This location has a routine of putting the track into Pulling mode which requires more gas. I did not know how to turn it off. The man that delivered the vehicle quickly left before I could catch him to say the gas gauge was not correct. I took a picture of the original level of gas And brought it back with the same amount but was still charged for the difference. I was concerned about the gas and the light flashing regarding low tires that I did not check the mileage. The beginning mileage was incorrect and I was charged for additional mileage that I did not drive. I will never use your location again.Rex H.

Appreciated getting 1 month free after renting a moving truck from UHaul. But if my unit had been located inside rather than outside, it would have been extremely inconvenient to not be able to get into my unit after 10pm. Dave, the General Manager was extremely helpful. I was supposed to get a 10x10 unit with my contract, but he was able able to find me a 10x15 unit instead along with a second 10x10 unit for the overflow. He gave me both of them free for the first month. He made sure that one of his people spotted me since I had to back up a quite a distance to the first unit. The check-in person, Steven found some keys I had attached to the truck ignition key and called me and left them attached to a copy of my receipt for me. I appreciate all the assistance received from everyone that I interacted with at this location. Please be sure to let the individuals I mentioned know of my comments. Thank you. The truck was borderline mechanically unsound. It had massive suspension issues. It hard bounced every bump, big or small. People noticed that the rear end was several inches out of alignment. It felt like it. The thing popped in and out of gear once randomly. The drivers door seal was nonexistent. The road noise because of that was extremely loud. I also thought I was buying furniture pads to keep and use. Apparently, I was given the ones I had to return. Some were used for furniture storage. Either I misunderstood what I was purchasing, or it needs to be explained better online.JOHN K.

Once I completed the initial mobile check-in, I had to go inside the location to get the key. The instructions were to walk up to the counter let the person know you were there to get a key and they would hand me the key. The woman who was at the counter at the time had me wait in line. Once I waited in line and after I showed her my phone, with the truck number on it, She then proceeded to log into the computer and asked me my name repeatedly. When she did find and confirm the order, she then called someone else saying that she couldn't find the keys. The gentleman arrived at the counter only to show her that the key was sitting exactly where it should be. The delay she caused went against the convenience of using the mobile process.HERLONDA H.
When I picked up the car port I did not take my car. So after my cousin put my car on the car port I went to this location to make sure my car was on the car port correctly. I rented a truck, after talking to a man on the phone. I rented a 10 foot truck to move furniture to Stillwater, from Tulsa Oklahoma. He recommended the truck. It had no ramp. What? The men I hired to help me move looked all over and under the truck. No ramp. "We never saw a uhaul truck with no ramp. Me neither. That made our day alot worse. What the hell?Taylor B.

The trailer license plate / tag was expired. Maryland plate, 04 2020 tag. Was worried about getting pulled over for expired plates. There was no locking pin for the ball hitch receiver. We were not able to lock the trailer onto our truck or secure the hitch release from popping up. Had to jerry-rig a wire through the hole to secure it. Didn't realize the wasn't a way to lock it onto the ball until we left facility.KEVIN N.

I didn't get his name, but special thanks to the staff member that took care of us during the pick-up process. There was an issue with the right turn blinker on the trailer and he took great care following up on the problem. He checked the fuse, but found it was the wire to the connector on my vehicle was split. He fixed the wire and got us on our way.SCOTT T.

I called to reserve a box truck over the phone. I had to wait maybe 15 minutes for a Customer Service Representative to answer. When i originally called and made reservation, (which i understand was done at the corporate level) i was told that if i needed the equipment for additional days. just to keep the truck and i would incur the normal daily charge. (which i was fine with) what i didn't anticipate was starting the 3rd day and for the next 2 days received 6 phone calls asking me when i was going to turn in the truck. Each call not aware about the call before it. (all said hmm. there's no notes.. blah, blah, blah. Need it back as people are waiting for the rental. ) If our money wasn't worth it, they should have just said so. Refund our cost and go on.RUDOLPH S.
My previous experiences with U-Haul were frustrating because the computer systems were slow and outdated and the processes they used to check you in and out took a long time and the people were typically not helpful. But I was very pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was with this rental and your team was very nice and helpful. So so so much better. Good work.JOHN R.

The broken water pipe and the way it was handled was a main reason to move out. I realize U-Haul did not deliberately cause the problem but trashing my goods with no consideration for the loss was not good. At least I was given a replacement lock for the one cut off when I couldn't make a 700 mile trip in the time allocated to clean/empty my bin. I supposedly had a bill from 2015... Although I have rented from y'all several times since then. I had to pay $125 before I could rent the uhaul today. I have never not paid a bill. I'm going to have to go back through my bank statements from 2015. I hope my bank still has the records! I thought it was a little unprofessional to bring that to my attention after renting from you all several times since then. If there is a outstanding balance and I was notified it would have been addressed immediately. Now I'm unsure even if my bank can pull a statement from 6 years ago!! I feel like if that was a issues I shouldn't have been able to rent the last six years. I honestly feel like I got bamboozled out of $125 today but I had to move my mother to a new home. So I paid it because I didn't have time to go explain this situation to my banker. I will most likely use another company from now on so I don't get any more â€œsurprisesâ€ from a bill I may or may not have paid 6 years ago. Sounds a little ridiculous.TAD P.
It was a last minute rental that was need to move some appliances. I started out at the location in broken arrow but they didn't have what I needed. The gentleman there was very helpful and set me up with this location. The gentleman there was very helpful and persoable and the check out went seamlessly. Just had the truck for a few hours and the check in was quick and easy as well. Uninterested staff every time I went into the office, unfriendly and quite friendly appeared to hate their job. Always busy and never enough staff- waiting often with too many people not distancing nor wearing masks- staff wearing theirs in their chin or not at all. Everything has been great until we received this notice - we HAD NOT MOVED OUT. I cannot tell you how disconcerting it was to receive this notice. We were not sure if our belongings had been stolen or what was going on. It took three phone calls before they could even find our name in the system. Then one guy called us back and said it was a mistake and our stuff was still there. Of course we drove in from out of town ourselves to verify - thankfully the locks were in place and everything still there. I realize mistakes happen but these types cause a lot of stress. I had trusted the facility to be secure with cameras and monitored access and placed decades of my irreplaceable photos, documentation of military service, coin collection materials, a small heavy safe with coins, camping items and boxes of office materials and financial records for years plus much more. U-Haul advertises its locks as great security BUT the thieves wiped me out despite this lauded and false security. Came through the locked door with the "great" lock. The only thing I could see that might make the experience 6-star is on the indoor storage entrance. It would help greatly that the ramp to the inside was stretched out further. Making getting inside the storage facility easier when you have heavier things to store.Matthew H. | First Impressions
The Manager David responded well to an issue I had He provided several solutions which I was pleased with He also checked periodically to make sure everything was going good. The staff weather in the store or seeing them working around the facility were friendly some greeted by a hello or wave or friendly gesture smile etc. The facility in or out were kept up and loved the cleaning lady always happy and constantly cleaning whenever I saw her. I liked the extra security measures in addition to your locks, swiping in and out , the lighting , and even the ear piercing alarm when it went off occasionally. Your staff is rude in all three locations I visited. They all acted like they were doing me a big favor just to let me speak with them. I am the client not the tax collector. I am paying you money not collecting money. Your staff needs a lesson in common customer service. The unit I rented had not been cleaned out and there was trash and debris still in the storage room. The only polite person on the site was the courteous young man that accepted the rental van. My son worked at your location many years ago during his sophomore year of college.
