Just an old truck. Creaky noisy and pulled super to the right. Not an enjoyable ride at all. Mirror stuck in a bad place. Loacation and employees were a 10/10. truck handling was a 2/10Carl S.

Sales associate needs to explain to customers on why they charge you more when you reservation online gives you different total. I felt like I was a Nuisance for asking questions . Check in was a bit confusing. No regular Dollie's available. A utility dolly was given,Which I've never used, and it was far too heavy and not usable by my crew. I also got a different rolling thing all in hopes that it would make up for not having a regular dolly and we ended up not using either and renting a dolly elsewhere. Disappointing.Adriana M.

We reserved a truck online and were given a subtotal, but upon pick up there was an extra free that wasn't on the initial receipt. The tank was also just under a 1/4 tank of gas.Joseph F.
I marked yes for the equipment clean and we'll maintained but it was mediocre. I had a family emergency making my equipment return late. When I called to explain this to the staff member who answered the phone was not helpful and came across as rude when I explained that it would take me almost if not a full hour to get to the rental location due to living in a town that is a minimum of 45 miles away. I did my return using the website just so I did not have to deal with the people working there more than necessary.Nevolin M.
According to the mechanic--who had to come out to look at the Uhaul-- the Uhaul had electrical issues. So when it broke down in the middle of the turn lane, I had to wait Five hours waiting for Uhaul to respond to calls. AND when I called the drop off store on grant, they HUNG UP ON ME when I asked to speak to the manager. Never again.Karina M.

I put 26 miles on the truck, put 3.5 gallons of gas in but you still charged me $25 for gas. How bad is your gas mileage or is this just a cheat on fees? Your assumption on a half a tank of gas is questionable. I will refrain from using uhaul again.Timothy S.

The attendant who rented the vehicle, and the attendant who received the vehicle on return were both very professional and caring, and made me feel welcome as a customer: They were â€œrealâ€ and not just going through the motions. The pick experience was very poor (at best)- His name badge was turned over so I couldn't see it. I was super polite, as I'm a retired CEO that now flips houses and we stage our homes from our warehouse of furniture, hence the need for a 26' truck. The return experience was awesome! You can look up your associate that handled the return. What a truly wonderful person. Personable, kind and positive. He is, in my opinion, a leadership candidate. I will continue to use this location for my rental needs- as it's convenient, but I want you to know who is great, and who is not so great. Honest feedbackâ€¦ Thank youScott W.

I ended up returning after hours. I did not know that I needed to complete the check-in steps while I was at the location. I don't fault the UHaul person who rented the truck to me; I may not have been listening. Please note this in bold and highlighted, first thing on the email. The staff at the location were great, checked it in, and did not charge me. I am a repeat customer. I always rent from this location, but the area is sketchy and I would not necessarily do a night drop again. I was returning early so that UHaul would have the truck to rent again if needed early the next morning. It all worked out OK.Dorothy B.

Not only did I stand in line for about a half hour because other employees that were at location were ignorant to the fact a line was forming in the very lobby they work. Then when I asked if the truck had Pads and a Dolly (because I would need them for my trip )in the back they said it did. Silly me not to check other peoples work because when I got to location no pads or dolly was in the truck.Michael M.
I was originally scheduled to have a hitch installed for a 9:30 AM appointment only for that appointment to be changed without my input to 8 AM the same day. When I contacted U-Haul customer service they saw the mistake and attributed it to the manager wanting to leave by 11 AM and said that if I was able to get there before 9am they would be able to install the hitch. After being there for two hours, the promised time for the hitch install, no one had even pulled my car around or showed any sign of progress. When I went back into the office to see if they were actually going to install the hitch, it was clear that they were overwhelmed with customers and there was no way they would install that day. When I had brought in my car, I was the only customer inside, but by 1030, it was clear they were overwhelmed. I wish that they would have installed the hitch closer to my arrival time considering the manager had wanted to leave work by 11. I will never go to this location nor recommend this service from U-Haul. With the combination of adjusting my appointment time without my awareness, me accommodating this new time change by leaving ASAP, and the clear lack of care or consideration of my time has made me extremely disappointed.Marco P.
I reserved a 26 ft truck and confirmed that it would be at this location or another location I. Tucson on April 20 to pick up. There was no 26 ft truck there. I was given a 20 ft truck. After loading full I had to rent a trailer that was still not sufficient. Then I had to rent a storage unit for my remaining items and was not able to bring them on my move. I moved to Iowa and will now have to fly back, rent another truck ( which will never be uhaul again) and make the drive all the way to Iowa again. I will be contacting an attorney if I do not get some monetary compensation for this disaster.James B.
Guaranteed reservation means nothing. Speedway location had nothing to rent and sent me to Grant location. The only tow dolly had a defective light on one side. The light fixture fell off during use somewhere on I10. Very poor service. Will use someone else next time.John V.

I first went to your Speedway and Craycroft location. The young guy behind the counter told me I didn't have the correct electrical connector to connect the trailer's wiring. I told him I had rented from U-Haul before and that I had both the Female 6 pin and the mail 4 pin on my 2018 F-150. He asid I didn't. that they would have to Jenk on together and if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. I knew he was wrong, but by then I decided I wasn't going to pay someone to be rude to me, so I left and went to the Grant and Dodge location and had no problem renting the proper trailer with the 4 pin standard connector. This young person had no name badge on and looked like a high school senior. It was very disappointing to be so rudely treated. Other than that I had a great experience and the trailer was in very good condition with no problems all the way down to Benson and Back.don P.

This location does not secure there cargo at the End of there visit and they pass over the charges of there cargo on to the renter. They also failed to provide a check out text for a after hours drop and I was forced to wait nearly an hour in one of the sketchiest parts of Seattle. They text your personal phone and harass you. I'm sorry but there are better dealers you can work with in the area. Skip this location and visit elsewhere. Charlie is a scam artist and the front desk clerk is not helpfulâ€¦ on her phone and focused on her dog that's in office.MICHAEL S.
