Im homeless and it was everything I had, I can't even just get my kids stuff. I never got a certificates letter or anything saying it would be sold before it was sold. The 6 Uboxes arrived on 27 Sep 22 they were unloaded on 27 Sep 22. Called to Uhaul indicating the Uboxes could be picked up 27 Sep 22. Called every day the Uboxes could be picked up for the next 6 Was given different stories everyday. I got an email almost everyday indicating Uhaul was coming to pick up the Uboxes between 8 AM and 10 AM. I got an email from Uhaul that the boxes should be unloaded and read.y for pickup not later than 5 oct 22. Uhaul finally came and picked up the uboxes on the 12 oct 22. I think Uhaul should compansate me for all the issues of not being able to use my driveway, boxes setting on springler heads and grass could not get watered. Contiued false info from uhaul and had to move my car everyday down the street . This was a real mess and was caused by Uhaul. So compansate me from my stress and inconvenance. No complaints on employees at Augusta location. But the website instructs Ubox renters to call a number that is to a central location (Columbia, SC) and not the location your Ubox is actually stored. This is where the problem lies because there's a lack of communication for whatever reason between the two. I scheduled 3 appts with central to access my boxes in Augusta and when arriving at scheduled appt time in Augusta I was told all three times I couldn't access my boxes. Because a central had scheduled the appts on days they didn't have a forklift driver. Billing system is also screwed up. When I called to schedule appt to empty the boxes of my belongings because I no longer needed to rent them, I was told I had no balance owed and allowed to get my stuff. Several weeks later, I get harassing emails threatening a lien on my property for a past due balanceâ€¦so uhaul is threatening me with a lien on uboxes I haven't rented for several weeks now and are sitting empty on Uhaul's own property. Mmkay, Uhaul. Let me know how that works out for ya. Smdh.Kendra T.

My payment was past due and I was locked out of my storage before 30 days. Everything I own is in there and i would like to rectify this situation. When I called to make a payment, the employees could not find my information. The email I received on the 16th of September stated that I had 15 days from then, to make this payment. I was sent this close out survey on the 27th (that's 11 days). I am currently on a medical leave of absence from my job and I would like the opportunity to retrieve my property. My overall experience was a total nightmare. The woman in SC threatened to cancel my order and was so shockingly rude she made me cry. I was supposed to get reimbursed because the boxes we not delivered in time and of course I never was. I was over charged tk have them delivered to my final destination from what I was quoted and it took over a dozen calls to get them scheduled. The people who did help were amazing - Pat and Savanah down in Florida. I'm still trying to figure out how to get my money back and get reimbursed for the late drop off. I am not happy with this comany at all. It's amazing that no one cares about customer service.Michael G.

Just getting back in town. From the beginning it was a hassle. Wrong size storage unit rented, manger on duty Melvin Boseman was very unprofessional while unpacking storage unit. He even went as far as threatening to call the police on me for no reason. He was aggressive and very disrespectful. An employee by the name of Tremaine Lee was in attendance while Mr. Boseman hot out of control. After I told him his staff wasn't trained good enough no cards on site and I wasn't properly informed about my unit or the access. I addressed that and he got upset. I will not use this facility nor will I refer anybody to use this facility. The level of unprofessionalism that was reached a man trying to handle a woman. I waited 30 minute before being served as no one was in the office. From start to finish it took close to an hr and half just to get a unit. I had movers coming and luckily they let me know the unit number so they could work on unloading while I signed documents. There was a miscommunication with my unit. I was given the wrong size and the number given belonged to someone else. Then another unit I was going to get wasn't in the system.
