I dropped off truck on May 6th in the evening. I had the truck for 3.5 days. I received a call from this location. On 11th asking why I hadn't return truck. I told them I did on 6th. On 20th received receipt charging me for 2 extra day with a return date of 11th. Went to location and I will be getting refunded extra charge. Desk person was very friendly.Lori G.
this is the closest location for trailer PU & drop off. it is a very busy location and there is always a line at the counter. i know there are peak times for rental PU & drop off but i notice the frustration in other people while standing in line every time i use this location. this building was previously a tool and equipment rental store many years ago (yes i am that old) and i do not think the enterior has been updated since the conversion to u-haul except for the signage above the check-in counter. it was clean but just didn't have an enviting look once inside. i know the owner/manage is working hard to service the clients in a effecient manor. she has been friendly on every visit to this store and has even called and e-mail me directly at least once on a rental truck size upgrade that i requested. i really appreciated this quick response. i just think some better lighting or some paint in the customer area would help.Steve P.

There was a long line with only one U-Haul person. The other yard person was trying to load a module onto a U-Haul semi with not much luck the hole time. We were finally told we could leave the truck and we would receive a final statement. Thus far, nothing via e-mail or text?Ray R.
The staff were super busy, but they moved through the line ahead of me very efficiently. They maintained great composure while being extremely busy and were friendly/helpful. Best Uhaul location I've worked with, and we've moved a ton.Spencer N.

I signed up to have the truck ready when I got there so I could get in and out quickly and when I arrived my truck was not ready. I had to search the main lot as well as the lot a street over (in the poring rain) to find what was not ready. I then had to go inside to figure out what was going on but had to wait on the lady at the counter to end her personal conversation to get information. I expressed my frustration as nicely as I could and she's could have cared less and acted like I was inconveniencing her. After that, she took me to a different truck that was not the one that was listed on my order and when I got in the truck it smelled horrible. It had a bit of trouble starting the rental but by that time I was so frustrated and wet from the rain after waking around searching for what should have already been ready and dealing with said employee I said â€œscrew it, I'm just taking this oneâ€. I brought the truck home and immediately loaded it up and upon starting it, the battery was dead. I had to jump the truck just about every time I started it. Not a great experience and I will never use this location again. I'll go to the one across town next time because every time I've ever been to this location something unprofessional happens just like this which is why I wanted to do it contactless on the first place. I'm normally not one to complain but this move was a doozy and the experience with this location and with this truck was the icing on the cake. I understand many places of business are short staffed but if that's the case at this location maybe remove the â€œcontactless optionâ€ rom the website. Thanks for your time, JoelJoel C.

Self serve kiosk for anyone who doesn't have the app, or just wants different form of self serve, especially if they are only getting "accessories", so they do not have to stand in line to pay. Also perhaps look at register type lines, so customers don't have to just make one upSARAH J.

The reservation process was easy and quick. The Rental Process - not so much! One attendant. Multiple renters in line. Attendant would send requests on his mobile device and they would go unanswered. Eventually the attendant would go retrieve the rental himself. 2 other attendants would pass thru the facility, but never offered any assistance. Renting the truck took 45 minutes and we were 2nd in line, not 6th! Plan accordingly!!Deb S.

I was left waiting for 30 minutes at this understaffed office waiting to get my truck. This lost time was not credited to the 8 hours I paid for. Due to some printing problem I was not given a paper invoice before getting the truck. The gas level recorded was not what I found when I got in the truck and the clerk almost me for not filling the tank to the incorrectly given level.Christopher F.

The gentleman at the counter was personable and professional. He greeted me with a smile and made the return very frictionless for me. He gave me a great experience. I expected to pay a late fee, but he considered the rainy weather contributing to my tardiness. This was true because the rain made it difficult to move as quickly as we wanted to without injuring ourselves. This is truly a WOW experience. ¡Gracias!Gary C.

I had put in online reservation for pick up at 6:30 am. When I checked truck my 2 dollies were not in the truck. I had to wait in line with 15 others for the store to open at 7. There was only 1 person to help everyone. I was able to catch him when he left counter to ask about the 2 follies. He said he had none other than a heavy appliance dollie that we couldn't use. He didn't care because he was overwhelmed. Poor experience and customer service even at drop off. When returning truck I was in drop off line and another yelled at me to pull the truck forward to a lane- like how were we supposed to know? There were no instructions. On top of that I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. Truck cab was dirty and smelled of heavy cigarette smoke.Leslie W.
The service at the location was good and the truck was clean. However, the truck was mechanically unsound and hazardous to drive. It rained while we had it and the truck box leaked getting our contents wet. The cab also leaked; there was a half cup of water in the depression of the driver's side arm rest even though the doors and windows were completely closed.Rick B.

1. The truck listed on the app was not in the parking lot. It took 4 choices of truck before I found one that was there. 2. The truck had not been cleaned. There were filthy moving blankets and dirt on the floor that I had to sweep up before taking the truck. 3. The cab smelled of smoke 4. Drop off employee was in an argument with another customer and then pulled on the trailer wire harness cord instead of disconnecting at the actual plug connectors and broke my trailer wire harness on my Lexus that is less than 1 year old.ZACHARY T.

I forced to change my pick up drop off location, that added 20 miles to my full usage, I would have appreciated a discount for that. This location has gas stations in close proximity, but they are only accessible via small roads off of a busy N/S street and on the left side of the roadâ€¦. I was far more scared of getting in a accident trying to fit the 26â€ truck on those roads than the penalty of not filling up the gas tank. An extra $50 charge that I feel is very unfair. Lastly, the truck itself has a habit of randomly spiking the RPM as an engine stop? Even when I was trying to go faster. The cab would also just start violently shaking while driving on a road that does not have imperfections. It was quite a horrible experience I will think twice before renting from uhaul again.Kevin C.

Bernard, the owner wasn't having a good day today. They were super busy this morning and he didn't hold his professionalism at all. I seen how busy they were and switched to mobile order. When I got to the screen that said go to the counter to get my keys I went to the counter. Bernard walked outside for something and his employee was just following him. Instead of using her and having her learn she asked what to do with my screen and he ignored her and kept walking outside. I followed and ask if I should wait by the counter (I knew that's what I needed to do but was trying to show him the screen without making him feel rushed). Before the sentence once over he cut me off saying â€œyou see I'm doing something go wait over thereâ€. I laughed and said â€œdamn I can't even get the sentence out huhâ€. He said â€œno big man no go inside you want your truck rightâ€. I laughed at him again and patted him on the shoulder saying I'd leave him a review. When we got inside he came to me and said â€œwhat do you even needâ€. I showed him my screen and he tossed the keys on the counter without a word. I said do I not need my contract? He said â€œno with a mobile order now you can goâ€. I proceeded to go through my mobile order to make sure that was true. Before I could finish he stopped helping the customer he was helping and said â€œyou want your truck don't you? You don't need that contract you can go. I went outside and looked through the entire parking lot for my truck because he didn't tell me where it was or any clues. Once I found it the gas was lower than it said on my mobile order, there were ashes right next to a no smoking sign and smelled like weed, not to mention both sides had a blinker out! I had to help some elderly man in the parking lot get a trailer on his truck because no workers were out there to help him and he couldn't lift it by himself. This was insane I've used this uhaul plenty of times and never had anything like this that's the only reason I didn't leave a poor rating. Bernard represents uhaul in a horrible way and is sure to lose many more customers in the future!JAYDUN S.
