The personnel seemed competent, but they didn't say, "Hello," "Thank you," "How was your experience using UHaul," or anything. They seemed barely interested in my business. You could at least train your employees to be polite. AND you should quit this practice of last-minute "oops, not available after all" texts. I will not be using U-Haul again, and I've posted on social media about my bad experience.

There was some type of oily substance in the drink holder. This got all over everything, my clothes, my hands, etc. Very frustrating to have to clean up someone else’s mess that caused a mess for me!

They had 3 people at the counter and were disorganized. The Rep. Was really slow and lacked confidence in what he was doing. When he finally did get me processed in, he couldn't get anyone to find the trailer and get me hooked up. There were U-Haul staff everywhere. It was very disappointing at this location. Then when I went to load my vehicle, the U-Haul staff didn't hook my trailer properly. It jumped up and destroyed my tail gate.

I was treated rude. Was hung up on and over charge. This is the third time that a customer service rep mess up my contract and i had money on hold for 30 days.

The $30 late fee on the 3rd day after your due date is like racketeering other storage facilities charge a $1 a day when late.

I would recommend this Uhaul if you're in need of a storage or a truck if or when you move. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

I ended my contract mid month and was expecting a pro-rated refund of the last month paid. That would be my only gripe and they raised my fees 2 months into my agreement. Bait and switch.

We had a great experience until we moved out. Our card was ran for the whole month with no prorating options. That is a cheap way to do business. U-haul should really look at amending the policy.

The staff was so slow at getting to the customers in the lobby. The older lady in the store has the most nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen. She was rude, disrespectful, and not polite at all.
