Staff was not trained or knowledgeable about assisting me securing my vehicle to the transport equipment. The equipment did not secure my vehicle properly the safety harness that attaches to the tires kept falling off the tires, we had to make frequent stops to adjust harness on tires. One harness fell off tires & got stuck between tire and axle the other completely fell off tire. The safety harness was loose even after applying frequent reinforcements.

Overall a good experience, but the cab of the truck smelled of cigarettes, ashes in the cup holder, and the windshield needed cleaning on the inside. Passenger window had to be cleaned along with the side mirror in order to safely drive.

Customer service at location was greatNothing you can do about location but that's a terrible corner it's on. Problem was with the truck, terrible truck, could not keep up highway speed even when empty. Did not have good tires, I don't think they were snow tires and had zero traction on the snow. The phone system is poor luckily the staff wad nice at the weston location, but thd phone Chanel routed me 4 times and still could not get connected to someone in the region I was to get to! My booking was nothing in which i planned for and was forced to do a round trip from toronto to barrie (thats 1hr 15min going coming and going back home so i lost 3hrs and 45 mins commuting the day of my move because of the 1 truck in which UHAUL had!) spent more money on fuel than the move! - i wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone in my circle.. (out dated trucks / out dated service and support that is not reliable enough for what I had to pay for!) Also good thing i took pictures of the truck.. the girl at thd location was going to charge me for a Dolly in which we didnt use as the location did not Replace the initial seal on the Dolly. Overall extremely disappointed with the service.

Have better instructions on what to do when returning vehicle after hours. Mi husband wasn't sure what to do and he dropped the key before we went to the web site and it was too late to take pictures of the odometer. Everything ended up ok, but it would have been less stressful.

Service was great. Truck was running poorly and should not be rented out anymore. The hand cart and blanket in the rear is an obstruction. Charging someone to move it because it's in the way is bad and underhanded policy. Do not continue.

Don't change people's reservations. My reservation was changed last minute from a 1 way to round trip, and then the location was changed last minute. My truck contained gear that i don't want, taking up storage space. The truck gas meter was listed being more full than it actually was. i was charged an overage of KM, but got customer service to reverse it. The people at this location were helpful, but Uhaul booking and reservation is a complete disaster. All i want is to get what i reserved. I don't want discounts, i want quality of service. I'm not convinced that Uhaul can offer reliable service and will be looking for alternatives from now on.

The only problem I had with the location is the physical location of it. It was difficult to get to because of the many roads around. The entrance wasn't clear from the road either. There wasn't much place to maneuver either.

I was not comfortable to return the trailer to the designated spot between 2 other vehicles. There were several other parking spots that would have been much easier for me to back into. The clerk would not allow me to use one of the other. I asked her if she or someone else there could drive my car to park the trailer. She would not. After some time, I finally asked another customer to help (a truck driver) and even he had a few challenges. It would have been much better customer service if I could have parked it in another spot or if an employee could have helped me.

Picked up a trailer at 10:30 am and returned it at 2 pm the same day. Got charged for two days rental plus an after hours charge. The charge was three times what it should be. ASK FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS AND RETURN DETAILS IN PRINT WITH EMPLOYEE SIGNATURE.

Please turning down all smaller store as convenient store or printing shops. . . . All not a professional service, time open 10am I have to wait 10:30 minutes no any one open. Or company sent me to 1442 Lawrence Ave. Toronto Ontario is bad and unprofessional , ruled , speaks with customer bad languages. At check out my credit card was charged twice & once refunded. I do not like being misled, I was told the 1st transaction did not go through, & then was asked for my card, & was obliged to have it entered manually which I found uncomfortable. The last at the desk was alternately unhelpful & then not, very uneven customer service attitude.

One issue that must get fixed. We made a reservation for Friday on-line and got a confirmation. When we showed up to the store we were told there were no vans available. The on-line system must be fixed to let the the customer know nothing is available at the requested time.

Staff of 3 is very slow and borderline rude, living the impression they don't like being there. One employee works, one pretends not to be on duty and the third one you have to find by yourself outside. Customers are all over the office and the parking and all feels chaotic.

20 people in line and only one representative. When I returned the vehicle it took almost an hour to get me my deposit back because no one knew how until they called the manager. Three hours wasted today to get the vehicle and to bring it back!!!

Staff were friendly and nice but they were so slow to accomodate. And, I hope by next time they'll give a little advice or guide on how to return the truck/van that we rented out before they gave the key to us not just telling the website. We had hard time figuring out on how to return the truck/van but other than I like the girls who worked there they are friendly.

The location was not the one I selected as my preferred location. It was way too far. The location did not have all of the items I rented such as dollies and furniture pads which meant that I had to buy a dolly instead of renting one.

One tire was at 10 psi. I noticed when i was loading up the trailer. I had to pay to make sure it was at an operating condition. If not tire would of been destroyed. Employees were talking about someone sexually assaulted while i was getting checked out very unprofessional
