From the person who answered the phone and was so helpful in finding an a available truck for me on such a busy weekend, to the gentlemen who helped me return the truck and check out in less than 5 minutes.... everyone was above and beyond kind, efficient and professional. Online software is a nightmare and ruined the trip! I didn't want to create an account. Then you require a security code. But if you get the code and come back to enter it, the page automatically reloads and you need a new security code. It's a glitch that wasted an hour of my time, frustrated too because it was to check in early, which apparently isn't even necessary. Never will I use Uhaul again!

guys at the store were great, however the phone people - we ordered and had confirmed a 20' truck. The location didn't have one, they had no idea why they would have confirmed a 20ft. We took a 15 foot that was available and it worked. however the internet and phone service doesn't seem to get the data right all that often

Car dolly was badly damaged. Although it was functional, it was in very poor condition. The fenders are cracked, scuffed up and broken. Then driving down the road the fenders flap in the wind and banged agents the vehicle I was towing.

I setup my reservation two weeks in advance online. Went to pickup my truck but the app didn't work so I spent 45 minutes in line waiting to get a truck and was worried I'd get a fee for returning the truck late because my reservation was for 8:00am even though I didn't get the truck until 8:45-8:50am. Staff was very good but this experience was terrible.

Location condition was fine. What I really didn't appreciate is Uhaul letting me reserve a trailer at a location near me then changing my reservation to a different one 30 miles away the night before. If I reserve sone thing it should stay reserved, calling customer service was completely useless as I was told they couldn't do anything except cancel the reservation. Dismally bad system

Gas levels are a scam, I had a 11 mile trip, upon return I had to put in more than 5 gallons to get a level on the gauge high enough not to incur a $30 maintenance charge! BS!

Previous Truck Renter returned the truck I was scheduled to use 2 TWO HOURS behind schedule in turn ruining my moving timeline. I had to make due, but did want to let y'all know. Staff at location were very helpful and courteous given this event.

I rent from here frequently and whether it's short notice or not I've never had a problem. Equipment was clean and ready to go and we were on our way in minutes. Thanks :)

Things were perfect until the end when I returned the truck. The employe that helped me( without glasses)threw a fit because I paid in the beginning a "deposit " of $100 in cash. He told the other employee there to stop taking cash for paymentsfrom now on from customers and if they didnt have a credit card they could go somewhere else. He then told me there would be a 15 minute wait for my receipt, which was wrong. He called the help line, and continued with a very unprofessional manner twards me. Told the other employee to give him what I was owed back from my deposit and told me if I wanted a receipt I would have to wait 3 hours. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Everyone at the counter just seemed mad that they were there. Not a very inviting experience. And when I brought the truck back, the "open" sign was flashing and the inside lights were on. So I pull into the equipment return area and there is a sign that say to turn the motor off and just wait with the vehicle, somone would be out shortly. So as I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for somone, I get out and walk up to the front door and everything is off and the doors are locked. Somone is behind the counter but he will not look up. I just get the overall vibe that no one here likes their job. When and if I need another moving truck, I think I will give budget truck rental a shot

I have no idea of the name of the individual who I interacted with, but he was ridiculously rude and extremely short with me. He was clearly annoyed with my trying to return the trailer and angrily slammed things around while he condensendingly told me where the "proper" area was to turn equipment in. He was extremely animated while taking the trailer off my vehicle and made me feel as if it was a huge inconvenience that he had to be bothered with my return. It was very disappointing after having experienced such amazing customer service in Virginia.

I usually have issues with customer service and overall service but this location really impressed me, it was my first time at this one and will definitely be coming back to this one, my reserved equipment was ready to go and waiting for me, i was in and out of there in no time, they showed professionalism and attentiveness to my questions great job.

When we picked up our equipment we were told they did not have blankets or the hand truck we reserved. We were then told we could maybe have 6 blankets and on continuing to discuss my disappointment magically came up with 12 but no hand truck. We were sent to another location where we were told they would have a hand truck for us when we got there that he would message them to make sure but they only had one and it was reserved. I did not argue because i would expect if I reserved something they would have it for me. The gentleman who handled are check in was not apologetic about not having the equipment he just said hey we ran out! Very disappointed!
