Truck storage area had some kind of sugary drink spill in it. Had to clean that. Uhaul changed my pick up location to this one which was not convenient. Then I couldn't use the pick up app for some reason so had to wait in line. Took way longer than it should have. When I asked why my 10ft truck wasn't available they told me for one way rentals they never give a 10 ft truck out. If that is the case then Uhaul should not have that as an option for one way rentals. I have had my pick up and/or drop off location changed by Uhaul on 7 of the last 8 rentals I did.Christopher N.
Unfortunately when they installed my Uhaul hitch and wiring it was never checked to verify that the wiring worked. So when I went to get the trailer they won't let me take it out since the lights didn't work. Due to other vehicles there being worked on it took until the end of the day to fix this and I had to get the trailer the next day. The next day everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Truck was miss firing , their was a lock on the door on the rear of the truck causing me a two hour delay and the air conditioner stop working on the trucklawrence H.
If the trailer breaks down while In transit. Record your conversation with the drop off location stating that they understand that the trailer broke down. And that record all of your phone conversations with uhaul (everything,) they will most definitely claim that the trailer was never dropped off. Which will cause you to have a massive headache later with U-Haul as they expect the trailer that they already collected from the side of the road after it broke down because the axle was rusted. Truck I reserved was given away to person in front of me because they were there first. Sent to another location which ultimately increased mileage and cost which Uhaul was not willing to cover and would not allow me to return equipment to my original pick up location stating they would charge me for wrongful destination even though Uhaul caused a wrongful pickup location. There were German Cockroaches in the storage compartment of the truck, crawling all over the walls. Whoever last moved with it must have had an infestation and nobody bothered to clean the vehicle properly. Also they forgot my hand truck and it took 3 of them to do one reservation. I wouldn't recommend the location because the experience with the staff was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered at a business location. Poor customer service, very rude, cursing on the phone, amongst many many other issues. Would love a call from the Corporate Office so that I can explain the situation. I personally would want to know what was happening at my store that reflects my overall business brand and persona. We move around the country every 3-6 months and have been doing this for the last 10 years. After this experience we will never go to another Uhaul for moving and rental services ever again.Erran G.

I was charged for two days and only had the truck for 4 hours 15 minutes. This was my worse uhaul experience ever. I explained to the employee that someone was driving off with the initial truck that I was assigned and HERS was a 2-day rental. The employee stated to just "click" the blue statement about not finding the truck and another would be assigned. Well...here we are now. I've been charged double. I called customer service...no refund! Beware!!! They charged me 250.00 for a 19.00 truck! BEWARE!!!Jennifer W.
The store closed earlier than 800 PM and when called the first time a female answered and said we are closed and slammed the phone down. The second time a male answered and did the same thing. I saw people smoking in the office and knocked on the window and was waved off. After I unhitched the trailer and was getting into my truck a guy came out. We booked an appt for a 10 ft truck a month ago for a one way rental. The morning of our reservation, we received a call from this location informing us that they had no 10 ft trucks. They directed is to another location. We went up that location to pick up our truck, and could not pickup because the office was closed. We spent an hour on hold with customer service only for them to tell us that the location we were at did NOT do one way rentals!!! They told us to go back to the original location we booked at. They said there were several 10 ft trucks, and had no idea why were were told otherwise. We wasted 2 hours dealing with this. We will not use uhaul again!Emily H.

I originally scheduled my pickup for April 2, 2022, but when I got there, I was told they did not have any trucks to rent. She said rentals on that day (Spring Break) was on a first come first serve basis! Even though I had a reservation! So, I rescheduled for April 4.
