I couldn’t believe that one of your staff was using their personal phones to take a picture of my drivers license front and back I asked your employee why he’s taking a picture with his personal phone and he told me it was a U-Haul app that deleted the photo right after it was taken you still can archive these photos on a personal phone and I can’t believe U-Haul is allowing their employees to do such a thing I found that to be totally unacceptable

Guy in Wyoming Mi didn’t have shoes on at rental agreement . Stuck so bad I almost threw up. Rented an enclosed trailer 6x12 and it leaked water all inside and ruined my stuff . Didn’t get insurance and no one at uhaul wanted to help or gave a crap what happen to me. Horrible customer service and horrible enclosed trailer . Will not ise U-Haul again in the future nor recommend them.

The guys were super nice, they just seemed under informed, and the one was not able to use the rental system on the computer. They were really unclear about some things and didn't inform us about some of the terms and conditions.

The employee at this location is the one who informed me of the mileage penalty I had to pay. And he too, really could have cared less that I was not informed in advance. I have used U-Haul many time in the past and have never had to pay for extra miles.

The check-in process took exceedingly long. From the time I dropped off the truck in the Drop-Off zone to the time that I left was nearly 45 minutes. At several points in time, both of the store associates left the building with 5-7 customers inside for several minutes. At other points in time, it seemed that both associates were just standing around while customers waited. Frustrating experience to say the least.

The gentleman that handled my rental was very polite and knowledgeable but did have a few personal hygiene issues. The biggest problem is this store is grossly understaffed. They were extremely busy with long delays getting equipment rented.

While I clicked that it was well maintained the Service StabiliTrak was on overriding the normal odometer section of the instrument panel. It obviously needs attention and I hope they service it soon.

Not completely screw up giving my reservation to someone with the same last name and then be too incompetent to fix it in a timely manner. The two guys working the counter reeked of marijuana and seemed to not understand the point of sale system. Was given a contract for a trailer number that was given to different guy with same last name, ended up taking over 45 minutes to pick up a trailer that was supposed to have been reserved online. Put me way late and then ended up having a wiring issue with the trailer while I had it. Very displeased with the overall outcome of this experience.

Well as I went to return the truck 2 mins before 5pm no one was inside at register and then when the young man was trying to check me out the charge was more than quoted. So when I asked why they showed me that the previous person from a day ago charged me for a 2 day rental when even on my paperwork it says return in one day. Plus I called at 11:30am or so to change the time of my return to 5pm so it will be 24hrs instead of 3:15pm as my text stated the day before it didn't even show up or be updated when I got there. It took an extra 23 minutes to get out of there so I probably would've been outta of there sooner if the guy would've checked the mileage the first time instead of going outside twice.

While reviewing the rental agreement with your representative I realized we would likely need one more day added to the time frame. The representative said no problem at all and revised the agreement. When I dropped off the trailer on the agreed date the representative at that location told me their was an additional $29 charge for the additional date. I understand that there is a charge when things change but this was never brought up by the representative when I was picking up the trailer nor did I find any of this information on the rental agreement. In the end I did not make too much of a fuss because I got the impression that the young representative at the drop off location would have been able to do anything about it. Any time there is a change in cost or any additional cost to an agreement it needs to be made clear. Granted I am talking about $29 but it felt unethical the way it was imposed. Because of this I was very disappointed. Moving forward I will be more careful of additional hidden charges when dealing with Uhaul.

this truck needed the oil changed, the service light was on. tires were not balanced at speeds above 60 mph. engine bogged down at times and did not run well.

There was 3 workers when I went to pick up the truck. Still managed to wait about an hour after I had already reserved online. I did not know my exact miles but I told them time frame distance, I ended up paying DOUBLE my estimate. I also couldn't reserve in my town, I had to drive to another town only to find out I had to return truck back to exact location I picked it up from. Over all I spent 3-4 hours and going to two different locations to pick up a truck simply to go pick up a couch cost me $115.00. Never will rent again. Overall between the wait time and what I needed to rent truck for was a complete waste of time and money. I even had to keep the truck a full 24 hours because my wait time was so long between both locations. I had to leave rental to go to work and deal with the stuff I had to do the next day. It seriously was a 3 hour job TOP. Turning into a two days affair.

Provide more customer service representatives. One person to deal with all of the customers on a Sunday is not acceptable. Waiting to rent a trailer when everything was already completed on line was frustrating. Upon returning the trailer, I had to wait additional time until someone was free from the counter to check it back in.

Office staff were polite. The place appeared to be clean and well run. The only complaint I have is someone must have smoked a carton of cigarettes in the pick up truck I rented. After driving 400 miles I was sick to my stomach. I am sure if I would have asked for a different truck they would have made that change for me though so I don't really blame this business for that. They cannot control the incredible rudeness of many smokers. One suggestion however, perhaps they should have aired it out by leaving the windows open and given it a better cleaning. All in all I'd recommend this business though.

The estimated amount of what I was going to pay and what I actually paid was $30 different from each other. Not a single time during my initial rental did they mention that each mile was going to cost me an additional $0.69, it can rack up pretty quickly. I like all the stuff in the store as far as boxes and packaging needs but I don’t know if I see myself renting another vehicle from you guys.

I didn’t have clear instructions on what to do with the 4flat wire harness they used ch my plug on the back of my vehicle. When I dropped of the trailer I put the wire harness in the back of the trailer. Wasn’t sure what else to do with it

The storage facility was supposed to be securely locked indoors, but for months if you turned the handle to the security door upwards it would open without the key card. I reported this several times.
