Thank you for making this so easy and convenient I just wished that more people would be working at location, the workers where awesome but it stayed very busy for only 2 I felt bad for them, but they still did a wonderful job

The other two associates avoided any contact so you are basically on your own trying to figure things out. It is not rocket science but it is awesome when customers are respected and guided. Definitely not the experience at this store. Fortunately the movers were excellent. Iron gate is the company and highly recommend them it.

CHRISTOPHER M.The app was a little confusing to navigate when checking in to borrow the truck. There was not an option to return to a previous section. Whenever the app froze, it went to a new section and we were unable to make changes/edits to previous sections. When returning the truck, we noticed that the area to line up and park the truck was directly behind some parked cars in the parking lot. We followed the directions to return and park the truck but I am worried that some people got blocked in.

Unfortunately the staff also did not tell me that I had to get a specific lock for my storage and had to pay for an extra lock on top of the one I bought from that location.

He told me I could leave the truck and keys inside the truck but I wanted a receipt because the mileage was less than what I originally thought. So, I asked him for a receipt. In a frustrated tone he responded that it was going to be a while and I needed to wait because he was the only one on the clock and he still had to get through checking in all the trucks in front of me. I told him okay, I will wait. He then responded with "thank you for your patience". Which at that point I didn't even answer him anymore. It is not the customers fault there is not enough employees working. If you are not happy with your job you should look for a different job.

CHARLENE G.Check in counter staff were nice. Truck was the worst uhaul I have ever had, it was trashed and I had to jump on the lift gate to get it to shut. Staff at return was rude and implied that I did not take care of the vehicle, then proceeded to argue with me over one SIXTEENTH of fuel and charged me additionally. I had to pick up my son from day care so did not have time to debate her. I'll use Penske next time.

My moving crew and I spent fifteen minutes searching for my 5x10 space, only to find out it was half the size I needed. Once I was able to upgrade the space, the move in went smoothly. I was transferred to the complaint department and they verified my free month as well. The asst manager called her boyfriend who is the general manager of the store and he would not honor my free month as well. The rep on the phone filed a complaint against the store and called the general manager herself to get the issue solved. The asst manager even threatened to put me out the store just because I said “it’s always us”! I was never rude to her during the whole ordeal! These situation wasted a lot of my time and my movers time! I would like to personally file a complaint against the asst manager and the general manager. Once the issue was solved the asst manager didn’t even apologize!

After a while of trying, I decided just to call. Employee named Kia answered and she was fabulous. Very friendly, patient and helpful. Kia was at the UHaul location when I arrived on Saturday and was just as friendly in person. The guys helped me get the trailer hooked up and all was smooth from there on out.

The location and the employees working there are outstanding and went out of their way to help with my truck and the storage issues. I highly recommend the location.
