Received a truck that was on empty when I was renting it for 14 days and 1500 miles. Employee snickered and laughed when i told them about it they told me a gas station was within a few blocks. Windows covered in bird shit. This is the new tempo of companies these days, shitty filthy vehicles sent out, no gas, and even worst customer service.

Toan L.I was completely scammed on the return. I drove 8-9 miles in total and I did fill it back to where the gas was when I picked it up. I was charged for more than 20 miles and 3 gallons of gas, plus a fuel service charge of $30. These items more than doubled my cost. I will not be using this location, or maybe uhaul again.

Alesssandro A.Do not plan a move depending on the truck you reserve here! And do not expect anything either. I scheduled a 15 foot truck in advance to pick it up 8 AM. First off, the personal is totally uninterested in there job or customer service. As if they are trained to give as little info as possible. Probably paid minimally as well. After half an hour of 'searching' for the keys for the truck ??? a manager came up to me. Sorry but your 15 foot truck has been returned with damage and we cannot give it to you. we can give you a 10 foot truck. That does not help me I counted on 15 foot one way and be done. And I had everything lined up with people and loads being available for certain time frames. I had no choice but to accept. Now I need to make a second trip for another 400 + dollars. And then they send you outside to find your truck, and when you cannot find it and go back inside to ask where it is they say they are busy. When finally finding the truck the gas showed empty. Nice! They do not give you money back when you return it with gas in it. Took more then an hour altogether.

MICHAEL F.Pickup and Drop off for rental vehicle were difficult to locate in a half acre lot. No large signage and no pavement strips to assist customers to their rental vehicles. Late returning rental vehicles should be parked in front of store and key deposited in locked mail box. I ran into a parked car while not knowing where I was supposed to park return rental vehicle. Office should let lay returns park in front so staff can process returns vehicles in the morning daylight instead of wandering through half an acre for ‘the wall'. A designated area in front of the store would have been more convenient and everyone safe and go home on time.

They just seemed like they weren't hiding their unhappiness about being at work at all. I get the sentiment, but don't work front of house then. Hopefully, that was just a totally off day. The guys out in the lot were great. Are they really supposed to be picking up the trailers by themselves? Might need a retrain in technique. It really looks like someone might get hurt. I was then directed to 2 different sites to pick up another trailer. I was given incorrect information again and finally found one after driving around Phoenix. I then drove to San Francisco to find out that the storage unit that i had reserved was given out as well. I was left to take a unit I did not wasn't and had to store my couch at a different facility due to the fact that it would not fit. Very unsatisfied and left with a headache. It was my time, discomfort and money that was affected.

The manager literally did nothing and seemed annoyed that we were upset that we didn't want to ignor it. We had to take three days off of work waiting for cops because the manager refused to call us when they got there even though we live 10 mins away. The man who robbed our unit used a very loud angle grinder in the facility and no one noticed. Not secure. He also robbed other units and when I asked the manager if she was going to contact the unit she said no it wasn't her problem which makes this tenants very unlikely to recover their stolen items the longer it hasn't been reported. I would never recommend this place in fact I've been actively telling people to not rent in this unit because it's unsafe and management is useless

And after they figured out the other one that can assign to me, it is already 6:30, and they close at 7. It made the process very difficult and tiresome to carry boxes up stairs. I also believe that my storage fee was increased several times. My last comment is the large amount of Day Workers congregated at the front of the facility. They stand in sqaular all day and wave at customers as they drive in and out. There are also plenty of unhoused people roaming at the gate. The overall feeling of the environment was dismal and downtrodden. The inside of the storage facility was clean, however the outside environment made me anxious when I was on the property. I made it a point to never go to my locker after hours because I was intimidated by the circumstances of the vagrants at the gate.

Half of them were not wearing masks and when I asked if they had scissors behind the desk to help cut open the lock I just bought, your employee proceeded to try and open it with her teeth. They did not help me set up my scan card, just told me to punch in the date which did not work and caused the alarm to ring 2 different times. Everyone there acts like they don't want to be bothered or be at work. Plenty of people that would be over the moon to have a job. Very unprofessional. The other reason I proceeded with payment was because your location is convienent.

I had many heavy boxes and needed a dolly to move most of it. The service representative warned me, which was good. But then I had to get another unit that was $50 more a month. The price was still way better than what I had, but it would be good to describe the situation on line so we know what we're getting into. Otherwise, I was very impressed on all levels.

Was able to get to u-haul at 68075 Ramon rd Cathedral city cal 92234 . Return Trailer on 9/23/21 When I went to Explain what had happened and Told Repeatedly from the female counter person that I Bought Mount/Ball They Sold Me and Told me That it was the Right One Twice! Also their trailer technician I'll bet was Never been Trained properly But I was told this was my Responsibility! I'm sure their will Be no Fallow through! No I Guarantee u haul corporation won't or give Feedback on how this matter was Handled! Check Yelp sometime or Better go pay a visit!
