Billy M. | First ImpressionsI walked in March 14th they were kind of busy so they I waited.. A Blk man calls us over to the third register after getting everything set up his computer froze so he asks the staff next to him for help. She hits two keys and says “shit I don't know what's wrong with it†And she sends him outside and lets me know she can take me at the register she was at. She helps with a really crappy snotty attitude. When this happen I should have just walked out then but didn't because I was really in need for moving truck and just wanted to get moving over with. So I kept the truck an extra day she explained everything to me fine. I come back in the 16th to drop the truck off. The same man sends in the wrong mileage of 465 miles exactly so my card was charged 424 dollars. I only told them I was driving 20miles. So at this point I'm upset explaining to her that I didn't drive that many miles and she still has this same shitty attitude as before. So the manager goes out and sees that he has it all wrong it sent her the wrong mileage. I only drove 60 miles total. So now my total was then 91 dollars. So I go to hand her my debit card and she says it's already been taking off plus an additional 424. So now I'm upset like why would you charge my card when I only requested 20 miles so why would you assume i driver 465 miles. I honestly feel like it was done purposely. my account was over drafted because of a mix up when I just told her I didn't not drive that far. I asked for the manager she then explains she's the assistant manager so I can talk with her. Worst customer service ever. While I was still talking to her she explains it's going to be 3 to 7 business days before I get the money back to my account which is inconvenience for me in the middle of move. I ask for corporate number she stated it's on the Recite. Which was incorrect. While I was still talking trying to figure out this mess she dismisses me and says I can help the next customer. This was definitely the worst customer service I ever received. Exactly why I don't make any purchases in Detroit because people are nasty and rude. I definitely said a bad few choice of words but I was pissed. The manager apologized for her and provided me with corporate number. Never a fucking again.

Two the Service at the drop off location was horrible the representative in the yard was rude and agitated he said to park the trailer in 3 different locations and then proceeded to say I was making his job hard on his off day i don't appreciate that I will never ever use your service again.

Anita D. | First ImpressionsFirst off the online process was horrible when I arrived at the location which was 10 minutes before they're closing time I was rudely told they could do nothing for me in regards to me not being able to get in the building however an employee let me in and once I walk around to my unit it was not ready however I managed to get in to the unit and store my belongings came back the next morning only to be told that I could only come during store hours due to the card machine not working when I arrive on the second day I could swore I seen a bug not knowing exactly what kind of bug would appear to be a cockroach I immediately go to the office they came they picked up the bug but never told me what it was so now I'm in fear of my belongings being infested what kind of operation is this never in my life have I experienced such a unprofessional situation I will be contacting corporate
