Placed order/reservation on line, it gave us the closest place for the trailer we wanted,Silver Springs( it was almost 40 min from our house) getting there 20min before they opened. When they opened the man helping us was drunk or very hung over ,waited about 30 min to find out that he rented our trailer to someone else, and was very rude when my husband asked why he did that when we had reserved it and sent us all the way out of our way for nothing. Slurring his words the hole time said we picked that location. OMG !! we did not pick that location the web site did no other location had the trailer we needed. My husband drove 40 min back to town to the Oddie location to see if they had one and the customer service there was not good, gave my husband the run around before renting a trailer to him. We have rented from them for the past 10yrs and we will not go back.By this point we are so upset and mad for the way they treated us , They offered to take half or more off the rental and never did. We do not recommend going to the Silver Spring or Oddie Location . They need to have better customer service and find better employees that are not drunk or hungover and have a better bed side manner.Lauri S.

I rent trailer from you guys all the time, but this last time I rented a auto transport, I was accused of stealing an employees cell phone without rhyme or reason, so I went back to return the transport trailer, and the manger, (same guy that called accusing me of stealing) helps with disconnecting the trailer from my truck, and casually mentions that his employee found his phone in one of the vehicles on the lot. The manager didn't apologize for the accusation and didn't offer to explain himself as to why I was to blame for the misplaced phone. If you guys can get someone to contact me, I will be more than happy to explain myself furtherHUMBERTOHEPIFONI H.

They did not have my reservation for a 15 foot truck. Told me they only had a 20 foot. Wouldn't agree to price for 15 since my reservation was not right. I get triple a discount at all other Uhaul's. .79 cents a mile instead of 1.09 and Lydia wouldn't help with rate. Waited 1 hour in line to get a uhaul they didn't have. I will never go back to this Uhaul or recommend. Poor customer service, disgruntled employees don't make for a good experience. I was nice considering this Uhaul failed.KEELY CAPRICE G.

Checking the truck back in was a better experience than checking it out was. I wouldn't say rude, but the check out woman (same on future call) was far less friendly than the check in woman was. Also, I rented an appliance dolly and in the back of the truck was a regular dolly instead. I already have a regular dolly so this was pointless and made my move more difficult. When I called they just said bring it back and switch it out for the correct dolly. I did not have time to do that so I'm just out the $10 rental fee which makes me unhappy since I didn't even use the (less priced) regular dolly. I guess, shame on me for not inspecting it closer upon pickup. I just wrongly figured they could give me the correct one in the first place.Billie S.

I asked to buy an adapter from 7 pin to 4. They were clearly on the wall, but the refused to sell to me saying that they would not work for my application. I showed them matching parts numbers and all and they refused to sell me the adapter. Made me wait for the auto one across the street to open and buy exactly what they had on the wall at a marked up price before letting me take the rental trailer. Whole thing set me back hours and made me miss my appointment. Whole day wasted because of non knowledgeable employees who know less about the equipment than the customer.Lonnie P.

We were in a hurry to pick up our truck and had rented it online to make it an easy, FAST process...The truck we got into had no gas and a punctured gas tank! WTF??? We then had to go into the store, wait in line and then wait over an HOUR for the staff to figure out how to transfer our contract to a different truck! When we finally left the office the manager said he would make it right with a discount when we returned our truck. He was gone when we returned it. No discount for the horrible experience! The woman who helped us get checked in was very nice and helpful, they were able to get our truck out and ready, even with a lot going on. The major issue was that we showed up at 7am expecting to do the 24/7 check in but was unable to do so. I never received a communication alerting me to this change.KELSEY LOUISE A.
Make sure you get a receipt when turning in any equipment. This location called 2 hours after we returned the equipment and told us that they were going to charge us a late fee. We explained what happened they said that they would correct the mistake. Then another 2 hours later we received a text that we we being charged a late fee for the late equipment.
