You've got a little gal there that works. I mean she works. I'm old school and I appreciate it when a 110 lb gal can swing one of those heavy 6x12' trailers around. She's a keeper! This location always has what I need when I need it. Thank you UHAUL!

The Storage unit I ordered was not available! I had a confirmation number and the reserved unit that was not really in existence! This was a problem, there really weren't other options which makes one wonder why you even make reservations with U-Haul… but the gentleman, Behind the counter was able to find something that worked. It will cost me quite a bit more not thrilled about that. This is not the first time that I've reserved Some thing from U-Haul they didn't really exist when I got there. Yes I do still use U haul services but I have to say you need to get better at knowing what you have in inventory and making sure you don't double book! I said that I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to a friend there was no maybe offered, I may recommend it but I would let them know that even though you book ahead what you've ordered may not be there so be leery! It ended up OK and I have a storage unit but it's costing me way more and it's not a drive up one I'm a senior didn't really wanna have to put everything on a cart and wheel it around in the buildingAnd made reservations so I wouldn't have to do that but now I'm doing it anyway at a higher price not exactly thrilled. However that being said, the people who actually worked at the store did the best they possibly could with an impossible situation that start it from your 800 number

The box truck we had rented wasn't on site, it had been relocated to another state. Instead, we did get an upgrade in truck size. However, the truck had less than 30 miles left on the gas tank, and the battery indicator kept popping up showing that the battery is going bad. The manager there was doing his best to fix the situation, and I do appreciate the work he was doing. But, this did set us back about two hours in our day.

The main office does not accurate records of retail spots. We were told we could get free storage if we went to 1 location- they had no storage. We sat there for 2 hours trying to locate a U-haul dealer anywhere in Phoenix and still got a run around. We were told to have our 2 trucks returned Saturday. It turns out that meant by 8 or 9 AM Saturday morning! We were charged an extra day on both trucks!

The front bumper was damaged and not pictured when I first showed up, so I disputed that. When returning, I asked if I could get a refund on the furniture dolly that I didn't end up picking up and some pads. He said he would do it for me but did not.

The office staff and yard staff needs to remind the customer that a text message will be sent with instructions and directions on inspecting the equipment and submitting photos before leaving the property. I noticed the message 2 hours later after I was using the equipment and already had left the U-Haul property.

My experience with U-Haul this time was not as good as past experiences. I had reserved a 6x12 enclosed trailer to be picked up on McDowell and 23rd street at 10 am Saturday October 9, 2021. When I arrived, there were not a trailer available at that location. I was given an option to go to another location, which was on 51st Avenue and Glendale. I feel like there was not great communication and with the reservation request made well in advance of the pick up date a trailer should have been available at the original pickup location. I did use a trailer, but feel my inconvenience was not taken into account on pickup at the second pickup location, which was a good distance from the first pickup location.

This place pointed at a sign saying we have to sweep clean which I did and I also leaf blew it and they threatened to charge 25 dollars cleaning fee and so they expect you to spit shine it so DO NOT RENT here honestly I would give 0 stars if you could so they should fire RANDY the dick head

My original reservation (23395755). Pick up was scheduled at the 67th Ave/Bell Rd location. Went to pick it up Asst Mgr said my reservation was moved to 50 Ave/Glendale. No apology for the inconvenience or lack of notice; overall just short and a lack of empathy that doesn't stand up well against the U-Haul name and reputation. Went to the 50 Ave/Glendale store and was told I wasn't allowed to pick up here and drop off at the scheduled drop off location the 48th St/Baseline. This added roughly 60m to my trip U-Haul trip not to mention an additional drive back down to my new location. The staff at 50th Ave/Glendale did what they could to apologize for the inconvenience and lack of care from the 67th Ave/Bell Rd employees but overall I'm displeased this U-Haul experience.

#1, we returned the cargo van we rented on 9/26, not 9/27 #2, the original pickup location closed and we were not notified and had to scramble on the day of our reservation to find another location #3, the van was not clean and there was no wiper fluid to clean the windshield for use. I think we should be compensated for the inconveniences we experienced.

On the rental agreement I checked the mileage there was a Discrepancy it showed the truck with 9 miles less than it had witch I got charged for i drove 17 miles because my cell phone tracking it i was charged 27 miles and the gas was off a little in uhauls favor not trusting this location at all I wasn't going to argue with them because I know where it would have gotten NO WHERE. Dishonest location

The person who I returned my equipment to that day was super rude and acted like as if I was bothering her for bringing the vehicle back as there was no line, was not busy and she just returned from parking another truck. I had overfilled my tank and I was not made aware of the exact calculation needed to return EXACTLY as I found it when i picked up the vehicle, I thought I would have been reimbursed the difference since I have no idea to know how many miles to the gallon the vehicle gets and did not want to be charged additional fees. Losing the extra 15 or so bucks wasn't as big of a deal as was the sub par customer service. I usually don't complain about bad service as we all have bad days but man, that really rubbed me the wrong way as I thought I had taken additional care and tried to make their job easier for the return agent by neatly putting everything away and was friendly and courteous and personally felt as if I was a bother and left me wonder if next time I should just, let you charge me for the gas and just throw all the items I rented back into the truck and toss the person the keys to them as it really didn't matter either way.

My rental was for truck and trailer and I arrived expecting to verify drivers license and credit card. It took almost 40 minutes to receive the items I rented. The trailer was not hooked up to the truck. None of the information I did through the text was in the computer. The trailer was not the one that I reserved. The truck interior was dirty and sticky.

This location rented me a 26 ft moving truck that was not cleaned prior to pickup. Windows were dirty, truck was covered with dead bugs and numerous areas of damage were not documented, requiring me to spend unnecessary time documenting it. Upon arrival at my home I discovered it had an engine fluid leak that damaged my driveway. It appears they may have known about this leak because I discovered a receipt for power steering stop leak that was dated 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time.

The gentleman that hooked me up on departure offed no instructions. Seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Also, upon return I was late for my 1:00pm checkin, but thought I could make it before the 5:00pm closing, unfortunately an accident on I-17 made that impossible. I brought the motorcycle trailer in the next day at 7:00am when it opened. Was checked in by a guy with a hand held device. Said I was good to go! I find out the next day by my bank statement I was charged an additional fee over 26.00 on a 14.95 per day piece of equipment. Would have been nice if the employee had mentioned that.

Even though I checked in online, I thought the continued in-person process at the store was lengthy. Plus the person checking me in allowed frequent interruptions. I was told to pull forward, so I parked in shade waiting for assistance, then someone approached asking me...basically why I was parked there. I scheduled to drop off at Victorian Gardens in Milton-Freewater, Oregon, and when I called to advise I was ready to return the equipment, there was a recorded message stating that they were out of town until the 20th. So I got a hotel room for $175, and called back on the 20th and received the same recorded message. I left a message stating who I was and that I wanted to drop off the equipment, then I received a text saying they weren't available, but I could drop off the trailer as long as there were 2 people because the trailer was heavy. I texted back I was alone and their message said they'd be back that day. They texted back to say they would not return until that afternoon. I needed to get back on the road as I still had another day of driving so I asked if there was anywhere else I could take the trailer. They said I could try "College Town," but I needed to go to a location that was open. I had no idea where College Town was and if they were open. What a nightmare. As I was driving I saw the location where I ended up dropping off the trailer.

We originally made a reservation for pickup at the Vaoer Vault location on 105th and Indian School. I place my card on hold over rthe phone a week before the day I needed the trick. I was told they would charge my card after I dropped off the vehicle. I set up an online account, took pictures of photo ID. And was unable to get the combination to the keys at the pick up location. We had to go to 51st Ave and Glendale. It was open. Not very computer friendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND..
