Had nothing but issues with Uhaul and our move. Reservation was cancelled without warning, equipment was not reserve-able over the phone which cause me to loose it in the 2 mile trip to the location, equipment that was expected was lost because mechanic could not install taillight properly which caused us to have to get an open utility trailer instead of an enclosed 5' X 8'.

We were a bit late to pick up our 15' reserved truck and with no warning at all, our reservation was cancelled and we were stuck with a 10' truck all weekend for our move which caused us to have to rent a utility trailer and make additional trips. Include a courtesy call before you are to loose your reservation!

I have used Del Monte Uhaul exclusively for local moves, and now a coast to coast move. They have NEVER given me anything but AMAZING service and have always gone above and beyond for me and anyone I have referred to them. They are the best in town!

The Manger was great on installing my bicycle Yakama bicycle rack. He was a lot of help in showing how to lock and remove as I had no directions for process. ????

People here needs better customer service and better attitude, it would help to have someone checking in people and for returns. I’m not mad but it upsets me because it is such a convenient location with lots of potential to have lazy people working here.

I choose this location because they have available size 15 truck,I reserved online a size 15 truck. Upon going to UHAUL I was told that they don’t an available 15 size truck. I was very surprised to hear it because online on this location that they have, I checked their parking lot and there’s 3 trucks that are size 15. The employee helping was surprised to hear it. Then she proceed to tell me that I can use a truck 15 size but I have to return the truck at 7:30Am the next day because her manager is going to use that specific that I’m going to rent, the employee said her manager is using the truck to go to Fresno. I was was very surprised that I was being rushed to return the truck at 7:30Am, I came to pick up the rental around 4:00Pm on 10/10/19, then I was told to return it on 10/11/10 at 7:30Am, that’s even less than a 24Hr period. And aside from that, I ask for a price adjustment of my rate because of the short amount of time that was given to me for renting the truck because their manager is going to use it?????????? Anyway, my request was not granted. I called early Am of 10/11/19 around 7:44A, it them a long time to answer the phone and the person that answered the phone was rude with her approach and not helpful at all. I’m disappointed with the service I received from them. They need to do better than that. It’s customer satisfaction!!! I always go to Valero Gas Station in Soquel, Ca and the owner there is very nice and always give a great service. Thank you. Mae Angelo

Clean trucks on the outside and make sure the operate at 100%. The truck I rented #JH2782A Had no power and was dirty outside all around. The steering was very loose and felt unsafe. Tires where retreads and look like they where ready to come unglued.

This location is exceptional all respects. It has a highly competent, knowledgeable , customer oriented manager ( Alfredo) who talks highly of his own company and clearly inspires the colleagues under his leadership.This is a fair and is refreshing well run company. You have my loyalty and respect!

The truck didn’t have any windshield washer fluid in it. You should check the fluids in the vehicles before renting.

I want to know where the switch to turn on the emergency lights are! I looked everywhere inside and could NOT locate it; I parked twice on the street and I really needed them to let other drivers, I was loading; I wish little information like that given to us. But; everyone was super nice and knowledgeable when I asked questions and yeah I forgot this one ?? thank you

I was greeting/acknowledged even though they were not ready to help me yet. I always appreciate that . I needed to extend my time and it ended up being possible. I was given clear return timeline instructions that I would have missed since I didn't intend to keep overnight. That was really appreciated too. The return was so simple.

I booked a reservation 7 months in advance. I was late to my reservation by 30 minutes. Your policy to re rent a vehicle that was booked by credit card without even a call to confirm if I still wanted the vehicle should be investigated. A simple call or as I thought like any agreement with a credit card that if I do not pick up I am charged as if had rented. Either of this would make sense as sometimes for reasons beyond control a person can be late. Very bad spicy from a customer who rents about 10 times a year.

This is the 3rd time over a period of approx. month that my pickup location has been changed with this than 24 hours notice. Additionally, the last 2 locations incurred a 30-80 mile round trip to pick up trailer. I would appreciate a call back to discuss 831-207-0879. Rick Champion

I had the worst experience with UHaul. They made my order wrong, were days late, never responded to my concerns, and would hang up on me on almost every call.

The staff recommended someone who could move my uboxes to my place for unloading. It saved me a lot of time and money to not have to unload at Uhaul.

Poor promises made and then unfulfilled until pressured. Finally received my UBox today 8/24 from 7/28. Repeatedly charged for service not received. The managers finally got billing and box to me.

Fantastic Location. After many messy and unresolved issues from the originating location, the store manager Alfredo went out of the norms of typical customer service to ensure everything was fixed.

I had a terrible experience with the company uhaul about a ubox but this facility and general manager Alfredo made me so much happier! He called me and couldnt apologize enough for my other experience
