Please get more pickups on-site for simple deliveries. I've came in on two different occasions and they had a truck reserved for me but couldn't find the key. I wanted a truck this time but had to get a van because the truck on-site was going to be picked up for transmission issues so more pickup truck available to rent.

My 2nd tine using this facilitysnd each time I was not able to get the extra service I requested...,I ordered a dolly.... was not on the truck... & I'm still waiting on my money yo be credited back to my account..... they are holding $185.00.... purchase was only $80.91..... should have also taken the $7.00 off

Manager was extremely rude and kept me waiting unnecessarily before checking me in to pick up my rental. After returning in my rental the next day on time Manager said he would send me a receipt via my email and I have not received said receipt as of yet. I don't believe the Manager cares very much about his customers because his attitude does not reflect good customer service.

Appointment was for noon and no one was at the location..no employees were on site until a half hour later and had to wait for an additional person to arrive with a key. Other people were there prior to me that had appointments at 11 am and had to wait on site until almost 1pm

Truck had a hole in the gas tank. I didn't know until after I put gas in the tank. Gas installed was lost. We took it back and the replacement had holes in the tank also. No other 20ft could be found and we had to get a different size truck. I had to wait over two hours to get this resolved. BTW another truck there didn't have a drive shaft. It wasn't the fault of the people there but they should have checked the vehicles for safety. Gas tank needed to be replaced or repaired and I was the one that suffered and should get some of my money refunded for the inconveniences I went through.

When I made my reservation; the young lady didn't have much information/on truck reservations. She told me they opened at @8am; whereas my reservation said 7 am; therefore we drove from La.; later than we anticipated. When we arrived; we were told we needed to pick up the truck; from another location.; by that time there were a lot of angry people. The young lady was very unprofessional; picking up a truck from a nearby facility was very much organized; and professional. Thank you Ms Vivian Babino

Check the equipment! Both back tires on the trailer were flat but we didn't notice that until we loaded the trailer. We had to go and get roadside assistance information just to get on our way. Thankfully, the location on Milam St in Beaumont came to our rescue.

Some of the lights didn't work on trailer. Salesman checked but said it was a fuse on our end. We took to a dealer and found that it wasn't our issue. Very dangerous to drive with no brake lights in Houston.

My truck had the WRONG gas level and mileage, this the second time at the particular place, the young ladies wouldn't pull the truck around, I am 61 years old and had to walk a long ways to the truck, then I had to back back to dispute the mileage and gas level, they still didn't get up. I'm not too computer literate, so I just drove off either truck. The truck was OLD, I had to get a boost to start the truck to bring it back. With the gas level being wrong and mileage being wrong, I had to pay for 15 extra miles and the gas said half of tank and only had a fourth!!! I deal with uhaul a LOT and only have this problem at that particular location. Very upsetting!!!

Horrible reservation system. Not to be trusted. Reserved van over a week early. On Sunday morning received text that the nearest van was over on hour away. Had manpower schedules to load and unload so couldn't cancel. Only options was minivans which advertise holding one bedroom apartment but too small to fit queen size mattresses. Had to rent two so it doubled mileage and gas cost.

My rental was for 5 days (forced by UHaul). I returned the rental in just 3 days, yet received NO credit or refund for the early check-in. UHaul took 2 days of rental charges. Waste of my money.

When I arrived to the location I was told when that the tow dolly I reserved was designated for repairs, and she would have to try to find one close by for me to drive to to pick up a different tow dolly. I wasn't told any of this until I arrived. The associate looked up another trailer for me. Thankfully she found one at her location that she didn't know she had. I do wish she knew her inventory because she had to make a brand new reservation to search to find one for me to use. An improvement I would suggest is, if a rentable truck/trailer is going in for repairs it should be noted in the system for reservations made on it so they can be switched for the person reserving it.

I originally made reservations on Mitchell Road in Lumberton. I received a text FIFTEEN minutes before my scheduled arrival to tell me the unit was not available. That's unacceptable. I was able to do what I needed to do, but fifteen minutes is an unacceptable notice.

I received an email 2 days before pickup saying to go to a different location. When we got there, there were only 2 people working. They were swamped. After waiting a really long time, we were told they didn't have our rental and couldn't get us one. We went to the original location. The employee was very nice and helpful and said he had no idea why we were sent that email. He had our trailer.

While this location did great, making the reservation early became a joke. I ended up paying a lot of extra money having to go to a distant location where I had to return the vehicle 50 miles away. I will likely never use your services again because of that. I drove by the original location and saw 3 vehicles there, 1 that was what I tried to reserve and 2 larger ones that could have been an upgrade and ultimately as cheaper option in the long run. Therefore, the $1.09 I paid for mileage that ended up costing an additional $109 was a rip off because my reservation was ignored.

the uhal at 8161 eastern freeway did an outstanding job. Your reservation system is far below good. I made a reservation at your Milam and eastern location 2 weeks before move and went to confirm, they had no units available in the 10x25. Did another reservation through corporate offices, went there this past Saturday and no reservation for me, even though both reservations were confirmed with a reservation number. Last minute I had to rent 2 units at the eastex location. The experienced was horrible. The Milam st location needs some serious help both in staff, attitude and organization. The Eastex location were wonderful. Took them only about 15 minutes to get me the units.
