I reserved a truck a week in advance, when I got there on my p/up day no trucks available so they rescheduled me. Only thing they could offer was to adjust milegage for inconveniencing me!

I had a terrible experience. It seemed the lady helping me did not know what she was doing. First of, the truck they have me has different reading of milage and gas. So I had to go back in to rectify the problem. Second, they double charged my card instead of just adjusting the final payment. Should do better

I did everything on line where I opt to to use mobile service However the gentleman at the desk was very short tempered and extremely rude He made go through the entire process And I was pressed for time He was very rude He added 20 miles to my contract. I have rented from uhaul before and never experience so an unprofessional demeanor This was a horrible experience

The associates are appear very knowledgeable about the products and services. They are also very pleasant. In addition, the store is very neat and organized. Good job!

I would recommend because it's close, but I had to sweep my truck out, go back in because the fad was wrong. They didn't have my extra equipment. I had to vet a different size truck because the one I rented was not there.

Excellent service. It was lasts min and fast. Was able to pull off with the uhaul about ten mins after arriving.

I came to pickup my rental at 5:45 pm and contract was for 6:00 pm. The person at the counter said I could return the rental truck at 6pm. When came back 24 hours later the guy at the counter(same person day before) was there and said everything was good with my return. Then I find out he never checked my rental in for two plus days and I was charged. I had called the 1-800 number twice to inquire about this. Finally went down to the U-HAUL store and spoke with Anna. She warned me that this would be the only time she would fix this. She was very professional but I will never rent from this location again.

The staff was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. There was a discrepancy with the starting mileage, but they assisted with amending it easily. It's a little difficult to get in and out of the parking spot, but that wouldn't prevent me from renting here again if it's convenient.

Speed up the check-in/out process. Create a waiting space for customers to set down during the process. Overall though, I have used the service in the past and would use the service again, as needed.

There was only one person working,we had to waitr over 30 minutes.The young man working was very polite and professional. There should be a least two people there at the uhaul store.

Your employees need should not display anger while in the work place. They should also watch there mouth as far as when it comes to their language. That is very unprofessional. Other than that my experience was good.

The woman who waited on me was very rude. Impolite and unprofessional. Cursing so loudly on the lot that every customer in the store turned to see who it was. Not friendly upon the initial interaction. Had to say hello to her 3 times before she acknowledged it . Then she responded I said hello to everyone in the line before.

The General Manager was very unprofessional in regards to customer service. I was completely ignored and frustrated with the lack of attentiveness in performing one's job. She waited on more customers while making me wait before giving me my receipt and to make matters worse she never apologized for rude behavior
