Only one guy working on a Sunday morning. Waited more than an hour to get my trailer. To the worker's credit he was hustling his ass off and didn't stop moving but there was just a large rush of people that he was overwhelmed the entire time but the guys attitude was great while we waited on people. My overall Uhaul experience was not good. When I booked my uhaul, I was told I could pick everything up in Madison, WI. 2 days before my reservation they called and said I had to pick everything up in Janesville, almost an hour away. I was towing my car and this made it extremely difficult and added 2hrs to my trip. On top of that, when I reserved my Uhaul, I was told it could fit a 3 bedroom apartment - it did not. It was not big enough, and since my car was an hour away, I had no choice but to leave items behind, that I will need to go back and get. I moved to Michigan- it's a 5 hour drive one way. Also, when I returned the truck, the gas tank was full, so I was charged $98. This is so disappointing, because Uhaul changed my pick up location, requiring me to drive the Uhaul 76 more miles. I didn't feel like I should have been required to fill the tank, since it was a mistake on Uhaul's part that required additional gas. Overall, not a happy customer.Emily T.

The employees were to busy chitchatting with each other to move my order along. And this particular location every time i use the app so i can have contactless interaction they always mess it up and dont know whats going on so i have to go in the building and deal with poor customer service. And they always have to ring me up the regular way. Then one of there employee was really sick and had no business being at work but proceeded to touch everything and even touched my keys for no apparent reason I complained i couldn't believe it. Now i just had a uncle die from covid. And this particular store was not practicing any health clean habits or wiping down or sanitizing any trucks or keys. Every time i use this location i have a poor experience. Next time i will go out of my way to use any other location.Jason P.

User friendly online reservation process for easier equipment pick-up to eliminate or minimize waiting in line time (40 minutes). Also noticed vehicle needed an oil change per dashboard notification. Sales person was excellent and friendly.William Z.

I called and spoke to a women about needing the trailer a couple of more hours due to weather we were running behind. She was so rude and I didn't appreciate it at all when I was paying for a service where she worked. App malfunctioned and was not able to pick up my original reservation. Attwmpted to contact uhaul but nobody answered.. Asked for a refund the following day as they had given away my truck, but was told I could only get a different truck. Had to drive to a much further uhaul to pick up the 2nd. The truck had a check engine light on and low tire pressure. Not a safe or reliable truck. Attempted to contact uhaul but again no answer. Highly dissatisfied and will look elsewhere in the future.Dayton L.

I don't feel like there's anything you could do. I had a really great experience. The lady up front was kind, personable and encouraging (as that was my first time as a young female driving a 15ft U-Haul alone). Pete at this location was absolutely wonderful. He was funny and helpful and honestly made our day better when we were geared up to be grumpy about a sweaty day of moving activities. The only improvement I would suggest is on the website - it doesn't explain that the vans aren't available for one way trips. This was frustrating as there wasn't an explanation on the website, but our friend Pete finally explained WHY the van â€œwasn't available for our move,â€ so we appreciated that. Had the website been more clear, we could've made different arrangements to use the van.Rachel M.

Peter Dunn helped me when I arrived. Got the trailer hooked up and made sure everything was good before we left. When we came back at 6:50pm the same day another employee (sorry didn't catch his name) helped unhook the trailer and made everything so easy. I didn't even think they would still be open when we returned the trailer and they were!! Very helpful!Nacy S.

The truck I was rented had nearly bald tires. Under the weather conditions of the day (light wet snow, sub-freezing temperatures), it slipped in accelerating from stops, and fishtail in turns. The truck was a rolling accident.Steven S.

We received a call 45 minutes before pick up time that our small truck was being delivered late and that they had no other trucks available. They reserved a small truck for us at another location and assured us that there would be no cost due to the inconvenience. After moving our 2 items of furniture and returning the truck hours before it was due, we were charged the full amount.Randy D.

Although my rental was returned within the 2 day window, the return wasn't processed until later resulting in an additional charge. After calling to question the timestamp and charge, they quickly corrected the issue and refunded the additional charge..Bruce W.

The check in process was fine. After getting a flat 9 mins from our location we had to wait 5 hours for roadside assistance because not only did it take almost an hour to just get a hold of someone they got our location wrong sent after waiting 2.5 hours then had to wait another hour for a guy when the job took less then 5 mins to fix.
