Politely asked if I would move the trailer over a space and guided me moving it over. He said he would move it if I didn't feel comfortable doing it.... the way it is supposed to happen. I have been charged for an extra day but I assume we will get that straightened out.

Please provide additional customer service training for the support staff. The young gentleman who manages vehicle cleaning needs a bit more understanding of customer service. The Front Desk gentleman who process the order request was great.

LaQuon took my reservation in person at Falls Rd, very helpful and personable. A different man checked me in on. Pick up day- also helpful and efficient . When I returned the van it was very busy- someone came right to my van and very efficiently asked a few questions and I was able to leave quickly. Received my receipt( less than I expected!) just a few hours later. Will definitely use again and frequently as I deliver furniture to home less folks moving into there first apartment!

Just like championship weekend when you rent from uhaul you get championship service,vehicles and prices. Damian and his all-pro staff tackle the competition and sack them with grit of a gridiron warrior. There halftime show has to be seen to be believed. And the vehicles are in super bowl condition which means the best. So blitz by traffic ,catch a hail mail ride, run to daylight any way you can and get over and rent from your championship team at uhaul. So if you get the team to chant U-h-a-u-l!! You may get tickets to the uhaul bowl next year.. ( if one actually exists).. now omaha!! Go uhaul wide right dbl slant..!!

This is by far one of the worst locations to rent a uhaul. First of all, I rented a 15 inch truck and was given a dub. There's no way they're allowing consumers to pull off of the lot in something that the transmission is running up in. I immediately returned that truck in exchange for another 15 inch that rode a little better but was also jerking a lot like the first one I had and returned. The young man that did the exchange never made any corrections on my account regarding the exchange as he stated he would which made my return a bit more confusing for the next shift of employees because they had no idea what was going on. There's a lot of inexperienced young people here. You try calling the Falls Road location directly and you'll reach customer service not the actual location and customer service is just dumb as a doorknob so please don't waste your time with them. UHAUL GET IT TOGETHER OR YOU WILL LOSE CONSUMERS SUPPORT. There's no way to speak to a manger, this company is just all wrong.

Nowadays it's hard to count on alot. But the one consistent thing is consistency at uhaul. 3 C' s: Customer Service- always putting customer first,explaining and getting you in and out fast. Care: they care about the workplace condition of equipment always clean and working Concern: they listen to what you need the equipment for.. offer the best vehicle and extras at a fair price. Nowadays that service is priceless. Well done!!

The young woman who helped us in the morning was smart, competent, articulate and friendly and should definitely be commended for her work. We didn't have as many questions when returning the truck as we did when picking it up, but the young man who helped us in the afternoon was also efficient and very polite.

I would never use this service again. I had to go in the location when I was supposed to be able to do mobile check in. The first van was stuck in ice and had to be replaced. The cost was higher than my estimate even though I correctly estimated my mileage. I'm extremely disappointed.

The associates at this location were very understanding and helpful - thank goodness for them! The app... Well, would've likely have been great if it actually had worked properly...

The check engine light came on while driving less than ten miles and then the truck broke down after delivery and wouldn't start and I had to turn it on by rolling it forward in neutral.

Self-Service app was confusing to gain access. Recommend creating/registering for acct at pickup. Also, the app did not allow the upload of pics, just a live photo taking.

The location was complicated to navigate within, and there was no staff or signage to assist when three trucks were being returned apparently at the same time. I also have yet to receive a receipt for the charges, which are higher than anticipated, and I would like to see what the breakdown was since I have already been charged.

You overcharged me. You charged me for 150 miles more than I used. We only drove 506 miles and you charge us for 676 miles.

The photos of the vehicle were not up to date. I had to take pictures and point out several areas of very noticeable damage that were present during my inspection.

I was alarmed to see an employee was not wearing a mask at the desk when I went in to drop off my key. Another staff member (who was appropriately masked) was talking with him within 6 feet of him, and therefore at risk of exposure. I stopped at the door and asked the unmasked staff member to pull up his mask, which he did, but only covering his mouth. He did not cover his nose. When I got to the desk, he tapped on the plexiglass and said that it was enough. That is not scientifically correct, because the primary purpose of plexiglass barriers is to prevent droplet transmission. They do nothing to protect anyone from airborne transmission. Even if COVID were not an airborne illness, the other employee would still be at risk, because the primary purpose of a cloth mask is for source control, not to actually filter the air that the wearer breathes in. Hundreds of thousands of people have died in the US from COVID. Over 9 million have contracted it. The best way we have to prevent more spread is by wearing masks correctly and consistently. Please educate and train your employees properly on this topic.
