ordered utility dolly. Upon arrival they did not have one. They gave me a appliance dolly, but the utility dolly would have made my life a lot easier, which is why I reserved it.

Darius was very helpful and knowledgeable. As a 71 yr old lady I was a bit apprehensive about driving that large van, but Darius dispelled all fears. The van was ready ahead of time and it only took a few minutes to process the transaction.

The truck was extremely dirty. Someone left the air hose nozzle in the truck and a filthy towel and the seat looked like what appeared to be smeared oil on it. The truck had NO GAS in it. The appliance dollies' wheels were so worn out, it made it difficult to go up two flights of stairs. I usually have a great experience with using Uhaul for my moving needs. This time, not so much. I hope they make improvements to these issues so that I remain a customer at this convenient location.

After calling several local U-Hauls to try and get some assistance one location even asking “yeah what do you need?” no greeting barely a hello, still ended up using customer service to get a rental. I was not pleased with the service that was rendered with the last minute changes I wish I could have had another option. I will definitely have second thoughts about using this company again. I have always used this company before; but this time I'm upset by the inconvenience overall along with the nonchalant not my fault nor problem attitudes of people I came in contact with. I didn't get the sense of customer service. Although I'm sure it was pleasant to take my money. If you all read this hopes that you implement the necessary changes. It's not a good look.

Was given one price from asst manager. I called and changed truck size to smaller truck.when I picked it up the lady said that my price was higher than the bigger truck went from 15 foot to 10 foot went to pick truck up at 6:30 and was told truck was scheduled for 5 and that was time to return and that or I would be charged for another day. I called 800 # and was given a extra day I did the changes because I had to have truck and couldn't afford to check with other companies

Opening time posted as 7a. I arrived a bit before 7a and it was already open. Minor, but I would have been there earlier if I had known. My truck needed air in the tires. Happily, taken care of by an employee when I asked. Staff seemed a little haphazard and disorganized. Energetic, though.

Your GM is a racist. She was very rude to me and she refuse to respond to my emails or ones from my family. I paid you all for about three years, and when i was hospitalized for emergency surgery, my daughter asked for a possible ext. Dhe even had a letter from my doctor. Your female GM said, I don't care if she is sick. She has to pay. My daughter never said she would pay, only asked for a few days after the 3rd. So, no I will not be telling anybody about how good you are. You all should be ashamed. She is a rude, racist who does nit have a heart of compassion. I paid, yes I did!

The driver's side window on first truck assigned was inoperable. The second truck was filthy and they made no attempt to clean it. It was also excessively noisy in the cab while driving and highly inefficient with fuel. No dolly was available, in spite of it being reserved and only a third of the pads I ordered were available.

I was told ONE of my TWO trucks (that followed each other) had 300'ish miles MORE than the other. Zing: charge to my Discover card! When I & my drivers explained there's no way that could happen (one driver had documentation of his trucks mileage at each stop)---it didn't matter. We were charged for the extra. I was not happy:'that's our policy' was all I was told. You [I] can make a grievance with the company. Then 10" down the road I got a call "yeah, i logged something in wrong, so your Discover card will be reversed". No apology....not a very good experience on the Arkansas end of this trip!

I never got a dolly even though I was charged for it, this made my move much more difficult. The one who handed me the keys, mentioned he didn't have a dolly for me but he didn't make any note or adjustment to my bill. I also left more gas in the vehicle then what was in it, shouldn't there be a credit there too since charges are applicable when you bring it back with less fuel?

I tried to call the location to know if I can drop my car upon picking the rented truck, I was on the phone for 30 min, someone told me that the location manager will call me, I never received a call, finally had to ask someone to drop me. Once there, I saw that they had parking for customers, and the manager could have called (he was just walking around), but not called me, and they gave me a paper showing the truck was full in fuel, but upon checking, it was not full. I brought the truck full in fuel, he refused to credit me with extra fuel I brought. Overall, their customer service was mediocre at best.

Customer service was on point at the Kanis location in Little Rock AR. Phones & walk-in traffic seemed very busy, staff handled every customer with efficiency & were incredibly helpful & genuinely friendly.

No one was at the deck when i came to check in. Staff was outside cleaning and doing other duties. A second and third customer joined me in the office before the staff came in to attend the desk. The gentleman who helped me at the desk was awesome. So was the guy who helped connect the trailer. I was not told that an after hours drop off would cost an additional $20. Was not told about a $15 cleaning charge. We returned the vehicle the same day and was spotless. We transported a table and some chairs. Those two charges doubles the cost of our 1 day (5 hour rental). I understand that COVID has affected all businesses, but a $15 charge to clean is price gouging and $20 after hours drop off with reduced hours of operations is opportunistic and borderline sleezy. Very disappointed in this uhaul experience.

I visited Uhall on the ninth of this month, as usual to pay my bill or earlier, italk to one of the supervisors about what kind of help that they were doing for their Customers due to Covid 19, he only offered me late fees coverage, that's not a issue i am never late been using the storages for three years was having problems cause i am now unemployed, couldn't GET ANY HELP UNBELIEVABLE

The employees were very friendly and helpful, but the facilities seemed to have many issues. A lot of interior lights were burned out on multiple occasions when we visited, the gate to access the storage building area was always open when we visited, we noticed rat poison laying around, multiple units near my own had cards on the door that said they had mold growing inside and remained that way the entirety of the time I had my unit, and the insulation on the ceiling in my unit was falling apart so badly that all of my items had to be cleaned off upon removal. As I said, the staff was always kind and helpful, but the facilities could use some better upkeep.

I had a free one month storage as a bonus for renting from Uhaul which in itself was a plus. The staff went above and beyond in networking for me to help sell the fridge I was storing, saving me storage fees. I am very grateful to them for their efforts and time. It is a blessing to have caring people, especially during the time of a stressful move. Thank you again management and staff of Kanis Rd store in Little Rock.

My only complaint is that the outdoor access storage unit I reserved online was not actually available when I arrived. There were indoor and larger units available, just not what I asked for or what was confirmed online. The storage unit I ended up with was $30 more per month, which will add up over time. I was told that the U-Haul website confirmation doesn't necessarily mean anything for the local U-haul businesses. I've had this problem before where the right hand doesn't know (or care) what the left hand is doing. The local folks did try to accommodate my exist request, but it would have meant going to a different branch/facility, one further away from my residence. The average rating is for the complete (and final day of the) U-Haul experience.
