We were not given the dolly or blanket we requested. We had a 7pm pickup so the store was closed making us wait until the next morning. This delayed our loading by many hours. When we went back the next morning they didn't have the dolly we requested. The lot was completely unorganized with trucks being left all over obstructing vehicles. 10/10 would not recommend this location. This was my second experience with particular location

Called the day before to inform me they would have my equipment. When I arrived, the line was 30 people deep and took over an hour. When I got there, they informed me that they did not have any utility dollies or enough of the moving blankets that I had reserved. There was no consulation or even attempt at reconciliation. I was given extra miles (that I didn't need) and an extra day (which I didn't want - but probably would have needed if I hadn't purchased a dolly on my own to load the truck). I felt that these were major setbacks to my move and could have been avoided with preparation.

that driveway coming off of Metcalf was dangerous. i had a 20 foot truck and a car trailer to return. It was not good. maybe offer instructions to people coming there to not block street or something.

The driver side door was broken and nearly impossible to shut from the inside. Kudos to the staff. There were only 2 people checking customers out and there was a line of people waiting but the staff was calm, focused on meeting customer requests and worked as efficiently as possible.

ordered a dolly and blankets along with truck. all dollys were gone and i barely got 11 out of the 24 blankets i ordered. the 11 i got were just thrown in the back but i'm expected to return them folded which i did anyway.

The line took a very long time to get through at 7:00am. Dropping the trailer off after hours was terrible because the parking lot was so full( prob not your fault). Otherwise everything else was good.

Make sure employees are well trained and can cross train. And take drug tests more often. The young lady that worked there 6/23/22 seemed to be struggling trying to understand instructions. The had poor customer service and ended up modifying my order 3 times and I was unaware of 2 modifications.

After reading reviews, I was optimistically hopeful…, but they exceeded my expectations! There was a wait to get checked in, but once we did, service was good and the truck was great! Only thing I'd change would be not paying mileage like Home Depot offers…, but other than that, it was a good experience!

The trailer door retainers on our 5x8 were very hard to fasten, and one got lodged so firmly that removal required an extreme lifting/pulling force (working at an odd angle, behind door!) to disengage it, taking probably 10m of fooling around with various tools and manual moves. I would highly recommend careful inspection and repair of all such faulty units on your fleet of trailers. Additionally, the sales counter might want to offer the customer an accessory jack to facilitate temporary parking of these trailers, since the tongue weight otherwise prohibits disconnecting the trailer without unloading it.

At this location, for the second time I've occurred a late return. This time I asked the procedure on how to return the trailer and was told to just drop it off in the area I picked up. I had a e-alert that needed from a late return, which was paid for and just needed to be cleared apparently. I dropped the trailer off @ 10:42pm in the location I picked up (by shop door). The next day @ 11:47am I get confirmation they received the trailer. My invoice showed a late charge. So I called customer service and was told I needed to check in online during After hours. Now it's clear, I needed to check in online during a return. I was never told this both times. Definitely my fault for not digging deeper but definitely could have been explained better. Especially since I was there for 45 mins because the manager was no where to be found to fill the cash drawer because it was apparently empty. So I never got my 3 dollars, I had to be at my designation since I was already late. Terrible experience overall.

Maybe put a disclaimer on your website to more clearly state the rented equipment is first come first serve. Instead of calling someone, 48 hours before they move, while they're 3 states away on a work trip to tell them the equipment they need to move their stuff simply won't be available. Should I send Uhaul the receipt for the Utility Dolly and furniture dollys I had to buy at 8 am during the move the next day?

The location I went to rent equipment took my reservation but my order was then transferred to another location due to equipment availability within the local market. I do not understand why U-Haul didn't just transfer the equipment to the location where the reservation was made?

Front desk was rude. Truck was dirty. Had almost no gas. Were given a $40 credit. Gas to fill up was $160. Reserved a dolly and was told they're first come first served. No one showed us which truck was ours. Truck overheated 250 miles into our trip and we were stranded in 103 heat with 113 degree heat index with 2 dogs for over 6 hours.

The keys for our truck were lost (by Uhaul) so after waiting outside for about 40 mins they gave us a different truck. I also reserved online with the truck a dolly and moving pads. They were not supplied. After returning to the store for them we were told they were out, they were "first come first serve" dispite having had reserved them almost a week in advance. I was also, at that time, made aware when I had checked in previously that they knew they were out and did not inform me of this. While they refuned the items, they did not give a discount or apology for the 2 hours of inconvenience this all caused, especially since those were the 2 cooler hours of the day. I am very dissatisfied and will not be using this Uhaul again, nor will the family that helped me move.

The process to acquire the truck assigned to me was a little clunky. I did the mobile pick up option and the truck was blocked in by other trucks, so they had to reassign another truck to me. Other than that the process was easy.

The staff behind the desk is totally unprofessional. We waiting in line to get our truck for 13 minutes while she was on phone with someone in the back who was putting on hitch, they were going back and forth over the part number for the hitch while we snd 5 other customers waited. Then when it was our turn we waited whole she snd another women discussed/joked back and forth over Walky talky. What should have taken no more than 5 minutes to pick our reserved truck took 35 minutes.

When I arrived the office was still open. I checked in online and went to drop off the key. The tag on my key was cracked when I picked it up from Jake's farm in Loveland, CO and broke in the process of moving. When I handed my key to the woman behind the counter she looked at me with a sneer on her face and asked “What's this?” When I told her the tag was cracked when I picked up the truck she rolled her eyes at me. The gentleman working next to her intervene d and asked me where I parked the truck and thanked me. I know how busy Uhaul is right now and I turned my truck in 2 days early, clean, and blankets folded. I did NOT appreciate how I was treated by the woman behind the counter.

Very very confused. They had two parking lots with U-Haul‘s. I dropped mine off and almost 48 hours later they were calling to ask where my U-Haul was. I turned the keys in and dropped it off in the parking lot after hours. Very unorganized. I do not care for this location and will not be using this location ever again.

When I went to get into the truck the caution light was on and reading the tire pressure was low. I contacted an employee and they said they will just fill the tire with air. I said no, that I was driving it to Dallas Tx. and not going to worry about the tire light coming on later. They finally got me another truck. But all were very professional about it.

CSR didn't walk around the truck w us, to verify everything was suppose to be as she stated at the counter. They stated that it was suppose to have a 1/2 a tank of gas in it. There wasn't. It was barely over a 1/4 tank of fuel. Lazy customer service.

Horrible service. Waited in line for 60 mins to get the truck even though I was completely checked in online. I was 30 mins early for a 4 hour truck reservation, then she said I had to bring it back in 3 hours because of the long wait to get it. Then they stole about $20 of gas from me, saying it was 7/8 full but it turned out to be 5/8 full. with one checker and 20 people in line i could not go back and fight with them. do you think the employees are pumping the extra gas into their own vehicles, or is your company systemically cheating their customers? I am putting a negative blog about my experience on Next Door.com to the neighboring 47 neighborhoods around this locations. Subpar, and fraud.

Picking up was a breeze and dropping off was quick. Thank you as we all have very busy schedules when renting a truck. We rearrange our schedules to acomodate. Once we return rental we have to jump back on our busy schedules. Keeping in sync can be difficult. This is why it is important to make a rental quickly in and out.

The young man checking me out told me that there was less than a 1/4 of a tank of gas and if I put 1/4 tank of gas in I would be reimbursed $12. That did not happen after I put gas in.

There was miscommunication between the guys outside and the lady in the store. She stated someone would bring me my keys but no one did. Finally after standing by the truck for 15 minutes someone asked me if I needed help. The first time I was extended my rental truck reservation I did not get an email or text confirmation. The online service is great and customer service is good. However in store help needs improvement.
