This location was great, but my reservation was for the location at 3100 barksdale blvd and the experience was terrible. I waited for 30 minutes while nobody would help me, then the manager finally asked me what I needed and I showed him my online reservation (contactless) and he informed me he'd rented my truck to someone else earlier that morning. That's when he sent me to a different location. The entire fiasco ended up setting my move back by almost 2 hours. Yet when I returned the truck 5 minutes late from my original drop off time, I was definitely charged a fee.

I wish I could leave a review for the 3100 Barksdale Blvd location. We were originally supposed to drop the car transport there. After driving several days and thousands of miles we got there about 30 mins before closing. We were told that they didn't have room and we needed to go down the street (though they CLEARLY had the room). The man was extremely rude and unfriendly. We got to the 4100 Barksdale location with minutes to spare and the guy that helped us was wonderful! He was busy with another customer yet took the time to help us. He also made sure to update the drop-off information so we wouldn't be charged. Our experience at this location was the complete opposite of where we were supposed to drop off. Thank you!

Wanda says we did not return a doley...we did, her outside guy waved my daughter and hired help away saying "you all right"...did not open back. We know we had two doleys in there. I even re-looked in house to check behind the hired helper.

The general manager at the location miss Wanda is always excellent on top of her game keeps it clean equipment well organized and keeps me coming back I do not use the location down the road specifically because their management cannot keep up to the same pace as miss Wanda I do rent a trailer or truck at least twice a week I would consider us a preferred customer and I will continue to do business with you hall for most of the rest of my life

We have used this facility for both storage and transport. They are the BEST anywhere. The gal who runs this place in Bossier City is so helpful and easy to work with. Having Bordocks in Kittredge, CO. to drop off at was WONDERFUL. AS The men at the one on Evergreen parkway in Evergreen,CO. are SO NASTY and RUDE. My experience with them was horrible. Thank you.

Had to find unit after reserving online at 4 different locations. Had I not followed up, would have been driving all over town. Then I had to pay again even though I put CC info online. Also, the price charged was higher than quoted online. While the pickup location people were helpful and friendly, U-Haul Inc. gets 2 stars at most.

Communication. Need more units available. I would like a refund for the extra 2 hours drive time and being charged the same rate for a smaller trailer. I needed a larger trailer. This caused additional gas money for my truck ans my friends truck

Ensure the trailer is attached properly. It came detached while I was driving and could have been catastrophic!!! Furthermore, your roadside assistance is a joke. I fixed the trailer on my own.

The employees were great, but the website put in for a one way trip and then the system at the location required us to return the equipment there. They had to run my card about 8 times or so and we finally had to get cash from an atm. We were at the location probably 45 minutes just trying to pick up the equipment and the computers were by far the biggest issue.

I tried to drop off my equipment and the guy at the front door didn't let me in the door. He yelled through a closed door “the system is down I can't help”. Would not recommend this location to a friend or relative that situation was not handled professionally at all.

I went online to reserve a truck at location 3100 barksdale blvd for July 25, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm 24/7 pickup. I was sent two email confirming this and a text message along with two phone calls from a rep. Tell me why my location was changed but time remained the same? I get to changed location at 7:50 am for pick and I'm being told I can only pick up this vehicle at location in person at 9:00 am???? Then told by the rep at this location that I was supposed to pick up my truck evening before at 4;30 pm and nonchalant attitude for my inconvenience. I've used uhaul for many years and the mix up with my rental is unacceptable.

The truck I reserved was not present when I arrived. I was given a smaller truck and told that since I reserved on line the reservation was not honored. Because of the smaller truck I had to make extra trips which cost a lot of time and effort. Otherwise things were good, but if I can I will avoid using U-haul in the future.

Decent experience all around but I do have 3 complaints. I had scheduled an early morning pickup through the app. The app directions for the truck pickup were way off. I ended up driving to 3 different locations before I was able to locate my rental truck. Second complaint, I had rented a furniture dolly but upon reviewing the truck over, I was unable to locate the doll. I clicked through the app and I couldn't find a location to say that the dolly was missing prior to me accepting the vehicle so I ended up paying for the rental of the dolly and paying for the replacement of the dolly since it wasn't in the truck when I returned the rental. Final complaint, I had purchased the insurance through my rental agreement. I ended up getting tire damage (side wall) due to debris in the road that I was unable to avoid. I was charged for a full tire replacement. I will give kudo's to the next day shift worked for doing his due diligence in trying to find a way for me to not have to pay for the tire but he was unsuccessful. Final thought, what should have been a sub $100 dollar rental ended up costing me $325....
