From the manager to the staff, every time I go in for rent an equipment they’re so pleasant. Specially the manager “Ty” is so nice and outstanding customer service. I’ve been to other Uhaul locations but this tops all of them.

Camilla WiseGive a little more time windows on return. Ran into issue of furniture not fitting in house so had to take somewhere else in order to do that had to be late in returning the truck. Was called by drop off location and we expressed that we would be little late in returning it was told it was fine we had an hour Lee way for the drop off period. so location owner went lunch and by the time we got done with our complications we were like 10 to 20 minutes past that hour mark for returning it so end up getting charged a whole another day over $60+ just for 20 minutes of running into a complication not asking for return just asking to extend your window for returning them in case something you didn't plan happening doesn't end up messing life up. ANTHONY RAKOWhen I arrived at the warehouse to pickup my furniture I opened the back of the U-Haul truck I saw roaches running around had to go a store to buy spray and wipes to clean the truck before I could use it When I returned the truck I told them about my displeasure the employee said he would relay the message to the manager and they would reach out once they returned it’s been four days

Erika StaigerStop having your employees tell customers that come in as a group. That you can't rent out to vehicles to only one person in the group because of theft. I feel that this is done because this location have mostly Black customers. You don't know the situation so to tell us that was one embarrassing like we were thieves. And two it was for different days and time. And you need more staff. The lines get too long. And the older white male that you return the vehicle to. Has no sense of urgency. I know people need jobs but you should have someone that is faster. I drive further to come to this facility. I would expect it to be more pleasant.

If you got in that means you have a code. So why would you need one to get out. And if it do stay in place that should be accessible from your car also.

robin hurdleI give this experience a D+/C- do to the fact that I was given a compromised tow-dolly. My car came off of the tow dolly within 5 minutes of leaving the dealership, it was rolling in the street!!! No damage to my car. Next, the straps to the tires kept coming off for the first 3 hours of the trip causing me to have to stop and retighten the straps over the tires. The next day was no better. I nursed my car to the next stop before calling U-Haul and requesting a new tow dolly just outside of Little Rock. The trip was much better after that. But I feel it was unacceptable for the tow dolly to be so compromised. It could have turned out much worse.

All they could’ve said was sorry that’s just our way. but they turned it into a big argument because they’re feelings were hurt. Kept going well it’s because.. it doesn’t matter what it’s because. Just say sorry that’s our system. But instead they got mad and showed extreme unprofessionalism.

Robert MclemoreThe person who helped me with the actual drop off was great. When I had a concern about being charged an extra day, the person at the UHaul main number was very helpful and put in a form (I forget the name) that sent my concern to a more local rep for their review. When that local rep just called me, she was a bit short with me, saying that they didn't have time to verbally tell customers the rental policies and that I should have read my contract more carefully. Everyone else had been so professional, this person just kinda stood out.
David O'DonnellI had never used Uhaul before and was put in a horrible situation of moving out of state and being scammed. This was a nightmare. I came back to VA and was sent to Airline Blvd to store my items for a free month so I could get everything straight. The staff at this location was unreal. Immediately got me into a size unit that was convenient for storing my items. They understand I was in a situation that no one wants to be in and honestly took care of me. I worked with 2 younger guys at first ( I wish I could remember their names because they deserve a shout out ) and then finished up with Tyeva. These humans do not understand how much they all contributed to helping me out and I will forever hold gratitude for them. Uhaul better treat them right!

My unit was due Nov 3rd but I emptied it Nov 4th and the full payment was still taken out of my account. The office personnel was told the week before of my intention s. New requirements should be made for situations like this.

I got a code for the gate to move stuff into storage, and it didn’t work at all. I called the storage manager today to have a rude manager tell me “we only do that for out of state moves” and for the code “you have to get a card”. No email I ever got told me about a card and the code didn’t even work the initial time which was what she told me it was for. Also, why would the website tell me my first month was free when I signed up if it’s not actually free! Poor advertising and exceptionally poor customer service.

Then had to walk all the way around to get back in because there is no key pad on that side of the bldging. Then tried to use the cart and ramps. The concrete ramp was broken on the end so created a VERY LARGE LIP to try and get over. The cart had a broken wheel most likely broken by the very large lip. Our furniture Dolly couldn’t even maneuver well over this lip. Made it VERY MISERABLE AND DIFFICULT TO MOVE IN. ADDITIONALLY the door shut and locked us out while trying to move in so I had to walk to a different door to let us in. All in All it was a very frustrating move in with many a cuss word spoken!! 😡. SO NOT HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE!!

When we finally arrived with a huge 26ft uhaul and a car being towed, they told us there are no units available. You can imagine the panic we felt that moment. Apparently uhaul (corporate) will overbook things but the units themselves are “first come first serve” at this location. Having said that, the staff accommodated us rather quickly and ended up finding a unit that just emptied out which was perfect for our things. Their customer service was fantastic and the people working there are very accommodating and work hard. Can’t say enough good things about this location. Hopefully uhaul corporate can correct this booking issue. Overall very satisfied with my experience after it was all said and done.
