The location experience was excellent because of an employee called Rewa , she did an amazing job in all steps starting from welcoming me as a first time customer in this location then answered all my questions and gave me exactly what i want and finally she did a great job when i handed over the keys , she's going to be my number one reason to come again and deal with this particular locationIbrahim F.

Staff on duty were seemingly in a sour mood and were not very helpful. When putting the trailer on I was told I would need an adapter, which was fine, was told to pull up to the store front but was not guided where to park and unknowing pulled into an area that was incredibly difficult to get out of. Staff on duty did not help with getting out the parking lot and seemed annoyed with me that I didn't know where to go.Kyle T.

The U-Haul company didn't return my deposit i was they charged me too much I have two different payments one for 76.63 in another payment of $83 and some change I did not receive my deposit back Basically they charged me 160 some dollars for a move and I still have not received my deposit back yetTARA W.

This was not my drop off location! I have it written on my actual contract that the dropoff location was 800 Business Loop, Columbia, MO! And I was charged for a wrong drop off!NOLANDA D.
Make sure someone is always at the front desk for customers. We waited 10-15 minutes before we saw anyone, along with at least 4 more groups. The young man that waited on us outside was very kind and helpful. The young lady who eventually waited on us at the desk was kind and helpful. It would be nice though for that person to be able to stay inside and help the customers.DENISE H.

When leaving desk after checking in. Was told that truck would be pulled around and ready for us to take off. Later that day, discovered a test with info that should have been completed before we left regarding condition of truck, dirty, scratches etc. Would have been nice to have been told to watch for text and fill out before leaving lot.Anthony N.

The truck I got ran very rough and smelled of burning oil. To top it off there was a headlight out and I was pulled over for this. Advised the uhaul employees and they could have cared less. Will not use this location ever again. Inside of cab of truck was dirty drivers side door had liquid spilled in the cup area, just overall crap experience and I had 3 charges on my card for them they held two different amounts both well over $100 then when I returned it had to do final charge so I had $500 taken or held from my account and still waiting for the â€œholdsâ€ to go back to my account.CARRIE C.

When I dropped off the Uhaul at the final location, they notified me that the chains on the tow dolly were not connected to my vehicle and that it could have come off at any time on the highway. I was informed by the manager during installation that there was not a place to connect the chains under the vehicle, but the final location identified those places. In addition, I was told to put on the emergency brake by the installer which the manager did correct when I asked him for confirmation. Very concerning for me that I would have either had the emergency brake on the entire cross country trip if I hadn't asked, and that these chains were not attached.Kathryn B.
I called at the last minute needing a 15 ft truck & was told that â€œYes there was a truck availableâ€. When I got there, man who brought truck up for me offered to help me up into the extremely high (for me) seat & adjusted the passenger mirror before I drove out of their area.SHARON D.

The lady told me the insurance would be $8 per day. I used the trailer for two days. When I looked at the receipt I found she had charged me $40 for four days. When I turned the trailer in I was informed I would not get a credit for the two unused days. You got me this time but you won't see any business from me in the future. Also the charge was more than double what I paid for a rental in the past. Bunch of crooks! Acted like she couldn't give a crap whether I rented or not.Ed H.

When I called to make the reservation, the lady told me that the store opened at 9 on Sunday. We got there about 8:40 and it was open. The sign even said they opened at 8! It would have made it easier on us had we been able to get it at 8. Please let the phone people know what time the store opens.Neisa L.

I have been renting from this locations for a few years. Every time I come in or make a call in, everyone is always nice and very pleasant. On this last rental I had a very bad day, and on my return the people were quick to get me checked in and went above and beyond and took the time to listen to me and my day. U-Hauls late fee schedule violates the norms of decency. In my case I was out of town on a business trip. You charged me $30 late fee on a $129 invoice that was 20 days late. This figures out to about 445 per cent per annum. Usery rates by any definition. I called the manager to discuss this but he did not return my call. With our two companies in Arizona and California we have done tens of thousands of dollars per year with U-Haul.
