Great experience. Mrs. Tracy was quick and helpful. It would be amazing if you had numbered signs on the walls in the storage area to indicate which directions the numbers flow in because it’s easy to get turned around in there and end up lost since they don’t flow consecutively. It can be rather inconvenient to waste time running around trying to find your way. Other than that improvement I’d definitely recommend this location to others. Also I hope they locate the round locks soon. The temporary lock they gave me is definitely not as secure.Timimah Y. | First Impressions
Dear U-Haul Team, Last Saturday, U-Haul you trimmed my 12 hour rent period I initially selected, sent me to a location that is no longer working with you, relocated me 2 times, did not provide me the 9' truck I rented, and did not provide me the furniture dolly I needed. The last location you selected for me only had 1 utility dolly, and I am seeing that you are charging me for two!. I had to reconfigure my moving team, and waste 4,5 hours of my time until you were able to honor our agreement and finally provide me a decent truck to move my furniture as expected since 9:00 am. All my moving out plan was severely affected for your lack of coordination and planning. I never would imagine this kind of service from a company like the one you represent. I am noticing two pending charges in my credit card. Can you please, explain to me how much I will be finally charged for your services of last Saturday (09/04) ?! JoseJose T.

Do not reserve vehicles for people and then rent them to other people. So not have people reserve and check in online and then spend 3 hours in the office trying to get a truck. Have more then one person working the counter on a Sunday( there were two people there but one girl was doing all of the work and the guy was just walking around with an attitude). I drove 10 hours and when I arrived to the unit. The person on staff left early before 5 and I was unable to get in. I called multiple numbers and no one was able to help. I hired movers to drive from out of town and pack my things only for them to drive another 4 hours with no access. There was no access code to get to the level my unit was on. The young lady had a complete attitude. When I came in I told her I came to pick up a van and she told I needed a major credit card and I told her I completed everything online. This review is mainly for the original booking location/experience prior to changing locations. Hands down the worst/most stressful experience with ever renting a uhaul. The original location did not have a key in the lockbox, which meant the location had to be changed to somewhere that was a 30 minute drive further away. When I arrived at the new location, no truck that I reserved was available, nor did they have the correct dollies that I reserved. It took an additional 45 minutes (at this point a total of 1.5 hours after my original pickup time) to get the truck checked in, cleaned, an appliance dolly found, and to get me finally on my way. In addition, the clerk stated that the fuel tank was full with gas, when in actuality, it had just over a quarter of a tank of gas. Finally, due to the 1.5 hour delay, I was not able to utilize a freight elevator at my residence which I had reserved for 2 hours. This caused me to then have to bring the uhaul back without ever even using it for its primary purpose. An absolute nightmare of an experience to say the least.Christopher D.

Somehow I knew more about what was going on than the workers. They tried to charge me double but thankfully it wasn't took out of my account. They were not friendly to me or anyone else besides when he tried to sweet talk a girl.Dustin C.
Manager at the store charged me 322 more dollars â€œto get my attention,â€ after she tried calling. Once I brought it up, it was refunded; nevertheless it's unprofessional. I also went to my pickup locations, only to be told they didn't have my equipment and having to go to a different location. This happened twice in a row. I can not say enough about the staff at the Fulton location. We picked up the 15' truck and later learned it was TOO small. I called back and spoke with a female, she had provided me her cellphone to ensure someone would be there when we returned for the Autotransplot. When I say a GOD send, she provided top-shelf service and not only located us a 26' truck but she coordinated all this from the doctor's office. Now that's going the EXTRA mile. Picking up the uhaul was an absolute nightmare. I had a reservation at least a week before the date of pickup, and as far as I knew, I was fully set up to pick up my uhaul on Friday at noon. Instead I couldn't get a uhaul anywhere, and each uhaul location sent me on a wild goose-chase to other locations in search of a uhaul. It took me 3-4 hours to finally secure a uhaul. It was chaotic. Horrible pick up experience. The Fulton industrial location was fine, but it was all the prior locations that sent me all over Georgia that were frustrating. If you look at my original reservation, I was scheduled to pick up my uhaul off Memorialâ€¦ it only got worse from there. It set my entire day back by hours. Such a disappointment.Katherine O.

I had a guarantee rental for 2:30pm. I get there at 2:15pm and they don't have the truck. I heard one of the employees that he had rented my truck to someone else. This started a chain of events. My movers were scheduled to be at my home at 4pm. I had to have them wait at my house while I try to find a truck. $100 per hour! They finally found a truck as asked me if I was willing to go get it-30 min away. I said no as I was very irritated at this point. They had someone drive the truck over to their location. I has also ordered on dozen of the furniture pads. They did not have one that I could rent. Very bad experience with UHaul.Freddie C.

The female staff at the store were extremely nice and greeted with a welcoming smile. They were helpful and showed me various storage unit including a second tour to find an appropriate size that best fit my needs. They happily assisted and showed additional units without hestitation. They offered to grab additional dolly off another floor to make my move more accessible. They stayed an hour behind their closing shift so that I could finish unloading the truck and transport my furnitures into the storage unit. It was important for them to know my belongings were stored and locked away safely. The staff here truely strive to provide excellent customer services and who are willing to go above their duties to make a customer happy.THAO D.

Owner did not file autopay even after I filled out the paperwork in front of her, so I got changed with a late fee. They keep sending late payment emails even after I cleared the matter up. The doors rarely open. They never answer the phone. In fact, every time I go in the phone doesn't ring leading me to believe they turned it off.
