I was trying to move one of my vehicles, and the day I came to get the tow-bar I realized my electrical connection for trailer lights was inoperative. The technician (Brandon?) was able to very quickly diagnose my issue and repair it. The professionalism of him as well as the office manager and the woman who helped me fill out the rental contract were of the highest order. Well done!

Everything was great!! I had rented my van online (Something that I had never done before) so I ended up calling in to ensure that everything went through, the woman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. When I went in for my pick up, everyone was very nice and it was quick and easy. Through the drop off, it was a quick and easy process to "check out" and everyone was very nice to work with!! Keep it up!! :) I'll 100% be coming back for my next rental needs!!

The mobile pick up seems convenient to the customer and for the most part it is. Right up to the moment you have to walk the entire lot not knowing where your rental is and then you ha e to go inside the store to get the key. It feels like this needs tweaked a little as to not be to confusing for the customer. Possibly a “designated” area for daily pick ups. Will definitely use again.

Check the automatic transmission, as it's rather noisy when shifting gears - which I told the attendant when I returned the truck. But it wasn't a problem when we used the truck. The truck has 106K miles on it, so that's to be expected.

Asked for a appliance cart to be in the truck and it was not in there!!! Also set up movers though U-Haul website and the day I picked up the truck the movers we're Suppose to meet us at our condo at 8 am and I received a email from them at 8:15am saying they needed to reschedule for the next day . Which was very unacceptable since I had the truck all ready rented for the day !!! It took about 2 hours on the phone trying to get a more movers to come !!! Was told to have fuel tank fill back up to half a tank when I brought the truck back. So I took a picture of the dashboard before I left U-Haul store and it was just below a 1/2 a tank all ready!!!!

Second time in less than six months renting from U-Haul and each time U-HAUL did not have what I wanted available even after reserving two weeks in advance. Very disappointing with the Milford location very satisfied with the Beechmont location

Agent was inexperienced and kept losing my information in the computer. The same info was entered 3X. The experienced agent was slow to intervene. When I finally got out to the space to hookup, the trailer had a broken latch so I was further delayed.

Had a great experience at U-Haul Beechmont. I tried to use the app and ordered the wrong equipment. I stopped in a few days before my rental and was they fixed everything. I picked up my rental with ease and was on my way. When I returned I checked in with ease as well. Great experience ðŸ' thank you!

The pick up and use of the van could not have been easier. The condition of the van honestly surprised me because it was so clean and well maintained. My issue with the experience is that I was charged for 100 miles that I didn't drive. I contacted Uhaul customer service on Tuesday and was told I would receive a call back from the general manager of the location at 8210 Beechmont Ave in Cincinnati where I rented the van either that day or the next day, and it is now Thursday and I haven't heard from anyone. There was clearly some issue with how the mileage was recorded either before I rented it, or it was recorded wrong after I dropped it off because the mileage was exactly 100 more than what I actually drove. My mile estimate was 50 miles, and I likely hit 52, but it was all local driving, so there is zero chance that I drove 152 miles. This resulted in me being charged an extra $95. This is unacceptable and why I am rating it a 1 star.

I expect to have a full tank of gas when picking up a truck or any sort of rental. The truck only had a 4th of a tank full. I called to ask why there was only a quarter tank and they explained that only a quarter of a tank has to be filled. I couldn't get a straight as to why but how to fill up to a quarter tank when the job is done. Wouldn't it be easier to have the driver fill up the tank when they are done?! Common sense. I will not be using or recommending uhaul again.

Our moving help from MovingHelp.com, promoted by U-Haul when making a reservation, was a no-show. This location, on behalf of U-Haul, took no responsibility. Can you imagine our nightmare when we're looking at all of our belongings and no help arrives? And that I paid over $300 for and arranged 3-weeks earlier? There was no phone number to reach anyone at MovingHelp.com, and as I said, the U-Haul folks at our local location said it was out of their hands and made no effort to help. I will seek other arrangements for trucks in the future. And I will certainly not trust U-Haul's recommendations and offering ever again. (Thankfully, we have amazing friends!)

Called to inquire about renting a box truck and sat on hold for 15 minutes. Went to Beechmont location after waiting on hold and no answer. Representative did not provide information about rental till finishing up paperwork. He was not very customer friendly. Was told to park personal vehicle in side lot but no spots available.

When I checked truck in I asked the member to check if I had enough gas. The gauge was between 1/4 & 1/2 and was supposed to be at 3/8. He turned on the truck, checked it and said it was “good”. On my bill I received a gas charge of $22. I would have driven to a nearby gas station and topped it off got a fraction of that if he would have told me

This is my family's second truck rental in the last few weeks. I don't think that there were any discussions of insurance before the first rental other that to confirm our personal coverage would be adequate. When I reserved the second rental, there was no discussion of additional insurance charges as part of the expected charges. It was only at the rental desk that insurance options appeared on the screen and no information on the selection screen to indicate that the quoted fees were for each "day" of rental. I fell that the process was less than transparent.

The doors often did not work or worked without needing a pass card...letting anyone in. We received two free mos for two trucks we rented. The 2nd month we were told only a very small unit was available. We rented large trucks and were supposed to receive comparable size storage. There actually was more than one large unit available. It was at that point we decided to discontinue any storage there. Very disappointing.

We had a unit here for at least a couple years. It was clean and climate controlled. We never had any problems. Steve showed me how to obtain access at least three times because I simply forgot after months had passed without accessing it. Every time, he was courteous and professional.
