Make sure the customer gets the location he rented from. I got a call telling me I was to pick up the trailer over 40 minutes away from my location. My confirmation showed to pick up at location I had originally ordered with. I called u haul and was told there was a glitch with the system. I was able to get the trailer I wanted at the location I wanted.FREDERICK M.

Was having trouble with mobile check in. Manager was busy and asked a employee to assist. She walks us to a sign with instructions and has us start all over rather than ask where we were in the process. Then decides to have us start a new reservation. Then I call and ask if I have to return to their location and was told if I did not I would be charged 4x rental. I found bother interactions rude and did not need to be threatened when asking a simple yes or no question. I will not us this location again.Shannon W.

I was impressed from the moment I arrived until the moment I brought the truck back. The employees were on top of everything and I was in and out within 20 minutes, it would have been faster but the computer was running very slow. Took way too long to rent the trailer with confirming multiple contacts (by calling them) and taking a picture to go with my drivers license along with a damaged trailer not being noted in the documentation. I'll never rent from an actual u-haul location again. Process is so smooth at other locations, this was ridiculous.Christopher B.

I rented a 4x8 trailer yesterday, no one told me I had to check in the trailer when I dropped it off last night at 9:00 pm. I left the trailer in front of the store as I was told to do, then I got a call this morning saying they were wondering where the trailer was. I told them it was in from of the store and she said, â€œOh, we usually ask the customer to check it in when they bring it back.' i said, â€œWell, no one told me to do that.â€ So she said she would check it in for me. Then you hit me with a $20 after hour â€œserviceâ€ fee. I want that money back. And I'm going to trash this company and location on Yelp, and Facebook.Stephen S.

The rental process went well. The trailer was perfect for the job. The return was smooth The lady got everything checked, the trailer unhooked and sent me on my way. She did neglect to tell me I, apparently, was supposed to check out in the office as at 5:30PM I got a call informing me the trailer was due back at 5:00PM. The caller was surprised when I told her it had been in its parking place since 3:30 PM.Stephen B.

I rented the trailer from this location, had a conversation about moving to Washington with the person at the store. They set up my contract for in town when I was not coming back to this location. Traveled to washington and found out that I'm being charged $845.91 for one way trip. Was not told at all about this prior to hooking up and leaving. Lesson learned but nothing good yo say about the transparency of this company anymore.Stephen M.

Fairplay, CO is the only place in Summit County to rent a truck for a one way move. All other locations are for local moves. This location has a wide variety of trailers and trucks. We could not find a truck in Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Colorado.Lacey B.

The wait time was a little excessive. I even had a reservation, I was thinking that would speed things up a little. The excessive wait time , is the only reason I didn't give an excellent reviewJason G.
This location is best described as an â€œassistantâ€ for app/web use. When you go in they tell you to go to uhaul.com. If you have trouble they will assist. They do not want you to give them the reservation #. Several employees ignored us entirely. When I mentioned the extreme lack of customer service to the employee, he said he is doing what he was directed to do by the MCO. I will not use this location for anything and I will tell everyone I know to use other locations. This location would be an ideal location to use an Amazon store type where customers pick their stuff and services and don't interact with a person. They are almost there. I suggest you market this store in a similar way.MICHEAL B.

The worst service possible. Originally reserved a truck and storage online for Thursday June 10th. it didn't apply the free 1st month so I called the next day, spoke with a Uhaul rep who applied the free month. Thursday came I went to get the storage and was told other people were ahead of me, even though the I was told it was mine. The person at Uhaul helped me move the truck reservation to Friday, and told me the Galley/ Academy location had a storage unit. since I needed the storage. The next day I called and asked for that location directly, they helped me get the storage... Later on Friday, I head to the new location for the storage, I was told the same thing, thankfully the guy working there was able to find something for me... Next I went to pick up the truck... When I got there and started to check out, I notice my reservation was cancelled... I call they get the reservation set back up, I go through the steps online, get the 4 digit code for the lock box... it doesn't work, I call the prompted number, tell the rep what happens, she puts me on hold, about 15 minutes on hold I decided to use the chat. That rep gives me a few codes to try and none of the work, I'm told I have to wait on the phone... by this time is almost a half hour. I continue to wait, call from a different line and I'm told they're closed... Waited about 45 minutes and finally hung up... after panicking about not being able to get my stuff, finally a rep calls me and after her apeaking with a manager she gets me a truck at a location pretty far away st 9:30 at night... (Tiffany was amazing by the way and very helpful, the only saving grace through this whole ordeal...) So to recap. Got the reservation for a truck and strorage for Thursday at 5:30. Wasn't able to get anything unil 9:30 on Friday... Absolutely worst experience Ive ever had... Except for Tiffany... she was the only saving grace for the whole experience...Sean R. | First Impressions
