Customer service needs improvement. The lady who helped me seemed annoyed to be there. Everything else was great. Very easy and convenient.

I have witnessed numerous customers complain about you trying to charge for another day. Let me explain, if the person is checking a vehicle out to you they will ask you when will you be returning the vehicle you mite say in 5 hours or 6 hours. And if it goes past that time, they want to charge you another day. In which you are renting the vehicle at a all day rate. So why are you all doing that. Please explain!! Thanks Aaron Clark

Customer service needs to go above and beyond for customers that are spending their money at this establishment.

Associate who handled this rental was not throughly familiar with the the reservation/rental software. The software itself also seemed to be buggy and he had to call the national reservation operator to un-cancel an accidental cancelation. The software used to complete transactions by the associate appears to be so complex that this further creates very long delays (30-45 minutes) to acquire vehicles and trailers.

Need more training for the employees. They didn't seem very enthusiastic when we went to pick up the vehicle but when we brought it back they were hopping because friday is a busy day. I asked several questions and they didn't seem to know the answer. Also their customer service skills need to be tweeked with manners.

Study a NcDonalds that follow Corp policy. They get customers in & out quickly. You hang on to them and create a logjam. People are friendly, helpful and slow. But that's the Georgia way, isn't it.

No improvement needed. I required a cargo van in a hurry to transport something. I arrived and was in a vehicle within 15 minutes and brought it back an hour later. Painless....... The only general complaint is most of the uhaul facilities I have used are tightly filled and sometime have little parking for customers.

The guys who did the moving were excellent. The people in the office are cheaters and are like conmen. They quoted me a price for pick up and delivery, which includes 10 hours of labor plus supplies. My move took 10.5 hours and less supplies than anticipated but I had to pay more than $1000 extra.. They made me aware of the extra payment only after the furniture was loaded. When I inquired why the discrepancy, the best explanation was that I verified the pick up date and time with a different person who called me from the office, and not the one who gave me the quote. They would not acknowledge the quote and everyone I spoke with said the problem was not fixable, because i verified the pick up date and time with a person other than the one who gave me the quote. Almost the exact thing played out with that came to pick up the junk. Again, I was quoted $289 from the rep was in my house for more than an hour and documented all that was to be junked. But the guys that came to haul away the junk said it is impossible for anyone else to give me a quote, other than them. I ended paying, not $289 but $566. These junk haulers also took a green basket of game equipment and denied multiple times that they took it. They only admitted it when we told them that we would review the surveillance video. More than two managers we spoke to about this incident, made it seem like this was routine, so they will just replace them. This is a con man operation. No quote they give you will be honored. They will just tell you that you did nothing wrong, and what they did wrong is not fixable, and that you must pay. And this will be told to you after 6 hours of loading. Cheaters and scammers, that’s who they are.

The representative that helps me to check out had no personality or customer service experience. She wasn’t able to answer a question about a add on that I had selected and her overall customer service turned me off.

Be honest with customet. Store charged me $26.50 for gas. I had filled gas to the same level as when i checked out. I went back and showed reciept. He admitted mistake and refunded my money. Had i not paid attention, they could have got away with cheating. Please be honest.

I was charged twice after notifying you guys that the information was wrong when checking out. I also took pictures and upload them for proof that the mileage and fuel levels was incorrect and also the vehicle was damage

Customer service is lacking. I stood in line and no one even said: 'we'll be right with you.' I had a confirmed reservation with quick check in for 5:00 pm. I got there at 4;50 pm and was told that the truck was not available and I had to wait until it came in. Of course I was not pleased and was told that it was not yet 5:00 pm. Mr. DJ Henderson even threatened to cancel my registration and I had to beg him to let me have the truck. I doubt I will ever go back to this locatiob.

First of all they lied and said I would get one month free which never happened. Then they had everything put in my mom's name when it was my storage and I tried to get it off but it never happened.

Well organized facility with carts always readily available for use, of course I tried to use them during “off” hours-very nice personnel in the office!

I don't like the fact that I moved out on the 5th and I had to pay rent on the 3rd I feel that's unfair I paid to stay 2 days .Rent should be prorated .I feel that's a rip off .
