Keep up the great communication and great Customer Service. Be sure to have staff explain final billing statement upon check out. Reported: Truck lock was bored out, didn't work and brakes needed adjustment. Otherwise truck worked just fine. Thank you.

I was supposed to get $50 credit due to the Uhaul guarantee. I was sent to this store from another store. On top of that, I was charged $20 for after hours check in, which is a total nonsense charge. I didn't have my phone and so I could not use the online app AND most importantly I wouldn't have had to do an after hours checkin IF my initial reservation was kept on time!!!! Uhaul owes me 70 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service at the counter was nice, but there was little explanation about where to find my truck besides “it's on the left” to which there was several trucks my size on the left, so I had to ask another worker who was outside to help me find mine, and that worker was busy loading something to another truck, so they weren't very pleasant to speak with, as they were rushing as well. My truck was wedged between two other trucks, of which I had to carefully pull out of a very tight space. I had made my reservation requesting 2 appliance dolleys. The worker at the counter told me they only had one, and replaced the other with a regular dolley which I agreed to. I was never told to grab one on my way out, I had assumed they were ready inside the truck. When I arrived to my moving location 50 miles away, I opened the back to realize there were no dolleys inside the truck at all. When it came time to locking the back of the truck, we realized the padlock would not close and we had to use a zip tie to keep it secure. The truck's suspension felt very very old, the front is a solid axle, and it is very very uncomfortable at highway speeds. I understand this part is probably me being picky, but I would not recommend anyone who doesn't have prior experience with this type of suspension to drive this truck. Overall, I have had better experiences with uhaul, but this last one made me feel unsure of the way the employees really don't try to go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. It was Christmas Eve, so I understand that they probably didn't want to work, but at the end of the day I'm still a paying customer and really wished this process had gone better. If you are a potential customer, please make sure you ask the worker about all your equipment, where you should find it, and if there is anything you need to do before leaving. Handing over the keys and saying the truck is on the left shouldn't be the answer.

Chose above average because when I called the number for the facility, I would get a call center and they were never able to transfer me to the actual store. They would always say they’ll send a message to call me back. They would never call me back. Only time they did was when I’d pay my rent late since no one could help with changing my due date or extend the due date to avoid the late fees. So I paid the $27 late fee every month for almost a year. Other than that, I love this facility and the staff! Call center needs some customer service training and more access to assist with accounts tho...

I was moving to a new home with this U-Haul. The previous owners did not leave the house when we took position. I called U-Haul and they graciously extended my rental beyond what is 'normal' during Covid. I am very happy and will use this location again. If the staff members could actually walk the customers out to their rental, that would have saved us so many issues throughout the day. We couldn't tell which uhaul was ours based off of the staff members vague instructions. The ramp in our truck was faulty and kept getting stuck to the point that we couldn't even take it out after a certain point, causing us to go back to the store to exchange the vehicle (which also had a safety hazard but was at least functional). In all, using this location wasted us a lot of time and created a lot of stress for our move-in day.

After several phone calls the pickup time was still not relayed to pickup location. Took 40 min to locate my box. the employee did not connect the box correctly to my son's truck and it came unhooked before he was out of the lot...My biggest complaint woth the whole u-box experience was no where on their internet page did I see anything about a $100 charge to deliver the box to my home. I read when you are ready for the box, we deliver!! Not so! When you are ready you pay $100 for a few blocks delivery...or pick it up yourself! Luckily my son has a truck and lives nearby. Their advertising is very deceiving.

Drove up to drop off truck waited no one came out to check the truck in. I thought maybe the store had closed so I parked the truck in a parking space walked to the key drop off box when I saw movement inside. Two employees were behind the counter talking. I called out should i drop the keys in the box and then the employee asked for me to hand him the key. Went back out to the truck ... Still no one came outside I left. I got my final bill by email the next day with a $20 extra charge but no explanation on what the charge was for. Sent an email to get an explanation and no response yet.

At least walk around the truck and open the back to make sure it is the right truck for the customer. We rented the the truck for nothing because we couldn't use it for the product that we needed to move. Plus I received keys to the wrong truck and it took a lot of time to find the right one. Plus it had no gas. I had to go straight to the gas station. Worst Uhaul experience I have ever had period.

Upon return of our rental vehicle, we had a very poor customer service experience with an individual working the return lanes. He appeared to be completely involved in something else upon our arrival and seemed very absorbed in his cell phone instead of helping us. He barely made eye contact with us and seemed completely uninterested in speaking to us, barely saying two words. His demeanor was highly unprofessional and he appeared to need require supplemental customer service training. In addition, he wore absolutely no mask to protect either himself nor us from Covid 19. It was a very akward experience to say the least and super disappointing. We will not use this location again.

The truck I was assigned was filthy. The steering wheel was falling apart, there were cigarette's in the ash tray, cigarette burns on the dash board, the A/C would shut off when you accelerated and the exhaust was horrible. I can't believe I paid full price for this truck. It should be retired.

frustrating experience. Couldn't check in on my phone even though I set it up that way. Facility had no more dollies even though we were able to order one. Got charged even though they knew they didn't have it and had to ask to have the charge removed. Paid for 12 furniture pads, got 6 and wasn't informed. Only found out after we opened the pack. Obviously staff not paying attention to the details. Not deal-breakers since we had to move but annoying and not very professional.

The mgr (David) and his staff are most helpful, especially in the context of college students needing support during all the unexpected move-out and move-in variations withto covid. They are very customer focused, which is hard to find these days. The only request would be to have the local number posted and more available. The 800 number helps with most basic scheduling, but when I as a customer need something more specific and need to talk with the local office, it was impossible to find a phone number that I could call directly. I do appreciate how the mgr responded to my requests, but it would be perfect if local office numbers were more accessible.

From the moment we got the Storage Unit it should have been 1 month free. Instead it was charged and we got emails, phone, and text alerts saying we owed a bill. We went to storage unit but not even a week after just getting the storage unit we had not slip and lock on our storage unit! Unacceptable.. We go into office to the very people who just gave us the unit and they remember us and so they didn't have answers as to why it happened and how it was someone else fault and no ownership taken. Very bad experience with this process!

This is my second time renting from this facility, the staff is so helpful and friendly. I love their indoor facility with climate control, main reason why I choose them over other storage facilities. They also give you the first months rent free and if you ever need to upsize Or down size they have a great selection to do so.

There was one employee that I had to deal with several times (Angel). He was unwilling to help with even the most basic tasks. He wouldn't even help me find my unit. Otherwise my experience was great!
