Horrible, horrible experience. I spent 30 mins on the phone with uhaul the day before my pickup confirming i could get the vehicle without issue. Arrive at 7am for my pickup, spent 20 mins going through the obnoxious heck-in process in the freezing cold in a very unsafe area. Just to find out that management failed to supply a code so I could access the key for the truck after checking in. I called customer support but they kept on hanging up/rerouting me to closed departments or just menu prompts. I waited over 1.5 hours on hold before giving up. Basically they ruined my entire day and rental experience due to their inability to do their jobs properly.

The trucks rear compartment had not been cleaned. Someone had been smoking in it and left ashes.

Trailer was not serviced as door would open only with great difficulty. Staff was very friendly and otherwise helpful. Obviously no one had checked trailer before sending out the door. One light was out on bumper.

Keep people away from 830 Wadsworth Blvd.... I called this guy Mark phone number 720-429-7052 talk to him about some advice about that location he said he had to get to his laptop he would call me back in just a minute well that a minute never came never bother calling me back that is really good customer service I do not recommend you haul I will probably never use them again Only thing I wanted was to get my daughters car home so I can work on it over the weekend

Don’t give customers trucks with check engine lights that break down. It’s against Colorado DOT laws for rental locations and not at all safe

On check in, there were two ladies working the check in, one with a broken arm. We stood there for a few minutes waiting to be helped before I queried for assistance. The answer I got was, “you do it online”. The lady with the broken arm attempted to help. All in all, it took over 20-minutes to check in, when we were the only customers. When we asked about upgrading to a larger truck sitting outside, we were told no. After returning a few hours later and the end of the day, it was still there. Great location for convenience, but the agent did not provide any service, which is contrary to previous experiences with U-haul. I’m sure just a one off...

No walk around on the vehicle, I had to stop and purchase wiper blades as there were none on the truck. The truck is out of alignment at 55mph. I would not recommend U-Haul in the future. I will use budget or Penske

The mobile service needs a lot of improvement. Your FAQ doesn't offer any tips or advice. You need to explicitly state how this works and what the customer needs to do. Poor execution and very confusing. Even the owner of the store couldn't explain. I would not recommend that part of your service until you work out the process and clearly describe steps in documentation.

Only issue experienced was the van still had snow and ice on the windshield a day and a half after it had snowed. So I spent rental time clearing the snow and ice to make the van driveable and after clearing it I discovered the windshield wipers had been removed to prevent theft and I had to go back into the office to get a pair of wipers to install after a brief wait.

I am very frustrated. I left my work keys in the cup holder and I was not called or told that they were there. I called 3 times on Sunday morning at 9 am and I was pretty much blown off. The man who answered the phone said " hey boss, I don't have your keys and I just rented your truck" I was floored. I told him I needed to come and check. There are very important keys to 10 locations. It was my mistake but I tried so hard to resolved it ASAP.

So this location was good and but there were a lot of problems with uhaul all together. I started with trying to rent an auto transport at about 11am and I didn’t actually get the reservation in until I went to another location at about 4:45pm. I kept getting the international server was down on the phone and it wasn’t possible to actually put in a time for reservation so someone would call back by 6 pm that day. (That call actually didn’t happen until the following Monday.) Aside from being on the phone with uhaul for three hours, which most of that time was spent on hold I also ended up having to go to three separate locations. After finally getting a reservation we showed up and the guy refused to rent to us unless I bought another 40 dollar part that is only sold by uhaul. (Found this out after going to multiple car parts stores to find the part. The person who was helping to haul is a mechanic and he said the part was unnecessary.) On top of that, the technician was extremely rude. Needless to say we ended up going to a second uhaul location that had TWO auto transports, but we were unable to use them because they were both broken. So the gentlemen was very kind and helped us look for another store that had one. It took a while because apparently they were out across the entire state and that includes out of the Denver area. We went to this location and the gentleman here was very kind as well. He informed us from the start though that the machine was not working and there was a very large chance that the transaction would not go through due to the same problem they were having online with the server being down. Fortunately and after literally five hours of trying to get this thing it finally went through for a reservation at 4:45pm. We had the auto transport finally and it worked well, but when I tried to check it in online it was telling me that there was nothing rented so I couldn’t check it back in. which resulted in getting checked in the next day cause you guys are closed on Sundays (cause who moves on a Sunday, right?) and got charged an extra fee. The people who actually helped were great, but there were only two employees out of ten that actually helped. Its not to say they weren’t nice except for the guy who refused to give it to us. They just weren’t helpful.

This is far from being corrected based on a short review. Trust me. Let's just say a story shared by the manager about a uhaul returned with 7gal of blood in it is bad enough. To go further to educate me that if all the iron was extracted it would take 1000 gals of blood to make one sword. WHOA? Yeah, ok psycho....can I be on my way now. Jesus help this store.

This location was great. Staff was great too. Not happy with U-Haul over all. I ordered a one way truck and found out the day of pickup that were wasn’t any trucks available. Had to change to a local rental which cost me an extra $100.00 dollars.??

Associate at this location was OK, but I was told I would not be charged a extra day, since I was just a over an hour late returning. When I was charged for the late fee, I contacted Lyvonne Riggs, who was not very helpful. However, I eventually called customer service, Jasmine Quash, an E-Customer Service Agent who refunded the late fee and was very friendly.
