I wanted to leave a commendation for your employee Khai. I started a new job so I had to get to work. My own car was being worked on. I went to uhaul for help. Khai empathized with my situation and quickly went to work. When all was said and done I was given a truck to rent for 1 week at an affordable price. Needless to say Khai saved me! Thank you Uhaul for having her. Ed LaMarche

Above the units there is a plastic sheet or tarp, so clearly the location knew about the water intrusion into the units. We are very very upset about the whole situation, lack of communication, and damage to our things.

BRETT GThe van was not clean. There appeared to be a cigarette burn on the driver's seat. There were multiple dings/dents on the van. Picking up vehicle was problematic due to proof of insurance - should notify in advance. It could also be part of pre-check process. Finding the U-Haul pick up process to be cumbersome and not particularly customer friendly.
RONALD EThe rental part where you force the customer to use an app to snap photos of vehicle is a big waste of time for anyone on a tight schedule. Make it easier. I buy the insurance. Stop making me work so hard!! You pay people. I'd rather have them do this!!!
LESLIE OAlways some kind of problem with this place. Not the first time the information on check out was wrong, and then they charged me incorrectly upon return. Tired of having to call or show pictures to prove they're full of it.
ANNA YI am not to sure about making improvement. The only thing I could suggest is moving the rental trucks closer to ramp where you leave from, but that would interfere some with drop off, so I am not sure there is anything that could be done. I had a good experience overall and would look to use you again if needed.
ROBERT WThey gave very little information on how to deliver the truck outside of operating hours and that's why they charged me additionally. I had to go due to an emergency and I think they even took advantage of my situation. I will charge much more than normal and this is not my first time renting a truck.
ANGEL MWhen making reservations honor them when giving the vehicle to a potential customer make sure all tire pressures are the same and working as well as be a little bit courteous to the customer if there is a inconvenience and not just send them off their way saying we don't have a reservation we can't help you
ALFONSO SPeople there are incompetent. Saw multiple other customers in line have screwed up reservation and the did not care. Told a guy they had to cancel his small trailer reservation because his jeep had a soft top and not a hard top. Took way to long because the lady with owner in her name tag didn't want to do anything leaving 1 other lady to process customers with a line. Unable to add an additional driver without creating an entire new reservation. Was given key and told to go find the truck on the lot and do our own walk around. Interior was clean but transmission sounded like it was going go blow up. Shifted rough

BERNIE DLetting your customers know about the insurance upfront. If I wouldn't known that I could have supplied a copy of my insurance I would've brought it inside being informed when I renting. So the price is not really what you advise $19.99

And the tire just went flat, I had to return it early and the right light on the that trailer didn't work either. I had to return the truck earlier than usual. I've never had an issue with any rental trucks before. The staff did their best.

Christopher GRequested furniture pads which they charge me $40 for an a handcart at seven dollars a day. One hour later I went back and told him I didn't need either one that the movers use their equipment and they refused to refund me. Told me once I drove out it's mine even though I Did not need it they still would not let me return it. Cost me $68 for nothing. They left the vehicle on empty and told me if I did put gas in it they would charge me $30. I drove the vehicle exactly 2 miles but I had to put a gallon of gas in it to avoid being charged. As far as I'm concerned they rip customers off.

This mistake was purely on them. Both managers including the district manager refused to help me. I want a refund.

Steve C | Overall ExperienceThe air conditioning fan came on but did not blow cold air and when I called to ask about it I was told there would be an adjustment to my bill. When I returned the truck the woman at the counter was rude and treated me like I was trying to take advantage of her. She insisted I should have waited for roadside assistance despite it being the day before Thanksgiving and the traffic we were sitting in sweating was bumper to bumper on the highway. She angrily told me I should have waited for someone to come fix the problem and that I may not get the discount I was promised. When I reviewed the milage with the male attendant he was extremely polite and could not get the air conditioner to blow cold air either. He is the only reason I did not rate the location as poor.

MATTHEW DThe app was a challenge. When I got in the vehicle the gas level was less than what the contract stated. I took photos while using the app and made adjustments while using the app. When I return the vehicle the app did not reflect the adjustments I made and had to speak to the manager. Not a good experience. When I arrived the attendant gave me the keys to vehicle. He did not tell me where the vehicle was located. There were probably 20 trucks on the lot and I had to ask him where it was and get specific directions so I did not waste my time walking around looking at every truck.. He did not offer location to vehicle and I had to ask. Would have been nice to get some directions and a little help

MCALISTER JWe picked up after dark on the way out of town so we couldn't fully inspect the trailer. The trailer should not have been rented, especially for an out-of-state trip. Tires were flat spotted and we suspected that axle repair was needed. It was a terrible experience.
WESTON RPerhaps making sure your vehicles have a full tank of gas so the renter does not have to stop at the gas station before starting their journey.

YVETTE KYour staff was fine. The verification process via app was an absolute farce and I will not leverage U-Haul again until you fix your app. It took longer to do this than it took for me to use the truck and I was extremely frustrated.
Jacinta GThe App on the phone was not working properly. The app would NOT allow me to leave a negative comment on the truck functionality. If IP selected YES that I had an issue and leave a comment, it would not allow me to continue. The truck A/C was intermittently working. I returned the truck 5 minutes before closing and no one would help me with the app. They just said leave the keys and go.

JAMES MI cannot adequately convey how impressed I was with the total U-Haul experience. I rented a container in June prior to shipping to Florida in Oct.. All along the way, when I had a question or concern, everyone I spoke with was courteous, knowledgeable and solved my issue. Thank you for such superior service and I will definitely be recommending you to friends.

JOSHUA GThe nickel and dime people. They tried to find everything to charge me for like with my free storage I got a lock and they tried to charge me for the lock and another charge. After debunking both they found a way to charge me for an extra day which was something that was set by and extended with the load share agreement. Also, the bathroom was broken and the toilet was overflowing with feces

No one tried to fix the situation even tho I was misinformed about the return policy from the dealer.

Went and filled the entire truck, drove to the storage unit to swipe my card and it says "temporarily locked out". This is at 8pm in the rain after moving all day. I called CS and was told there was nothing that can be done until they open in the morning. Had to extend the rental until the next day to be able to get inside the unit. Literally sucked nor was I ever offered a discount.

William M | First ImpressionsI hated to mark no, to the staff being friendly and helpful but everyone but one person was great. On Friday July 5th I went in to clear out my unit and talk to the clerk at the desk to tell her we had lost the keys to the lock and wanted to know how we can get into the unit. She pointed to her pencil cup and said to call this number. My vision is not very good so i started to pick it up to see it more closely to read it when she grabbed it and said she would read it. She read the number and as i was entering it into my phone thinking it was the storage manager I had tried to contact, she informed me that it was a locksmith. She further informed me that it was the least expensive locksmith in the area. I was a bit miffed that she would not explain that i needed a locksmith, rather than giving me a phone number with no explanation. The next day Saturday the 6th, i had a locksmith i contacted, meet me at the unit who was 30 dollars less expensive who cut off the lock. We emptied the unit and I spoke with the storage manager who was just wonderful and helpful. When we closed out the unit the clerk was also friendly and helpful. It is terrible that you have one bad employee ruin the experience when everyone else is just terrific.
