Parking lot was a cluster and barely any room to leave the truck when dropping it off. I also got charged $12 for the gas tank being just below what it was when I got it. It was probably slightly below because of the amount of time I spent trying to figure out how to park in the overcrowded lot.

I WORKED WITH MATT AND HE IS BY FAR THE BEST U-HAUL PERSON I HAVE EVER WORKED WORTH. QUICK ON THE COMPUTER, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HOOKED UP THE TRAILER IN NO TIME. U-HAUL IS LUCKY TO HAVE MATT.

Was very disappointed that a "daily rental" that I asked for was not really a day, it was 8 hrs. I was forced to return the vehicle the same afternoon, losing two full hours of work time, and required to rent an additional vehicle to finish our work. When I returned the second vehicle, that I should not have had to pay for, the first vehicle that was forced to return early, was still sitting where I parked it. Was ridiculous experience that will affect if I ever rent from U-haul again.

Upon arrival I was given a dozen blankets that weren't folded and was told its okay if I didn't fold them. But to avoid an accidental service charge I folded them anyways when I dropped the truck off after hours this morning. I used the electronic return option on the website to return the truck. I noticed there wasn't a key drop off box that was advertised on the website. I walked around the building multiple times. Without clear instruction on where to return the keys i locked them inside the vehicle on the drivers seat. Knowing they should have spares for each vehicle. I reccomend this facility to provide more clear instructions on key returns to avoid other concerned customers. Overal truck operated terrific.

I was pleased with this location but my overall experience with Uhaul was miserable! They didn't have my reservation from 3 weeks prior, then they changed my truck and location 2 times, the last time as I was driving to go get my truck 20 minutes before my pickup time. They were rude and did not provide good customer service to try and fix the mistakes they had made.

When I arrived at store 33310, I was told that I had to drive more than 20 miles one way to pick up the equipment because it was at a different location. The identical unit was "spoken for." ...even though I had confirmation for 33310. After leaving, just about as pissed of as I've ever been, when we get to the Garrison and Jewel location I'm told that we can't return it to store 33310, it has to be returned to the same location. @#$&!?!!!!!! U-haul owes me 80 miles of mileage and two hours of my time, and that certainly isn't cheap. Bottom line, I'll NEVER rent ANYTHING from u-haul again. Too many other options where I've NEVER had to deal with such bullshit.

There was no drop box for keys at this location. I looked for the orange key-drop box that was pictured in the instructions and walked around the building at least three times. I have dropped vehicles off at this location after hours before and I had no problem because I was able to find the key drop box every time. This time, I could not find the box and I was not going to come back tomorrow, so I took the keys off of the key ring and took the tag off of the keyring and I stuffed them all through a crack in the front door and they landed on the floor inside the building right in front of the entrance.

I reserved a ten ft. box truck over the internet last Wednesday. I received an email confirmation from U Haul. When I arrived at the location to get the truck the employee there could not find a reservation for me anywhere. I needed a truck and none the size I needed was available anywhere. The only truck available was a large van. I grudgingly accepted that. Using the van instead of the requested box truck required three trips as opposed to one as planned. The store employee was extremely polite and as accommodating as possible. The van was ok for what it was, but not what was requested, or needed. Store and employee great. Uhaul's system and follow up ...totally unsatisfactory. I think I'll try Ryder next time.

I told the person who was there that we did not have all of the supplies that we had prepaid for. He said he would note it and that I was good to leave. Also, it looked like I was charged for an extra day. We had snow here in Colorado and it slowed me down this morning. When I looked on the rental email, it only said it was due back today, and it did not have a time. So, I did not call to let them know. If there would have been a time in the email, I would have brought it back last night in the snow storm. Last thing. Not sure if there is someplace else to note this, so I will do it here. The air conditioning was not working during the majority of the trip from Indiana to Colorado. It made for a very hot trip and I would like to talk to someone about getting 10% off our total for the multiple inconviences.

We were moved to this place because there was no truck where we were supposed to pick one up and we found out when we got there at our appointed time. There also no pads that we had ordered and paid for so we had to go to another place to get them but we made it in time for our loaders

Originally reserved to pick trailer up in Fairplay, CO. Lived near Buena Vista so already going 45 minutes away Arrived to get the trailer but none available. Local “dealer” was not helpful. Just stated UHaul had “screwed me.” Spent nearly an hour in phone with UHaul to solve issue then had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to Lakewood to get a trailer then drag the trailer back up the mountain. Told they have the right to change the pickup location but a call in advance would have been nice. Got comped $50 for my inconvenience which didn't cover the gas. However the actual UHaul store in Lakewood was great and helped me get quickly back on my way. Trailer was better than expected as we moved to California.

The employee did not wear a mask. I asked him about his mask and he said it was in the wash; however, my husband had been to this location a couple of days before and the same person was not wearing a mask. I had to let him back my car into a spot for the trailer I was returning as it was quite tight. I was not happy he did not have a mask and I did not have an extra. It is required in Colorado for everyone to wear a mask in public. Please require your employees to wear masks it helps to decrease the spread of Covid 19.

The locations I visited were not the problem. What was awful was the whole reservation system And the fact you can't talk to anyone at the location you are working with. The reservation system focuses to much on upselling other services and you lose track of the reservation. It is information overload. I also had to wait 2x for more than 10 minutes to have someone basically take a message to call me back and I never received a call back. VERY Frustrating!

As it turned out the reservation was for the truck not the location. We had to go clear across the city from our east suburb to a west suburb, and after going back home and loading, we then had to go to a different city south of us for the tow dolly. The clerk there said it was up to us to figure out how to load the car. The strap was stuck and took a half hour to untangle. A friend came and helped us load the car. Nightmare for a single woman and mom. We won't be using Uhaul for the second major part of our move.

The gentleman at the location was very nice and very accommodating. He was by himself however, and was very busy. He really could have used another person to assist. The truck could have been cleaner. The console was sticky where someone had spilled a drink and we had to clean it before putting anything on/in it. The truck itself seemed to be well maintained. We didn't encounter any problems with it.

My contract says that my MI rate would be .29 per mile but when I brought the truck back the rate became .59 per mile. I had it out for 5 days and returned it on the 6th. I did not get the reduced rate for having it for the whole week.
