The girl at the cash was very nice and helpful .We had a hard time with the app trying to verify that we returned the trailer on time .so we took lots of pictures.

Manolo T1. The mileage on the contract was 3 km (= $2.07) less than the mileage on the vehicle when I picked it up. I mentioned this when I returned the vehicle and I was told i needed proof - such as a picture. That's ridiculous as I could have taken the picture anytime and asked for 10 or 20 km!! I was being honest, yet I was being challenged... Why??? 2 There's no room to park my car while I rented the van for less than 4 hours. This was very awkward. I need to be able to park my car when I drive away with a van...

nahom fHello. My contract number is 75820208. I picked up the truck 3/31/2024 12:30 pm. and returned the key to the key box at 10 pm the same night, why are you charging me for 2 rental periods? It is supposed to be 1 rental period. When I signed in to do the 24/7 return via uhaul.com/share it said that I had no rentals or reservations on my app. Could you please fix the charge to 1 rental period and reverse the difference to my credit card? Thank you. By the way, you should have rewards programs. It would bring more business.

Eugene DThe customer service lady was nice, but the pick up process was delayed as I followed the mobile instructions, did the word lock and there was no key in there to leave quickly. I had to wait in line to finally get the key and didn't leave until much after my pick up time. Someone forgot to put the key in there and the customer service lady had to call her boss as she hadn't seen this issue before either.
SANDRA GIf I fill the tank to the point it is showing 1/4 full in the trucks dashboard, I shouldn’t then be charged for fuel bc it’s showing on some machine you have that it is less than 1/4 on the truck. Either fix your systems so it aligns to what the trucks dashboard shows or tell people to fill beyond the 1/4 line.

Raul GTruck interior needs a good cleaning. The seat belts were smelly dirty. I wiped the armrest and it cleaned easily. The truck was clean and dust free, just needs a good clean detailing.

Don LFrom the beginning, the staff seemed disinterested. I ran into a catastrophic situation and immediately informed the location of the problem I was very clear about the problem, and was apologetic about the situation, yet the representative was very resistive. Vehicle: I believe it was the first time I have rented a vehicle with only 1/4 tank gas. Both door locks were difficult to open. The gear shifter was very loose. The back door is badly in need of lubrication. When I returned Sunday afternoon I found the bumper hanging off my car. I returned Monday morning to review the security footage and could not as the manager was not working.

VADYM FI advised staff I would return the trailer after close and they didn’t notify me it would cost an extra $20 (~50%) I would have come earlier or waited till the morning, I live around the corner.
SHAHIN STruck was reserved for Ormont location but I had to pick up at 2753 Weston location, with no explanation given. I received the call 24 hours before but in that call I was told it could not be brought to Ormont. Customer shouldn't have to be inconvenienced for pickup when it was booked months in advance. Sign in went well. Truck was clean inside. But no windshield washer fluid. The windows were filthy which made it hard to see while picking it up in the morning with the sun shining through the dirt.

Ali GThe location is in the middle of a busy, awkward intersection. There isn't a lot of space to maneuver on the lot and if it wasn't for the friendly people who work there, I would never consider going there again.

Rick ZThe manager at 2753 Weston Road U-Haul location attitude and customer service are horrible. She placed me on hold for three hours. I called for an Uber and went there while still on hold. I asked the representative if I can speak to the manager she told the representative she’s on lunch, after a while she came out and when I showed her that I’m still on hold she told me I can hang up now I’m in front of her and she forgot about me being on hold after I tried to explain the situation to her about the milage her attitude was so overwhelming, and customer service was so poor I asked her for the general manager or the district manager she told me to go on the site as I was leaving the location she blurred out. My attitude stinks, so I shouted back at her saying I was the one place on hold for three hours, and was given bad attitude. I then walked out. I Will never be coming back if this the type of service I'll be getting.
