Good people at this location, helpful and knew their stuff. The trailer had a problem with the lights, everything on my Highlander was working fine. I had to take it anyways, since it was the only unit on the lot. I pointed it out on my return and they were going to look into it.
Robert H.I will never use Uhaul again after my experience with this order. From switching locations last minute due to supply, to not having my ordered mattress cover, to attempting to double charge me (online pre check in and then again on pick up of equipment), to extremely long wait times on arrival (even with online pre check in that was supposed to save me half the wait time). My experience was a 0/10 and I will tell anyone who listens to never use you again.

Alain L.Advertised rates and estimated final charge are very clear but when returning vehicle the receipt is very confusing and not clear as to what the final charge will be on the credit card. Attendant at counter was not able to clarify. Will await credit card statement and dispute as may be necessary. Reported incorrect starting mileage online and took a photo which I downloaded online as part of inspection link but when I returned the cargo van I was charged for incorrect starting mileage. Why have customer report initial inspection discrepancies online when not reviewed before return of cargo van. Much simpler and more accurate to have a uhaul rep. and customer do initial inspection together. Prices for boxes and moving suppliers much higher than other retailers.

GEORGE F.I usually have a good experience at this location. However, this time around I was disappointed. I had reserved my truck months before, took the diligence to make sure everything was good to go for moving day only to find out that I although my reservation was for after hours, the key was not left for me to pick up and it costed me 3 hours out of my moving day to wait for the location to open. It may not seem like a big issue but you know the thing was important when it had to be book months in advance. I encourage that the reservationists take more time to ensure more smooth delivery of the vehicle, so that it doesn't waste someone else's time. Gracias

No reflection on the people at Weston Road - I was left with no response for 5-10 minutes at a time using the web app while waiting for the person to tell me what to do next. In the end, I was assigned a truck that was in the back row and had to go in to the store to get it re-assigned (another 20 minutes). Overall I was not pleased and a lot of my time was wasted. I have previously had excellent experiences with UHaul but this was not a good one at all
MARK N.The truck was clean but had significant damage from a recent collision. The employee was not very helpful at pick up and drop off even though I used the site and had minimal interaction with them.

Daniel D.I want to thank the customer service rep that I dealt with both during getting the cargo van and return process. They were both extremely friendly and professional. It was super busy in the morning due to month end moves. She remained completely calm and cool headed and dealt with everyone.

STEPHENJ C.Everything was pretty smooth. Because of Covid restrictions we had to wait a few minutes outside in the cold. They only allow 3 customers at a time, inside. The process after that was fairly quick. We rented a 9ft cargo van, the mirrors needed some TLC. A wash of the exterior was definitely needed, we brought our own Lysol wipes to clean down handles and steering wheel just in case. Otherwise it was a convenient location for us.

Philip M.I reserved a dolly a week prior to my move along with the truck, when I arrived in the morning I was told that there were none and nothing available as an alternative. This was very frustrating as I need one for the move and was allowed to reserve it online. You should really not have this option if you have none to pick up and say its reserved for you and then turn around and say "it's first come, first serve". Made no sense

Marko R.If you want to rent something from this loc then better go by walking or in ttc. It is full of Uhaul responsibility to tell the customer if there is no parking for personal vehicles while making the contract. Please see the attached pictures, even though there was empty spot just nearby they just blocked our car purposefully. Next day morning the lady in the store was arguing with us that we should not park our car at their premises and need to park on any where in the street. It's just a common-sense, do we need to walk all the way for renting a vehicle? I had rented previously many times with uhaul and every time I used to leave my car there itself. So this time also I did the same. Also she was saying that the area is for customers to drop vehicles and some customer parked there behind us. Just go through the pictures, the truck on back side of our car is not even on a parking lot, it's In the drive way. If every customer can park like this then what is the need of parking lots or even I should drop the van blocking their front door itself. Worst customer service,,,, never ever make a deal on this place!!

SHAWNPAUL V.It says in bold letters that if we rent equipment it will be ready with the truck. But apparently the dollies are outside and you need to get 'em. But no one tells you this and then you go the whole day busting your back and then just ask that they take off the charge but get a surly response like you were just supposed to know the system. Then the math on the bill didn't add up and I got overcharged so 30 minutes on the phone with Uhaul - if I hadn't taken a close look at my bill I would have just been overcharged. So not a great experience. Rude staff who obviously aren't interested in making moves - which are already super stressful - an easy or pleasant experience. Definitely renting with another company next time.

John P.I got there to pick up my truck at 5:08, the location closed at 5pm but the lady still processed my pick up and I was out of there within 10 minutes. What a huge difference from the last two locations that I have dealt with the previous two times I have rented from Uhaul.

I went to Weston rd a place I'm more familiar with and thank good they weren't closed I almost missed them. I was able to get the van in 20 minutes. I was going to be done with your company as I had a horrible experience. Thanks to your Weston road location for being there for me.
