The trailer looked like it should be on its way to retirement. The inside had not been swept. I felt concerned for the safety of using it. And, unfortunately, the trailer had a tire blowout on the interstate. Luckily I was able to handle it and was safe. I do compliment the representatives at the location for being friendly and trying to be efficient. I also appreciate the roadside service representative, David, who helped arrange my assistance. The tire service guy hired was also a good choice. Although it took over two hours for me to be back on the road. Very disappointing.

Jacob V.Rented trailer at Uhaul explained to representative at UHaul location that I needed to haul a Golf Cart so they stated I needed a certain type of car hauler trailer when I loaded Golf Cart it was not stable on trailer so I went back to location with trailer and explained this wouldn't work as any type of bouncing driving down road Golf Cart would have fallen. Representative said it was my responsibility to make sure it fit-I was gone from location less 30 minutes and when I returned and explained this wouldn't work and asked about a different trailer representative stated I would have to rent another trailer since I left premises with trailer however this was trailer she recommended and when it did not work she wouldn't work with me to get something that would work without me renting a second trailer from her. I will never use this location any reason , this was my first and last experience with UHaul and I will use different facility for my future rental needs since the company does not work with clients on what needs are-

I was having issues with my trailer light connection and one of the guys helped me with troubleshooting and apologetically told me I had to get them working before I could take the car hauler. The delay with the lights caused me to return the hauler right at closing. I was delaying her getting off work. I don't normally fill out reviews, but I was so pleased with my interactions with all of the people I came in contact with that I was looking for the review to be able to compliment them.

P/U on friday. received a email and printed confirmation from uhaul and card company all confirmed. got a call on saturday morning about reporting the vehicle stolen per Lance the supvs. I was in another state by the time the call came in and I was totally unaware that the uhaul receipt and confirmation info was rejected due to human error on their side. I was able to give him my credit card info via phone and received another confimation and a different drop off time. He was rude and unapologetic. when i returned the van before time, I had to wait and additional 45 min because my invoice was still not correct. At this point, I do believe the staff needs stiff training other than on facetime, from what I witnessed and seen with my own eyes. Seriously. You can reach me at info on file.

stephanie Y.I was told to fill the gas tank and I would be refunded but when I came to drop off the truck with the full tank, they told me that there was nothing they can do. This location was terrible with fixing my problems and solved absolutely nothing. I still have not been reimbursed from this location. There are plenty of other locations to use but please do not use this one. They will try and scam you out of your money.

JEANIE L.I reserved a U-Haul a week before I even needed it. I went to pick it up on the day that I scheduled it for there was nobody in the office I had to call the district manager. Couldn't even get a hold of that person either. I ended up calling home office the lady there told me that the office should have been open and I should be getting customer service. Not true. She rescheduled for me to pick up the next day at a different location and told me that I would not get charge for mileage and I would only have to pay half price. That didn't happen either an hour after my appointment was scheduled I got another text they did not have a U-Haul at that location so they rescheduled for a different location. Well that didn't happen. An hour after that I was put to another place they didn't have one either. I had to go over a hour away to pick it up. I was charged from mileage and for 24 hour rental I don't think I should have to pay for that when it was U-Haul fault for not having me a vehicle to rent they put me two days behind because of the delays they kept putting me through I will never rent from you all again.

OR AT LEAST NOTE IT IN THE DETAILS ONLINE SO CONSUMERS WON'T FEEL BLINDSIDED WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT THE STORE AND HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $50.

Bryan G.Please get more pickups on-site for simple deliveries. I've came in on two different occasions and they had a truck reserved for me but couldn't find the key. I wanted a truck this time but had to get a van because the truck on-site was going to be picked up for transmission issues so more pickup truck available to rent.

CHRISTOFER N.Manager was extremely rude and kept me waiting unnecessarily before checking me in to pick up my rental. After returning in my rental the next day on time Manager said he would send me a receipt via my email and I have not received said receipt as of yet. I don't believe the Manager cares very much about his customers because his attitude does not reflect good customer service.

DEANNA G.Truck had a hole in the gas tank. I didn't know until after I put gas in the tank. Gas installed was lost. We took it back and the replacement had holes in the tank also. No other 20ft could be found and we had to get a different size truck. I had to wait over two hours to get this resolved. BTW another truck there didn't have a drive shaft. It wasn't the fault of the people there but they should have checked the vehicles for safety. Gas tank needed to be replaced or repaired and I was the one that suffered and should get some of my money refunded for the inconveniences I went through.

She told me they opened at @8am; whereas my reservation said 7 am; therefore we drove from La.; later than we anticipated. When we arrived; we were told we needed to pick up the truck; from another location.; by that time there were a lot of angry people. DOREN H.I am sooooo upset with UHaul! I paid over $100.00 a month, only for all of my wife brand new items and bedroom suit to mildew and mold! Basically the whole storage unit had molded and mildewed. Although I bought all kinds of DampRid moisture observer that was recommended buy A AHaul manager who assist assisted me. I tool out an insurance policy that also was also recommended by the same UHual manager! Bad part about it! USUALLY said they are not responsible for the damages on all the items in the storage! Wtf! How sorry of an establishment! I WILL #NEVER TELL NOR REFER ANYONE TO UHaul! I am hiring my lawyer on this one! Bet that!

I made a reservation at your Milam and eastern location 2 weeks before move and went to confirm, they had no units available in the 10x25. Did another reservation through corporate offices, went there this past Saturday and no reservation for me, even though both reservations were confirmed with a reservation number. Last minute I had to rent 2 units at the eastex location. The experienced was horrible. The Milam st location needs some serious help both in staff, attitude and organization. The Eastex location were wonderful. Took them only about 15 minutes to get me the units.

Not only did I get countless late fees added to my account even though they told me every month they would move my payments to the first, and the employees were rude every single time I tried to speak with them, but we also now have roaches in all of our moving boxes. On top of that, I paid and cancelled my storage June 1st and was given until the end of the month to get my stuff, but They put a lock on my storage and tried saying I couldn't get my stuff until I paid for July 1st. The only thing that saved Uhaul's reputation for me was the corporate customer service that helped me get my money back and were so kind to me, and dedicated to help my experience be better.
