had to re-rent I will probably use you all again thank you and have a great day

I had problems getting in contact with management when I needed help. When I signed up for automatic payment arrangement they would charge my bank card twice every month, I would have to call for the inconvenience. I was promised a discount for signing for automatic payments and never received it. After I moved my stuff out of storage I found that I am missing a lot of my stuff, I am missing pictures for my decorations, lamps, and a few boxes of clothes. I do not know where they are or why they would be missing

All of the staff at this location was respectful, friendly, courteous and just Awesome. If you send in secret shoppers to the other locations [pendelton pike] with adults well beyond their 30s and the young adults at the[ keystone ave] they will put them to shame. With staff like them keystone is my set location. Moving is stressful enough. Those types of people keep your customers coming back. This was for my mom. I was done with Uhaul after my last experience. My reservation was switched to a terrible far places that costs me more than I ever paid when using yaw. Those young adults renewed my faith in yaw.

I've only had my storage unit for a few days, however it's clean, accessible by car or Mass transit, indoors with Indoor/outdoor security cameras with 7am-11pm accessibility. Only grip is there's no elevator, so plan to walk with items up to 3 flights of stairs & or the incline walkway to side entrance.

Everything was great except all the debris from the ceiling??? Mice or rot or something created a bunch of saw dust like substance that covered our belongings in the back of the unit we rented. All else was well.

The layout was a lie, there is no easy access to the 2nd or 3rd floor. The units doors don't even go to the ground, so our goal or storing a piano was quickly met with failure. We didn't even bother breaking that tag of the storage unit we just left and requested our contract be canceled. I've never seen such a sad excuses for a storage unit, especially considering it cost the same amount a proper storage unit would cost.

I was told by the phone reservationist the facility had a freight elevator to move my furniture to the 3rd floor, so I accepted a third floor unit. When I got to the facility, I learned there was no elevator in the facility. When checking in, the service agent didn’t appear how to input data into the computer. He kept making mistakes and had to redo most items. When I asked if this basic info was in the system because I provided it when I made the reservation. He responded, “ Don’t get me started about the call center.” My movers were waiting to unload their truck and were getting quite impatient. They estimated my fee based on time and had not allowed for a 30 minute check in at the storage unit. These things need to be addressed by management and corrected if I am to recommend U Haul.

humidity control (musty,, mildew) is understandably sub-optimal on units with outside walls; single dehumidifier for large square foot facility - more of a facility design issue (U-Haul corporate vs. local management); less of a problem for units central to building Bill Meguschar. and staff do a fine job - good service, friendly, helpful, work to resolve any issues and in general a pleasure to do business with; would recommend to others and use in the future cost increases were regular and not as price competitive as some, but I utilized the facility for longer than expected (ended up with 2 units @$150, $300/mo total for over a year) so this was inevitable many thanks, Bill Ellison

Recommend putting in ramps and remove the stairs by the unloading docks. It was a pain using one cart to unload things from the trailer, then transfer to another cart and then push stuff to the unit.

We canceled our storage unit as sooon as we saw it. There were plywood walls and water satin all along the bottom. There was standing water outside the storage garage as well. Staff was kind and helpful, found us another UHaul storage location to go to.

The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Very professional people. The office area was clean and nice. The storage area was awful. The unit I was shown to had thin plywood walls with water stain about three inches up. Additionally there was standing water outside of the storage unit by the entrance. I was not about to leave my furniture there! The helpful staff found me another U Haul storage facility not too far away that was newer and had cleaner storage. That worked out for us. You need to redo your storage facility or charge way less, I would not have even stored my things for free there though!

The service was exceptional! I give it 5 stars. The storage facility is clean, but is multi-level with stairs and no freight elevator. There is a steep ramp. Loading is precarious and a safety issue.
