Everything went very smooth except that we called before we came to pick up the trailer and we asked if they provide the ball hitch. They said yes then we when we showed up they said they did not. We have to go back home to get one. That was very inconvenient.

Had an issue with car damage. I purchased the insurance and was told that I needed to call the number or file online. I did not have trailer license plate number, so it took me several days to get the correct info. I filed the claim and then was told that it was not covered damage. Literally lost 5 days of having my car worked on due to the fact I was not told that I needed such information to file the claim. I do not have appt for car until 8/8. So, I will be out several weeks of driving car by the time it actually gets fixed.

On pick-up the truck cab was full of empty drink bottles and cups. Coffee was spilled in the console. Truck broke down 90 miles out of Phoenix. I was stranded for about 4 1/2 hours on the side of the freeway. Repairman was competent and friendly and got me back on the road.

If this location does not set the bar for customer service it should. I rent a truck on the average once a month from U-Haul and the only complaint I can make about is that there's nothing to complain about. The service is great the team that works there goes out of their way to make the process easy and enjoyable .

24/7 check in was a joke. Supposed to pick up at 530am.....couldn't get the system to work for me. Stayed until 7am and was helped by Enrique. He was awesome. The location then didn't have my size truck or the requested appliance dollies. He moved a few things around on the schedule and poof, now there was a truck sitting outside. When I started the truck up to leave.....it was on 0 miles till empty. Seriously!! I was offered a smaller truck....but I had actually upgraded to a bigger truck just 2 days before. I needed that size. So I asked if there was a gas station close by and he said yes and told me where. I then asked what do I do if I run out of gas. I was to call customer service and wait for them to bring gas to me. Seriously again!! What a horrible situation to go through on your moving day.

I've rented Uhaul for over 20 years. Coast to coast 4+ times, others 1500-2000 miles, and a dozen in- state and out of state moves, and the all usually included a tow dolly, or a car transport. The past few years, no more military discounts, ( I guess when those who fight, and die, to earn YOU the right live free, run businesses, and make money, and do whatever you want, you are free to lack gratitude...i think it reflects poorly on a business that operates with this M.O. ), and an absolute refusal to find and deliver equipment for us, the customer. ( they told me this time I had to drive 600 miles into another state, to get a dolly... ), has made it difficult to work with Uhaul. The epitome of supply and demand, without building their equipment infrastructure, as they don't seem to add more equipment, especially to go one way... This last rental, as I had to overcome exceedingly impossible logistics, they thought it was ok to bully, and harass me over needing a tow dolly, wanted to do inspections on my motorhome( sorry, it's only a half million dollar right, capable of pulling 10k)... I rented the tow dolly toooo my location, and they evidently did not want me to take it out of state one way, so, they threw up roadblocks to frustrate my attempts. A recent, previous, rental, we were given a disgusting, filthy, and unsafe truck, that floated across the road, and even broke down .. even taking my concerns/ complaint to the highest level, they told me, " well, you got where you needed to go, we fixed the truck when it left you stranded, so that's good for us.", so that was a successful rental to them??... They did nothing for us, compensated us nothing, and could've really cared less... Over all I'm terribly dissatisfied, disappointed, and will be making strenuous efforts to make other arrangements in the future.

Your computer system has connected my email address to this customer's order (Brenda C.). I have been given email access to everything she should have received via email because she has my old phone number, which I used to reserve a Uhaul rental at a different location in 2018. I tried to call and report that this woman's info and mine have been connected, but nobody seems to care even after waiting on hold for a very very long time. It is very disturbing, because this poor woman's data is being compromised and mine is likely compromised too. Not a good way to do business. I should call my old phone number and let her know that her cell phone number is connected to my email (since this doesn't seem to concern the UHaul people) and that I have been given copies of all of her information. I doubt she would be very happy about it.

The manager and employees had no respect all they cared about was making the sale!! They didn't hear what I had to say and when I brought the truck back clean and gassed up, they still had the audacity to try and tack on some bull**it fees and bogus charges that didn't apply to me! Everyone knows that any rental should be a 24hr period. So the every truck is booked is not at all a truethful statement . When almost every truck sits right here in the lot. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I immediately called when there was a question discrepancy in the fuselage. First customer service agent was nice , noted it and told me just to return the truck as is. Called next day after getting charged fee. Was told to call back following day to talk to manager. Employee that helped me was rude, condescending and should not be working in customer service. I asked for corporate number and she said her general manger was there I could speak to her and kept me on hold and never came back to call, I had to hang up amd call again to get corporate phone number. . I will never recommend this location, ever because of her.

The Storage unit I ordered was not available! I had a confirmation number and the reserved unit that was not really in existence! This was a problem, there really weren't other options which makes one wonder why you even make reservations with U-Haul… but the gentleman, Behind the counter was able to find something that worked. It will cost me quite a bit more not thrilled about that. This is not the first time that I've reserved Some thing from U-Haul they didn't really exist when I got there. Yes I do still use U haul services but I have to say you need to get better at knowing what you have in inventory and making sure you don't double book! I said that I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to a friend there was no maybe offered, I may recommend it but I would let them know that even though you book ahead what you've ordered may not be there so be leery! It ended up OK and I have a storage unit but it's costing me way more and it's not a drive up one I'm a senior didn't really wanna have to put everything on a cart and wheel it around in the buildingAnd made reservations so I wouldn't have to do that but now I'm doing it anyway at a higher price not exactly thrilled. However that being said, the people who actually worked at the store did the best they possibly could with an impossible situation that start it from your 800 number

I applied online at 9 pm at night and didn't realize they were closed, ok no worries. When I was ready to move in (during business hours 2 days later), I learned that I was given a refund because they had double booked the unit. The refund wouldn't show for a few business days so they wanted me to pay again. I can't afford that. I didn't receive a call or text and unfortunately I showed up ready to move into no unit.

I went there earlier today to rent a storage unit and was helped by a new employee. He was very friendly, but he missed quite a few important details. After completing the transaction, I went to check out my unit. I was not offered to be shown where it was by the office staff, and when I tried to get in through the doors, they didn't open. The janitor informed me I needed to use my card. I was not given a card. I had to go back inside and ask for my card. Not a big deal at this point. I was given my card and was able to get in. When I went to the basement to view my unit, it was locked. I was informed by the personnel in there that I needed approval for them to remove the lock. I spoke with the "manager" Coty, and she said it was approved. So I went to get back in, and the door would not open. After standing there for a few minutes, I went back inside and spoke with Coty again (who was too busy to make sure I had everything I needed to complete my transaction). She then informed me it would take 24 hours for my card to open the doors even though it was checking me in and out. She then pointed out a door that I could use that was in the office (would have been helpful to mention during the rental transaction). I then went and found the janitor and let him know that Coty authorized the removal of the lock. He removed it and asked me where my lock was. I told him that I was told they weren't provided and would have to buy my own (and was not told they sold them there), and he told me that it should have been. I returned to the office again, and asked Coty if I could ask her a quick question, (about the lock), and she told me I'd have to wait until she finished helping the customer she was with. I then told her that I had not been fully helped, and she ignored. I only wanted to question about the lock. At this point, I was thoroughly frustrated with this entire ordeal. When it was my "turn", I inquired about the lock in which she told me "how am I supposed to know you weren't offered a lock?" in a rude tone. I then told her that I would like a refund since if it's this difficult now, why would I want to continue this agreement. She then told me, and in a very rude tone with angry facial features that "Don't take this out on him, he's new!" I said I wanted a refund again, and it was processed. The issue here is that they had a new employee with no training, the "manager" didn't care, and the rudeness when trying to get everything straightened out. I don't work there, so how am I supposed to know the procedure? Coty is a terrible manager, and if you, the owner, check this, please re-think your employee decisions.

I had a good experience except the time the manager (I don't remember his name), had a problem with me being in my unit longer than an hour. He made it to where I couldn't get back in that night. I was trying to organize my stuff and clean up and grab some things on the way out. He made that very difficult for me! I never had a problem before that, but I thought that was very rude to do that behind my back.

I was not unware of your storage facilities, and move in specials when I first went there for a truck rental. I was exceptionally impressed with the way the head manager (Damien) was able to expedite, organize, and resolve business matters effectively. Manager told me back in Nov he had taken care of an issue for me. Here we are 4 months later and it still.is outstanding. Then when you try to talk to him he has major attitude. Its ashame, but this is one facility I won't be using again. Thanks Damien for not having a sense of urgency.
