Poor U-Haul experience. Customer service was bad too. Truck had 1 mile more than contract. When I told attendant he said to use my phone to take a picture of odometer and update online But my internet wasn't working. Your worker should've come to help. Thanks for stealing $1.38 from me. When I tried to check in truck after hours internet wasn't working so could not do it.daniel C.

The side door fell off. The rubber on the rim of the door came off, too. Someone can get hurt. You should definitely fix the door before renting it out again. Other than that David was very nice and helpful.KENNETH J.

I spent over an hour and a half on the phone waiting gor someone to answer. When I did talk to some one, I was transferred four times. The fourth one was right back to where I started, at customer service. The only uhaul employee who knew what they were doing was Ashley and was willing to stay with me. I made reservations for equipment that required me to travel from one city to another. Of course I had to pay for mileage. This is one inept screwed up operation. God forbid if I ever have to use uhaul again.Ramon P.

The truck had a lot of mud behind the front tires like someone went off roading. I asked to reserve a regular hand truck and an appliance hand truck but he didn't have either one when I got there. He said it can be reserved but it is not necessarily on site. He did find a small one which helped but if you reserve something it should be there. Other than that the trucks always run well and make the trip easy. Cameron runs a good store. I always go there even though I live 30 miles away. Thanks Cameron.ALAN B.

The use of third parties to answer the phone is ridiculous. I waited over 45 minutes on HOLD to ask a question in preparation for picking up the vehicle. In addition, the site for pick up was changed less than 24 hours before pick up.RICHARD M.
I came to drop off the U-Haul with a buddy that helped me drop it off, he was walking around looking because he was soon planning to move himself and a WORKER was backing up and as my friend was crossing he didn't stop and kept honking the horn like crazy then got off the U-Haul and started coming at my buddy saying â€œdo you not see I was honking at youâ€ and as I was saying he doesn't speak English sorry he told me to â€œshut the fuck upâ€ cause he wasn't talking to me and my buddy didn't know any English so all he was trying to say is that he had to stop and he started calling him a bitch and a pussy and said he would pop him in the face and the general manager was standing right there doing nothing and when I asked for his name the General Manager, said he'd handle it, he wasn't even telling the guy to back off. Uhaul has become overpriced and under staffed. $500.00 for a 5x9 open trailer is unheard of. They are taking advantage of this pandemic. I couldn't even rent the trailer for only 3 days. They made me keep it for a week and pay $100.00 per day. Uhaul is disgusting!!!James S.

Reserved moving blanks but non available when I arrived. Major hassle in coordinating alternatives. Dolly was ordered, confirmed on checkin, but not loaded in trailer requiring return trip to location. Desk staff at the S. Harbor location were courteous and helpful. The U-Haul phone support was also excellent: I dealt with 3 different agents and they all provided superlative service. The website was also easy to use and intuitive. After experiencing the three "channels": in-person, phone and web, I came away completely satisfied and impressed. Well done!Peter B.

The roll up door was difficult to close. It stuck about six inches from where you could latch it and I really had to push down hard to get it to close. If someone with less upper body strength rented this truck they would have a hard time closing the door and getting it latched. Also, you need more off street parking for those dropping people off or picking them up when renting a vehicle.DOUGLAS G.

Picked up rental on July 3rd, at 10am. The 2 guys at the front desk has this rude, lazy attitude like I was intruding on their personal time. Didn't say hi, used their finger instead of words to point at where I need to go and got annoyed I went to the wrong desk.
