I disinfect the steering wheel. When I wiped it down the wipes were dirty. I think with pandemic, I feel the inside of the trucks should be wiped down before renting. But overall the customer service was great.

The staff members were very professional and helpful, no complaints about them. The van we rented shook uncontrollably above 45 mph, so we were forced to drive 30 mph under the speed limit on the highway. I let them know and they said they were unaware of the problem. The steering wheel was grimy and the whole cab felt dirty. The driver's seat had a large rip. The low tire pressure light was on the whole time (they said it was the sensor). Really disappointed with the quality of the van we rented. It should feel clean and be properly serviced before renting it out to someone.

Warning: If you need a vehicle for 4 hours, rent it for the maximum time anyway. Otherwise you will get charged for a whole day, including the costs of insurance. If you leave anything in the vehicle, don't expect to get it back. They are too busy to be bothered with finding lost items, and won't even confirm your report of lost or damaged items, despite the insurance you buy. If you try to get service during busy times of day, be prepared to be treated like an annoyance, and told to leave despite not having met your needs. I have had great service here in the past, but today was one of the most humiliating and frustrating experiences I have had in a long time. I felt totally disrespected and discounted, and I doubt they even care that they will be losing the $1000 in business I was giving them before today. Watch yourself with these guys. They are sharks, and they do bite.

The checkout person lacked customer service skills and was rude and condescending. Her delivery was robotic and she showed an inability to adapt to client concerns. I have rented 4 trucks and 2 rental units in the past month. Every one I have encountered has been pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately, the nasty person at the Grant Road location leaves a poor impression.

Everyone i delt with was very nice and helpful. The truck i used drove great. The issue i had the person I dropped the truck off to said he would make sure it got corrected. Which was someone before I used it smoked in it and it stunk bad. Other then that a very great experience I would recommend pick up location along with drop off location to anyone. That's for hiring people with great customer service skills

Not provide out vehicles that overheat or with other mechanical issues. Increased the length of my trip by a 2-3 hours needing to pullover or drive under 50 mph. Unacceptable.

We were very nervous about our move. It was the first time we were driving a truck let along towing a transport. Alex at Al's towing explained everything to us and made us very comfortable. He's great!

I don't remember the techs name that rented the equipment to me but he went over and above to rent me the car transport . I own my own business and I know what great customer service is . You should hold on to him he's a great employee . PS your system was not working 100% and he still tried several times until it got accepted . Thank you

This location, though further than we thought it would be due to the size of truck we needed, was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions, which was reassuring.

Trail was clean, but could use a paint job. The forward top right light was burnt out. Manager who checked me out made sure the trail was connected and had the right hitch mount and equipment to operate the trail lights.

Well I'm military and there's no discount on using a truck I needed a couch and a bed I've been sleeping on an inflatable mattress and I thought it would be great and cheap. little did I know there was not a whole lot of options I paid about 102$ no biggie but highly inconvenient for a truck that smelled like a bag of hot trash. It smelled like 13 kittens were born inside the truck and cat hair everywhere pretty Gross but it got me to where I needed to be. Over all not the worst experience and I'm not here to go "oh my God no discount I serve this country" honestly its not like that but if it was like 40 cents a mile or like 20 off it really would've helped out im a lower enlisted. contrary to popular belief we don't make a lot of money despite yall seeing young airmen riding around in new trucks. Sorry if I caused any inconvenience and having someone clean out the cat hair in the dodge ram.

Very little. The trailer was a godsend as my friend was given 4 days to clear out his deceased mother's home and it would have been impossible without it. As it was we had nearly a whole day extra for us to sort out her possessions to give to people who needed them, as she had wished.

"Mobile" equipment pickup process was clunky and time consuming. Going inside the office would have been smoother and faster. Process required an alternate contact, and was explained as necessary in case of a 'late return'; instead the agent called my contact when we were attempting pickup to verify my identity. As they had no idea the call was a coming, and did not know the number, they did not answer, and we stood in the parking lot while the agent repeatedly made the call without letting me know what was happening. This is inefficient, and inappropriate.

I really cannot think of anything on this trip that needs improvement. The van was just what we needed, and the customer service was excellent. Always a pleasure to work with the crew there.

This truck was rented for a 2000 plus mile trip. In anticipation of this trip I inspected the wiper blades on both sides of windshield and they were torn. These were replaced at my expense. Additionally the oil level was down nearly a quart and I added some as well. This should have been addressed prior to rental.

i was told if i dropped the keys in the key box i would not get charged for the second day but unfortunately i was charged for 2 days even though i had the truck for less than an hour. i also filled the truck up with gas to full and was also charged for 3 gallons of gas. i was overall extremely dissatisfied.

Service in-person and over the phone was quick and efficient. Most everyone was wearing a mask — except for the worker who surveyed the vehicle to check it back in upon returning it. It was helpful to have the reservation info online (but i wish the website offered a little more context with the online check-in/transferred over the info that was inputted on the reservation confirmation page). Glad there was confirmation of receipt both via paper format and digitally. Wish the 10-foot truck had a ramp. Overall, great rate and service 👍🏽

Sales staff tried to give me a dirty vehicle parked in a way I couldn't access. i asked for a diifferent one and went under predicted miles and was overcharged for fuel when i returned the vehicle.

The gentleman who checked me in had been working outside and didn't remember to put on his mask. I had to ask him to do so when he needed me to approach him. He did so immediately but please remind your employees that wearing mask protects your customers and themselves.

I was late picking up my truck and they gave it away. No where on the web sight or when I spoke to a representative was I ever told that there was X amount a time before they give your RESERVATION away.That the whole point of the reservation. They new that it was busy and I had no choice to rent from them. The truck also had wood, debris, and a sticky yellow liquid all over the inside of the box. Compared to all my other experiences with Uhaul this was the worst. The people were nice though.
