Moving is a stressful time and the staff here made it worse for me. I went to the location a few days before I was supposed to load my box to ensure I could start early in the morning and the employee told me they set it up so I'd be able to get in early. Well, I arrived when the store opened on my loading day to be told by a different employee the box was not ready. The employee walked me to the box, opened it and showed me it wasn't ready... then asked me to leave because it was getting busy and told me she'd call me when it was ready. I went to work and received a text hours later telling me the box was ready and I only had 8 hours to load it despite me asking for more time. I felt staff were not very considerate of my time and no one knew what was going on. Somehow -- thankfully -- the box shipped and arrived on time.Andrew P.
Need later hours in the evenings to access units due to people work until 6:00 pm and can't access units after 7:00 pm. Facility also never had the sliding doors open/unlocked a majority of my visits and made it difficult to get items in and out of storage. Was scared to death when noticing the engine light on when we noticed within the first mile out. Called for help; no one answered locally or nationally for about 20 minutes while we worried about going on. We decided to take a chance, and we kept calling for the next 30 minutes until we decided no one would answer us. We were on our own. Light went out on the way home. The uhaul a was leaking from the exhausted and it was not water. The uhaul was completely empty of fuel when I was given it. The dolly I bought wasn't in the uhaul or available. The woman at the desk was unprofessional, and did not give us the right instructions. She told us we could drop off the uhaul empty since it was given to us empty and then I was charged for gas when I returned and had to get a refund because their employer did not understand her job.Samantha G.
Better customer service. The rep was very rude after I was given the run around for over a day after making a reservation and no truck being available. A/C was not working in the truck that was rented. Fortunately, the weather was not hot so that was not a big problem but will be as the weather gets hotter. The truck rode very rough as if the wheels were out-of-balance but it did have a lot of power and at 26' it had plenty of room.Brandon L.

Vehicle was clean in a basic sense but definitely had a dirty smell to it especially with the air conditioner on. Also lots of noise as you pick up speed on the highway (something was banging or of the walls was vibrating). Seats and dashboard could use interior detail cleaning as it was slightly grimeyNeal G.
Contact customers immediately if the reservation has to be modified to meet store availability in order to also satisfy the customers expectations. My reservation was changed or modified and caused me to be charged for a time I didn't commit too. And didn't have the equipment I reserved. I need my Deposit back. Make sure all wiring for your trailers are good. I had to rewire the trailer with a whole new wiring connectors because the old one had a splice in it! And don't have a woman with acrilic nails on install hitches she put the wrong type of hitch on my van! Will not be doing business with y'all at this location again! My wife picked up uhaul with a check engine light . Employee told my wife it's not a big deal due to it was a low mileage ford. I am a service director at ford I scanned truck and found misfire codes on cylinder 8 and cylinder 7 . Very unprofessional and district manager is very unprofessional, rude and will over talk the customer trying to push his 20 percent refund. Truck was not ready at the pickup time (1/2 hour late) and given to me with an empty gas tank. I had to put 2 gallons in to make sure I could make the 8-mile trip I had scheduled!
