When dropping off the van, the female employees were on their personal phones looking at pictures and having a personal conversation. While i was in line with other customers. Someone had to say something to them.

Whatever you do, don't pay this location to attach your vehicle to any tow dolly. My vehicle came undone TWICE during transit and they only gave me $50 to try and compensate for all the hassle they caused.

Customer service is excellent. I can not Express enough how great service is and how pleasant the employees there are. Thank you so much, because moving can be a little stressful, but at this Uhaul the atmosphere is wonderful. I love it!! :)

Overall the experience was not great. 1. There is no signage to let customers know we have to reserve online. 2. This location forced me to walk around the parking lot to find the truck I rented. This was amidst about 7 other trucks. 3. The paperwork requiring TWO separate contact is crazy. It isn't a job application, and they took picture of my ID. 4. Mileage on top of rental is exhorbitant and more than Home Depot for short 4 hour or less fee. 5. Return procedure is long and takes too many pictures which use up memory on phone and kept having to be redone. Uhaul has location GPS activated and photos of ID and and credit payment on record. The process is exhausting, especially after hours. I would not recommend UHaul for short 4 hour or less trips.

Have the truck ready for the next person by making sure the van is cleaned out thoroughly, the gas level is correct and if there is a change to a reservation call before the customer ends up at a different location.

You can't improve perfection!! The store was clean & inviting. Mask were worn & service was fantastic! We had a few bumps in the road with help moving & the delays but the attendant addressed our concerns & everything worked Out perfect! We've been there several times this year! When other companies go low , U-Haul goes high !! Be safe 😷🙏!

This is constructive criticism for improvement: No parking. Professional issue with staff. We arrived 15 minutes early before 07:00 reservation and was only one there. Staff wanted me to wait [some unknown time while they reconciled the previous day's returns] before assigning my reserved item. Only after I insisted did the staff change course to my reservation. Then, staff disallowed my partner to use his credit card to pay, saying that since the reservation was in my name the the card must have my name on it(???). Ultimately, I was satisfied with my rental item and the return was easy, via the smartphone app. And, my partner did use his card to pay, despite the staff saying otherwise, earlier... ...So, I hope this can help with improvement for the future :-)

The two men working there were extremely pleasant first thing the morning. I dont recall their names but one had on a gold chain and bracelet the other helped me operate the gage. Great customer service.

Not the attendant's fault, but UHaul charged me for gas. That should not have happened. When I picked up the truck, there was only about 1/3 gas left. When I dropped it off, the had more gas than when I started but I got charged. Small amount but still should not have been charged. I should have received a credit for bringing it back with in fact more gas than when the trip began.

The customer service was excellent. However, the truck was filthy inside the drivers compartment and in the back where you load stuff. I would have given 5 stars if not for this. I would return if trucks are cleaner. I have never had a U- haul this dirty. The only reason I did not asl for a different truck is because I was on a time crunch.

The brakes were were hitting the floor, the steering wheel was shaking, the tires were worn. Your customer service front desk was on the phone talking telling customers she will be with them in a minute, and your trucs, fees, and taxes are too high. You also overcharge your customers . Why do I have to pay $ 60.00 for a 11.6 mile drive. This calls for a protest at Uhaul. Every customer were complaining about your service, the price, and your front desk clerk. Have a nice day

The air was not working on a blistering almost 100 degree day. When I first turned the air on, I thought the air conditioner needed time to cool the interior. Once I reached a certain point on my way home, I realized that the air was simply not working. I tried resetting the air controls, but nothing worked. I called the location a few times on my way back, but the calls kept rolling over to a centralized call center with extended wait times . By the time I reached a home, it was time to load the van before the movers arrived. On the way to the new location, I finally reached the local branch, but there was nothing that could be done about the matter. The van looked clean on the exterior and the cab area. The loading space was clean for the most part with the exception of an area down the middle of the mat that was soiled with some type of dried liquid that had dried from the top of the mat to the bottom of the mat near the doors. Other than those things, everything else was okay. The AC had to be the worst situation only because of the temperature and even the open windows did not provide relief. The manager was professional during check-in and set up. Had it not been for the AC and the partially dirty mat, this would have been an above average experience.

Just like at a car rental place these vehicles should at the minimum swept out for the next customer. The cab smelled like someone had cooked greasy food in it. My rating is for the customer service staff and not for the vehicle maintenance staff.

I paid for 5 wrapping pads that I never received.. When I was there the Assistant Manager was on a call that was on speakerphone so the whole place could here.. Was told for the first time that I had to pay for 20 miles I have been renting with uhaul for 20+ yrs never have been told that.. This location had changed do much it use to me wonderful!! If you check my last reservation you will see I paid for wrapping pads!! Will I return to this location HELL NO

Incident at store. Talked to manager Mr. W advised of $50 VIP stated it would be on my profile. Called 10 times when I had emergency situation to which I needed another truck. Customer Care reached out to him, left emails, messages. HE NEVER RETURNED ANY CALLS BY DESIGN AND I REQUESTED DISTRICT MANAGER NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM ANYONE!!!!
