Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I immediately called when there was a question discrepancy in the fuselage. First customer service agent was nice , noted it and told me just to return the truck as is. Called next day after getting charged fee. Was told to call back following day to talk to manager. Employee that helped me was rude, condescending and should not be working in customer service. I asked for corporate number and she said her general manger was there I could speak to her and kept me on hold and never came back to call, I had to hang up amd call again to get corporate phone number. . I will never recommend this location, ever because of her.

JOSUE V.I reserved the trailer weeks ahead of time at a location near my residence. Instead, when the time came for me to pick it up, I was sent across town and spent 2.5 hours traveling back and forth to get my trailer. Uhaul needs to figure out how to keep a reservation. I never get a reservation at the location and time I submitted the reservation for.

Patti H.I'm the middle of a horrible area with no fencing around building. It's pretty sad when the workers have to take off the trailer wiring plug so that way nobody steals it.

KYRSTEN C.Broken visor in the truck. Truck had a padlock but no key. I had to go back to get the key. The trucks fuel light was on when I picked it up. The pictures did not have damage that was on the truck so I did dispute. I rented a dolly and never received it. Plenty of issues.
Mario L.Reserved 26 ft truck was not available on pick-up date. Had to drive 40 miles to get another one which was SMALLER (20 ft) than the one we reserved, and that required us to rent an ADDITIONAL truck from a different company to hold all items. The 20 ft truck was a safety hazard because 2 rear tires were down to the wear bars and the other 2 rear tires were not u-haul load rated (as stated by tech who changed the tires).

Susan C.They rented me a non functioning tow dolly. It wasn't discovered until after I loaded the car. I had to drive I safely back to the U-Haul to replace it. Once there, they removed the two dolly from the hitch before the was off causing the employee to hurt his arm and damage to my towed vehicles. I have pictures and I am very upset.

Kierra C.Inform customer if items are not available for early pickup. We requested a 15' moving trucks and a regular dolly. When we opened the truck at 7am to get the keys there was no dolly. We had to wait until they opened at 9am to get any more information.

Mary B.I have a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee and when I went to get it installed customer service had ordered the wrong one after been there 2 hours. When I dropped it off for the second time they called me and said I needed to bring it back in a couple days due to they needed a couple people to help with the install. When I brought it back for the third time I was there for 4 hours and they got the hitch on but had the wrong wiring for the electrical hook up. Now I have to go back for a fourth time for the electrical. It was not Enrique's fault but customer service should of known about these challenges a head of time

Joel M.After damage to my truck during a rental I decided to rent again. The car dolly came off the truck despite the flip down lock being hooked up and locked on properly. No damage this time but this long time customer is NOT happy.
douglas P.The whole process was a headache from start to finish. The truck was not in the picture that was sent on where to find it parked, a picture of a dolly was sent. the truck was dirty. The check in process was a nightmare, no where does it indicate you need a reference to have called during pick up, I had a 3 am pickup it was 4:30 am by the time i was able to drive off.

This was a problem, there really weren't other options which makes one wonder why you even make reservations with U-Haul… but the gentleman, Behind the counter was able to find something that worked. It will cost me quite a bit more not thrilled about that. This is not the first time that I've reserved Some thing from U-Haul they didn't really exist when I got there. Yes I do still use U haul services but I have to say you need to get better at knowing what you have in inventory and making sure you don't double book! I said that I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to a friend there was no maybe offered, I may recommend it but I would let them know that even though you book ahead what you've ordered may not be there so be leery! It ended up OK and I have a storage unit but it's costing me way more and it's not a drive up one I'm a senior didn't really wanna have to put everything on a cart and wheel it around in the buildingAnd made reservations so I wouldn't have to do that but now I'm doing it anyway at a higher price not exactly thrilled. However that being said, the people who actually worked at the store did the best they possibly could with an impossible situation that start it from your 800 number

When I was ready to move in (during business hours 2 days later), I learned that I was given a refund because they had double booked the unit. The refund wouldn't show for a few business days so they wanted me to pay again. I can't afford that. I didn't receive a call or text and unfortunately I showed up ready to move into no unit.

Nancy C. | First ImpressionsI went there earlier today to rent a storage unit and was helped by a new employee. He was very friendly, but he missed quite a few important details. After completing the transaction, I went to check out my unit. I was not offered to be shown where it was by the office staff, and when I tried to get in through the doors, they didn't open. The janitor informed me I needed to use my card. I was not given a card. I had to go back inside and ask for my card. Not a big deal at this point. I was given my card and was able to get in. When I went to the basement to view my unit, it was locked. I was informed by the personnel in there that I needed approval for them to remove the lock. I spoke with the "manager" Coty, and she said it was approved. So I went to get back in, and the door would not open. After standing there for a few minutes, I went back inside and spoke with Coty again (who was too busy to make sure I had everything I needed to complete my transaction). She then informed me it would take 24 hours for my card to open the doors even though it was checking me in and out. She then pointed out a door that I could use that was in the office (would have been helpful to mention during the rental transaction). I then went and found the janitor and let him know that Coty authorized the removal of the lock. He removed it and asked me where my lock was. I told him that I was told they weren't provided and would have to buy my own (and was not told they sold them there), and he told me that it should have been. I returned to the office again, and asked Coty if I could ask her a quick question, (about the lock), and she told me I'd have to wait until she finished helping the customer she was with. I then told her that I had not been fully helped, and she ignored. I only wanted to question about the lock. At this point, I was thoroughly frustrated with this entire ordeal. When it was my "turn", I inquired about the lock in which she told me "how am I supposed to know you weren't offered a lock?" in a rude tone. I then told her that I would like a refund since if it's this difficult now, why would I want to continue this agreement. She then told me, and in a very rude tone with angry facial features that "Don't take this out on him, he's new!" I said I wanted a refund again, and it was processed. The issue here is that they had a new employee with no training, the "manager" didn't care, and the rudeness when trying to get everything straightened out. I don't work there, so how am I supposed to know the procedure? Coty is a terrible manager, and if you, the owner, check this, please re-think your employee decisions.

He made it to where I couldn't get back in that night. I was trying to organize my stuff and clean up and grab some things on the way out. He made that very difficult for me! I never had a problem before that, but I thought that was very rude to do that behind my back.
