Even though the truck was clean it reeked of marijuana. And the driver's side seat belt wouldn't unlock so I couldn't wear a seat belt. Jesse who worked there was very helpful and friendly.

The location is small and difficult to move around in but Patrick was terrific. He was efficient and very helpful. He has a great smile and pleasant demeanor.

This particular visit to U-Haul was particularly painful. I had a reservation for a car dolly, however when I arrived to pick it up it took over an hour just to complete the transaction. The system was having some problems and the associates where not trying to help us find an alternative option.

Only I feel a little mad, because the Lady took my order, she charge me for the insurance truck $ 25 something and the agreement was I take the amount of $ 14 something, that is all. I don't know if you can refund the difference. Just let me know to 720-855-5281, thank you for your attention.

I strongly suggest getting the full amount in writing before renting. The total at the counter was $125 more than quoted on the phone. Fortunately upon returning the van, the current Manager, Richard, made the bill right. Thank you for that Richard!

The online service wasn’t working great so he jumped in and helped me get moving quick, made sure I didn’t get a van covered in snow, and provided incredible customer service. As an executive in the Customer Service industry it hope he is on your Manager watchlist or in line for a holiday bonus. Will 100% recommend this branch to everyone.

Great service. I reserved ahead of time and the process was streamline and fast. I haven't rented a U Haul in a while and working with Roger Archuletta was above and beyond in regards to client experience and making sure no questions are left unanswered. I will definitely be back to this location.

We rented three trucks for this move. I was goingvto file a policw report against someone for stealing and today my son told me he left a very nice white folding costco table in the first truck and we were not called and it was not returned to us. I do not tolerate stealing and you stole from us.

Agent gave all of the blankets at his location to someone before me even though I had a dozen reserved for my use so I had to go to another location to get the blankets I had reserved. Also this was the 3rd location I had to go to in order to get the truck I had reserved. Why have the location to reserve a truck if you’re going to make them go someplace else to pick up the truck???? Uhaul needs to operate like a rental car agency, which it is. I also looked into getting a trailer to tow my vehicle but the cost was almost as much as getting the 20 ft truck, which is totally ridiculous!!!

Our pick-up location was changed at 9:45 pm the night before through email, which happened to be 30 minutes in the opposite direction of where we were moving. I was told I would receive a call the night before by 6 pm with any changes. U-haul at Westminster double booked our truck and did not bother to call us until 10 minutes before pick-up time to tell us our truck wouldn’t be ready for another 4 hours. They did not offer to give us a different size truck or a discount for our inconvenience. I had to call the regional office to receive a discount. Furthermore, when we arrived at 12 pm to pick up the truck it was still not there. It didn’t get there until 12:45 pm. When I voiced my concerns to the manager and employees I was given a bunch of excuses and that it wasn’t their fault. This location needs major training in customer support and satisfaction. None of the staff apologized or tried to make things right. In fact, when I was upset that there weren't any furniture pads available, even though I ordered 2 dozen pads, I was made to feel like it was my problem. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly and this is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.

Gas was clearly agreed upon, and marked. We drove a total of 6 miles and added a gallon of gas before returning the truck. The very rude worker who checked us in would not listen, look at mileage or look at gas receipt as proof. We got charged for almost 2 gallons of gas. We waited in a long line to talk to owner. Another woman working blew us off and said she was too busy to fix the error. She promised it would be fixed later. They never did. Called again just before closing - they still didn’t fix the problem. Next day - we were forgotten customers. Horrible service. Very unhappy customers. We will definitely rent elsewhere for future needs.

Horrible horrible experience. Our truck reservation suddenly didn’t have a truck at the time we needed it. We spent $700 due to the truck being 4 hours late and having our movers sit on the clock and wait. Whoever is working at this location needs customer service training. So unprofessional and uneducated in the business. Drop off location was 20 miles form requested drop off location. Just overall a horrible experience

We arrived 20 minutes after our scheduled pick up time and the truck had not yet arrived from the previous renter. No one from the store had called him to check in on the status until we arrived. We ended up arriving 30 minutes late to our home resulting in movers charging us for those 30 minutes that they had to just sit there and wait for us. This was extremely frustrating. You should not book rentals back to back and instead allow for a 30 minute buffer so that if folks are running late there is a window for someone to reach out. This also creates a window to allow the truck to be checked in and reviewed thoroughly before passing it on to the next customer. I am very disappointed in my experience, especially since the unavailability of the truck cost me money.

The cargo van reeked. It smelled like wet dog and vomit. The girl who took my initial reservation did not listen to my needs and instead of trying to understand what I wanted, she transferred the call to someone else who was even worse. I rent from uhaul frequently. This was by far the most difficult and frustrating experience. The phone number was input wrong so I never got a confirmation call of where to pick up my vans. Thankfully the person I spoke with from the main customer service phone number was able to get me back on track within minutes. I wasted a lot of time dealing with the first 2 people. 80th and Federal store needs some serious customer service training. I would not recommend this store to anyone because of the difficulty of parking and getting in and out of the property. I continue to use this location because it is 2 minutes away from my house. The inside of the store is cramped. When busy, there isn't anywhere to sit, it gets hot and stuffy. This location is dated and needs a remodel. Much nicer locations elsewhere!

The store had me check the fuel level before I left with the van, showed at 3/4 full. When i returned the van with 3/4 full they tried to tell me it was lower than when I left it. Also, the online mileage rate ending up being 13 cents/mile more expensive once I went to check out. False advertising, and that is absolutely not okay.

We used the "mobile app" to sign up for a van, when we got to the Uhual store, even using the mobile app we still had to stand in line and wait for our turn, even though the mobile app is supposed to be "faster" don't bother with it. But the worker who helped us was so nice and got us out fast!

FIRST: this review is not associated with the staff at the Westminster U-haul location. They were outstanding, friendly and the equipment was perfect. The reason for my POOR review is that I originally rented a truck for 72 hours and was sent a confirmation of such. Less than 24 hours before I was due to pick it up, I received a call from a U-haul call center, saying I could only have the truck for 24 hours. There was no offer to help find another vehicle, and whoever called just said "you can only have it one day". This caused MAJOR issues as I had people flying in to help me move. I found this unacceptable, especially when I had a confirmation, in writing, of 3 days. I won't be doing business with U-haul in the future. Again, the staff at the Westminster U-haul were great.

I told the woman working there I had a 4 bedroom house and she gave me a truck for a STUDIO apartment. I am also moving to conifer. She put me down for 80 miles. I had to make 3 EXTRA TRIPS because they didn’t have a bigger truck for her mess up. CHARGING ME WAY MORE MONEY than if someone who knew what they were doing helped me. My king size bed didn’t even fit in the truck she set me up with. The guy who called to confirm my reservation because I was running a little behind was so beyond rude. Horrible. I would NEVER recommend this location. Unprofessional and unhelpful, the worst combo to have in a customer service setting.

I originally scheduled my pickup location next to my house. U-Haul changed it to another location due to an inspection. This cost me over an hour of my time an extra mileage. The local U-Haul said there was nothing they could do about it. U-Haul owes me $25.

Drivers side window regulator was broken and the window was fixed in position half way up. I mentioned this to the attendant and he said his boss knew about it but hadn’t fixed it. It rained that afternoon, but fortunately not hard enough to enter the truck cab. I had to leave the truck for about 30 minutes to run an errand and could not secure the vehicle because of the window issue. The vehicle inside was clean.

Bad customer service, Charged me an extras 32 dollars for 2 extra hours and never was told that I was going to be charged. I called and asked for an extra 2 hours and he said sure until 6 and hung up my turn in was a 4pm. Never once did they tell me that there was a extra charge
