Teodoro J.When I signed up online, I agreed to returning at an alternative location for a cheaper price. When I was picking up the truck, the staff said I could return it at a different location for the "same price". So it was more expensive than I planned which was irritating.
Danielle B.We needed this van to haul our chairs for our wedding and timing was crucial. When we arrived, they changed our location yet failed to tell us. We missed our time window to get our chairs. This was terrible. Fortunately, the rental company waited a little longer. Pam was very kind and helpful and, in the end, it all worked out. It was stressful, though.

GERALD CORTEZ C.This had to have been the best experience I've had with uhaul. For my past 3 or 4 moves, I've used a Ubox, and I've had trouble every time. This time I had an in town move, and everything was so smooth. The people who helped me were so lovely and you could tell they truly enjoyed their jobs. The only suggestion I have would be to put some kind of odor neutralizer in the trucks. It smelled like cigarette smoke, and it was worse when we turned the AC on.

I don't lije that you have to drop off at another location which is a problem when you don't have a ride. Very inconvenienced for me. I extended my rental by 2 days and was charged 40.00 each day for a 19.99 per day truck. Really have a racket going on for repeat customers.
Elizabeth S.I had been told on the phone that I would not be charged the extra day if I dropped off on Monday at the Reno location. I had been asked to drive further with the trailer than my original scheduled drop-off location to accomodate the needs of the U-HAULcompany as the original location had an excess of trailers already. I was not given the option of a receipt for dropping off the trailer at Reno nor acknowledgement of the phone conversation that re-assigned my drop-off to the Reno location. My main concern is the additional charge when the telecon promised no charge.

Ashley M.The only issue was that I was missing the furniture pads that I had paid for. I wasn't able to go back to the pick up location to get them once I got home. But, I called Customer Service and they told me to discuss this with the drop off location and ask for a refund. I did receive my credit.

Bob R.When my situation changed and forced me to have to keep the truck longer the people at this location became rude and did not care about me. They were concentrating on the next customer and that's it. Telling me I have to return the truck or else I will have to pay for the next person's reservation. It's not my fault I wasn't able to move into my new place. These people need to be more understanding and not so rude.

Colleen D.Had just left premises driving on prater Thru roadworks had got to lights that were red driver behind me came up to my vehicle said my trailer doors were swinging and I ran risk of hitting a car, now I know as a driver I should have checked but the 100s of times I've rented from uhaul this is first time doors weren't secured and lights at rear of trailer was checked I thought the person would have checked before releasing it to a customer since it probably Was member of staff that opened it to check from previous customer but no harm done i apologized to driver behind me. So in future I suggest doors are secured before releasing to a customer it could have been very very serious thankfully I was in 30 mph zone so doors weren't swinging wildly
