Manager is efficient and very friendly. Equipment is new and well maintained. Service was fast.

The woman that initially helped me was great and she was super polite everything customer service should be. I then got the truck displaying "29 miles til empty." I then called and expressed my concern and they told me to take a picture. And they would put it in my notes. I then drove 3 miles and it went down substantially I then went and put $10 gas in only for it to go up 5 miles I then put another $10 in. It only went up to "30 miles til empty" crazy when I dropped $141 on the truck now I have to put $20 gas right out of the parking lot. Anyway I got to my destination after driving a total of 23.7 miles as I have saved for my own records. The gas went all the way down to near empty and I put another $10 in and it shot up to "48 miles til empty" I realized I made a mistake and put too much already in a hole from this gas meter misfortune. I then went to turn in the truck and never in my life have I met someone that hated their job more than this guy. He groaned at the fact I was there to turn in the truck I explained my frustrations and he straight up ignored me and told me I would be billed $202 and I am good to go. I speak clearly and I know him not hearing me wasnt the issue. The $202 was $61 more than what I initially put down on the deposit and this guy tried to tell me I went 30 miles when that was straight up impossible. I have NEVER EVER seen someone who didnt want to work more than him. Really its unbelievable when someone treats you like a burden in retail absolutely NO CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE WHATSOEVER. So understand this UHaul I dropped $202 on the truck for 3 days with an additional $30 in gas making it a rediculous $232 investment on a move. Thanks for pointing me in the direction to Penske on the next one. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB I also have pictures to prove my points. Tell your employees to step up and stop being lazy put enough gas in the truck to make it out parking lot and learn some customer service skills!

The General Manager of the North Pomona helped me and he was patience, detailed in instructions. I was there no more than ten minutes. The only improvement I would suggest is more parking spaces.

I was able to rent a truck without issue. I was quick to return and the store hours are very accommodating. The owner is a very nice person.

Eliminate the after hours charge for returns. I was unable to get my phone to connect with the website so it cost me an extra $20.00 to have someone check the vehicle in. My phone could not get a strong enough signal to work.

Typically, the service is EXCELLENT. Yesterday, I was helped by 2 completely incompetent people that just could not navigate a simple rental. I still do not have my refund on my credit card. Please train your employees better before you unleash them on paying customers. I should not have to call back to find out where my refund is. This is unacceptable.

There was one employee that I had to deal with several times (Angel). He was unwilling to help with even the most basic tasks. He wouldn't even help me find my unit. Otherwise my experience was great!
