It was great, I had to wait a longer than expected amount of time because there was only one person at the counter dealing with a customer - there was another lady (appearing to be the manager) who just told me that the other lady would be with me soon. I waited at least 10 minutes. The only thing I could say about that experience is that the woman who appeared to be available, should have just taken me to expedite the process. Other than that though, my experience was good and easy!

The storage manager I delt with (Kimberly Sullivan) was one of the most awkward people I have ever encountered. Spent most of the time I was working with her trying to figure out if she was drunk or on drugs. Not what I would consider appropriate or professional. All the other staff seemed very polite and professional.

Everything went with the expection of the lockbox that secured the keys to the truck. It took several minutes to get the old lock to release. Please upgrade to a digitial system used by Amazon, WholeFoods, and Home Depot.

I needed a flashlight to see inside my unit and when I took my boxes of clothes out two roaches were stuck to the tape holding the box shut. As I moved the rest of my things out I was constantly met by more scurrying bugs even though there was a box of poison in the corner. Pretty nasty and I spent the rest of that day unpacking and killing spiders and cockroaches that traveled home with me to my new apartment. I get that it’s Florida and we have bugs but I wasn’t expecting to see that from a uhaul facility.

This location was great. A situation arose in Florida on I-75. About 20 miles south of the Georgia state line is an agricultural inspection point. I was pulled over by the police but not cited as they said nobody knows the requirements or believed it was for 18 wheelers. I was issued a warning and had to wait 35 minutes on the side of the highway with traffic speeding past. The officer required that I open the back of my teucu to inspect the contents. U-Haul should alert in advance all drivers leaving Florida of this requirement as to prevent this from happening in the future. All trucks and vans without windows are required to stop. They are looking for live exotic animals being smuggled out (alligators and birds) as well as illegal immigrants and child traffickers. Thank you.

1. Although I did the entire online reservation in advance, the time at the check-out counter took over 20 minutes. At one point, Judith stopped doing my transaction to take a call and completely deal with the customer on the line. Never asked that customer to hold so she could finish with the actual customer who had already waited in line and was standing right in front of her. I did NOT complain about this at the time, because she was already very slow and I didn't want to make it worse. 2. When the check-out was finally done, I was told that the truck was "right out front" in front of the office. Nobody went with me. I walked the entire huge lot twice, looking at every truck's number, and couldn't find it. I went in and asked and they told me it was there, go check again. I searched again, went back in. Had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to go out and find the truck. It was as far away as it could be, the actual furthest spot, hidden between three larger trucks and a building, and blocked in. Why couldn't they have given me a closer, easier to find, and accessible truck? And why did they tell me it was "right out front" of the office when it was literally as far away as it could possibly be? 3. Nobody stayed to do the check process. I did the online process. EVERY picture of the truck was not a current picture. Did they not even check this truck in after the last people? Every side, front, and interior of the truck had damage that was not shown in the pictures on the online checkout. I had to take the maximum number of pictures to document all the problems. 4. By the time we went through the very slow check-out, searching for the truck with no help, Getting the employee to move the truck out of the blocked-in position, and doing the online condition verification and documenting all the existing damage, it took almost an HOUR. This was AFTER doing the entire online reservation the day before! But of course, this did not extend the amount of time we were allowed to have the truck. 5. When I brought the truck back, the guy who did the check-in was friendly and fast. He was the only good thing about the entire experience. However, the email receipt showed the ESTIMATED amount I had agreed to at the beginning, not the ACTUAL amount charged at the end. The difference is due to estimated vs. actual mileage. My receipt should have shown the ACTUAL dollar amount. So I had to rely on my memory of what the check-in guy told me the final charge would be, then verify that charge on my credit card. What if it had been wrong? I wouldn't have had anything to show the correct amount.

One of the employees was very nice and super helpful, the other made me wait in line for 10 minutes behind her friend, a non-customer, didn't make eye contact, and was generally very rude and un-helpful. Also, having locations stock spare keys and/or having all trucks keyed alike and/or escorting customers out to the truck would be great. I locked myself out of the rental vehicle upon pickup, a problem that could've been avoided if I had been helped by an employee. I would've been charged $80 to solve the issue with roadside assistance, an issue that could've been solved by a spare key or particularly knowledgeable staff (I found a tutorial to unlock it myself on Reddit). The solution is simple, walk your customer out to the vehicle to help them get set up, give advice on operation, etc. This is day 1 shit guys. I understand that COVID is still a thing, but if I can go into basically every store in the south east (and most places in the US in general for that matter) without giving a shit about COVID restrictions, someone can tell me how to use the truck socially distanced with a mask. Learn how to run a business.

The return process was impossible. The app showed that I had no orders, yet I was in the parking lot with a big truck! I was not the only customer in the same position at the time either. No answer by phone after 38 minutes of "hold" either. Luckily, a woman who works there who has an excellent attitude texted her manager who would arrive in the AM to assist us in returning the truck.

The first location I was supposed to drop the trailer off to was closed and there was no where to leave the trailer safely in my opinion. Then I called and was on hold for 1 hour and 11 minutes and the call ended. I then called back and was told I need to drop off at a different location, the representative on that call was AWESOME (Naomi). She did everything she stated she was going to and made my long day of over 12 hours driving and unloading better.

I rented a trailer to move cross country, it took a long time to get the equipment even though I had a reservation and I was the only one in the store. I also specifically told them I was taking it cross country and asked that they make sure the equipment was in good shape and with good tires. When I went to hitch the trailer to my car, the trailer they gave me was far from in good shape. One of the tires was bald, dry rotted and the lug nuts went rusted on. Of course the guy in the yard is no where to be found. I ended up picking the trailer myself but then had to back in side to change the contract where I had to wait in line. What should have taken <15 mins took over an hour. While everyone was very pleasant, the experience overall was very poor.

The store Only had two associates and the one was more concerned about filling propane tanks then helping the 10 people inside waiting alone that needed trucks and what not. Thankfully I was early to get help. Propane should he shut down At certain times or move over to a tank system where people can swap instead of wasting all that time filling one up.

Attempted to make PU as fast as possible. Filled out credit card and other info all on line. Called from outside location, on hold for 45 min/ no pick up had to go inside. They made me do it all over again. Customers masks / no masks. Lot guy had me hit my brakes once connected, said good to go. Did not realize only one brake light worked nothing else. No lights / blinkers driving at night, fun! Connected to my boat when I got back home and the lights work fine. Another customer dropping off had the same type issue. *** Re-test everything before you leave the location, even if they say you are good to go ***

The staff at this location are great. I rent trailers and get LP gas. Very easy for me. However, the U-Haul app is -- for me -- terrible. I upload my license photos and they disappear. I've never been able to use the online checkout or after-hours return features. The only thing I can do with it is make a reservation. While at the counter, I heard other customers have the exact same problem. The App needs to be replaced.

Everything went very smoothly. When the original truck I was assigned to the app simply gave me another number. It would be nice if all of the trucks were in the same general area but a little walk never hurt anyone.

The Uhaul employee provided me a 6x10 trailer with a flat tire and when I loaded it and noticed it, I had to unload the entire trailer and re-load another trailer. Then, when he took off the trailer, he scratched the bumper on my daughters brand new vehicle with the trailer. He was a very nice guy and was apologized. Once I contacted the manger, she tried to put the responsibility on me for the damage to my daughters truck, which was terrible, and she was rude and unprofessional. My advise is to make sure you check all the equipment, trailer and vehicle prior to departing the Uhaul since they aren't. I am also still waitig to hear back from Uhaul on my damage to my vehicle, as well.

Very good experience. Extremely helpful staff and great, clean facilities. Only two points of concern. One, the slide-card access to the door on the east side (between the garage doors) never worked to open that door. This was a problem when the bays were occupied or when the garage doors were broken and didn't open. Two, the garage doors seemed to be out of service often, but not sign would be posted to indicate they were out of service. On one occasion, I saw a truck back into the door because it didn't open, which only further delayed its repair. Since the doors open automatically with a small amount of clearance when they are working, It would be a good idea to put a sign on a non-functioning door to avoid further collisions.

The warehouse was always clean, cool and well maintained. The loading dock improvements are spectacular especially being able to enter with a truck and large trailer and being totally inside the building while loading/unloading.

Kimberly was so incredibly helpful, I came in one day stressed and needing to find a storage place ASAP for our military move. Kimberly was about to go home for the day but actually stayed late to walk me around and show me the units. She asked questions to determine exactly what was important to me, and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for, for such a great price. She walked me through all the paperwork, locks and check-in process, and she was so communicative. Would 10/10 recommend Kimberly and the Uhaul storage unit to anyone!

I wish I could remember the name of the gal that helped me but she is an older lady and is super friendly. She originally rented me the unit and closed it out for me. This person knows how to welcome customers and treat them right. Overall experience was very positive. The units are nicely priced and easily accessible. One piece to improve on is customer communication about what a split level means and that there are NO elevations to those units. We were originally assigned a split level and would have needed to carry heavy items up and down. Customers have no idea what location-specific issues are and without a good explanation may sign up for something that is not a good fit.

The temperature in the storage unit was very hot. The temp was at 80 and uncomfortable for moving in. The area near our unit was under construction but the area was clean.

Only one thing, during weekend, specially on Sundays, and if it's usual to have there one one associate or staff member, it'd be convenient to increase the number of them, we found only one the Sunday we used the service the last time, and it's a nightmare if you need help under these circumstances, as expected. Arrived 6am and my access card would not let me in. Manager arrived late, and still would not unlock unit 3 door to get my car in to load a few things in my car. Arrived another time at 7am and unit door 3 would not open, broke but no note stating so. Both times created extra steps and time I couldn't afford to waste.

My unit leaked. I reported it by phone months ago. They assured me it would be taken care of. When I went back to the storage unit yesterday the leak was still there and my belonging Now had mold and water stains and furniture was damaged. Ended up putting it all in the donate section ( mattress and box spring, fabric lawn chairs and a old wooden desk). Water damage and mold. Awful. Maintain your roof better. I stored these thing for over two years at 180.70 a month and I lost it all. Wasted my money for what?? Very disappointing
