Linette A. | Overall ExperienceNo one came out to inspect the truck with me when I got it. It was not prepped (i.e. snow all over, had to use my own scraper. Back sliding door was frozen shut so I couldn't check it). Other than that it was ok.

heidi R.They told me the truck had 1/4 tank of gas, and when I got in it, it was way under 1/4 tank. It was also extremely difficult to find the key drop box. It looked nothing like the picture in the drop-off instructions. Other than that, everything was good.

william S.Why was I charged both a $33.25 'Fuel Charge' and Mileage fee (75 miles = $60) for my rental. I was not told that I needed to re-fuel the rental truck, and actually I thought the mileage fee would cover any re-fueling. When you rent a car, you don't get charged miliege, just a fee for re-fueling or you just re-fuel it yourself, Never charged both. It's BS.

Chris G.When I reserved the trailer the gm and the employee was great. When I picked up the trailer the employee was rude and very short, like she did not like her job. I thought I was getting a big tire trailer and I got a small tire trailer. I called to ask if it mattered it stated max 55 mph and we are going on highway. The same woman was rude again. I felt like she thought I was stupid. Don't you know adding weight to the trailer allows you to go faster. Sarcastically. Usually I would of just returned the trailer and tried to find another one somewhere else but I have family and friends that work here,and the store manager is very nice. I will return hopefully this employee has better days.

Donald P.I rented a pickup truck. Had to get it early but did not need it till 1:00 a.m. . When I hooked up a trailer to it at 1:00 a.m. and pulled out the low pressure light came on for a tire. Not something I was comfortable dealing with in the middle of the night so I had to park it back in my driveway and I did not get to use the truck returned it the next day. The girl said to me oh well I can't tell if you used it or not so we're billing you for a day. I wasn't real happy I paid for a day's rental and did not get to use the vehicle.
JAMES G.This review is for my entire experience from start to finish with Uhaul/U-boxes. Ultimately, I got what I needed which was my stuff picked up, stored, and delivered back to me. But the customer service experience with Uhaul was a nightmare; and it was pretty much universal with everyone I spoke to. For both the delivery and pickup of the boxes, it always felt like I had no idea whether they were actually going to show up or not. When they delivered the first time I hadn't heard from anyone the day before they were to be delivered and every person I spoke with on the phone seemed annoyed and completely uninterested in helping me. After loading the boxes I got a call asking why I didn't put locks on my boxes, even though I wasn't told to. They put them on and were supposed to mail me the keys, which I never received. So I got charged from the locks and then had to cut them off on arrival. When they were delivering to my second address after storage I made it really clear I had an appointment I could not miss later in the day and asked if it was at all possible to get a morning delivery. The first person told me no. The second person told me that wouldn't be a problem and I would be the first delivery of the day, so I should see the boxes between 10 and 12. They didn't show up until after 2:00. I wasn't living at the address yet; so I sat around ALL day waiting on them. The lone exception was the driver's actually delivering the boxes. They were very courteous and helpful throughout.

EDWINA O.My experience was less than satisfactory. The truck was in disrepair, the exhaust was so loud it upset the neighborhood. And to top that off I have been overcharged erroneously that has yet to be rectified.

It took them several days to come get it. And now they keep trying to charge me additional rent and I am no longer renting it. It's so exasperating!!!

I know that all business(s) are short staffed, and My request to switch units was privided with instructions to wait till my last day and clean out. I always have family and friends rent trucks, and when truck was returned, it appeared as if I would have to wait in line, I just went home. I entered store just to request amount needed for a 10x10 unit, and seemed as if I needed to provide all my information again, even though it is the same information from last week. I don't like to see people waiting in line, so i decided to just keep items in my garage. I really like all the employees but it just seems they are always busy

I didn't know the area so he even Guesstimate the mileage and she still gave me a hard time! This is not my first rodeo with UHaul but by far the worst experience ever! I won't be using this location again

She was not happy that I returned forth and back to ask a lot of questions about my storage. Hence, she refused me service and made me pass through a lot of stress to get a truck from another Uhaul branch from another location. This was not my first time of using Uhaul and I felt bad being treated this way. I believe I deserve an apology.

Around 5 others were trying to move at the same time as we were so it became beyond crowded. There was no way for all of us to be able to move around at once. Gnats and roaches were found. Cant wait to find somewhere to live so I can move my things asap
