Good customer service
STEVE LHow about you not try to rip your customers off.. or you can better get start by not overcharging your customers after they've already paid for rental.. I would never recommend you all to anyone or for any reason.. I told him to go to enterprise.... Because you know what you won't get ripped off and you will get what you pay for.. instead of getting overcharged and having to dispute the charges for the next 30 days.. this is turned into an absolute debacle.. I have to say your business practices to the consumer are tyrannical... You guys have one of the worst customer service I've ever seen.. you do not value your consumer or your constituents.. next time I find out someone is moving I will do my very best to make sure they never rent from U-Haul.. because you guys are a f****** rip-off. How do you go to sleep at night knowing you guys rip off your customers and take hard-working people's money. Your mission statement goes against what your current business practices are.. if I were the owner I would definitely look into my mission statement and revise it. Because you have a guys have completely dropped the ball .This complete disgrace to your own mission statement.
Andre DThere was only one employee, the general manager, working that facility. It was an impossible task. Although I rated my overall experience as average, the effort put in by your general manager was above and beyond what is expected of him. His personal rating would be EXCELLENT. He deserves a raise or at least lunch.

Hector MCompletely disrespectful, also they charge $218 for 30 miles and now an extra charge of $26 . I called the support number and they don’t know what’s the charge for . This is a really bad location to rent anything.
Manuel RCheyenne and Matthew were GREAT!! Both were very helpful.... Both were very professional!!! Both were trained very well on on how to do their jobs.... Which caught me off guard because this generation of kids don't give a fuck about ANYTHING!!! I RECOMMEND IMMEDIATE PROMOTIONS AND PAY RAISES FOR BOTH!!!

Joseph OThe nice guy that took my réservation was there when i returned this a.m. to pick up the truck. I believe his name was Quinten and he was kind and professional and definetly a positive employee for that location! I ended up only needing the truck I got today for 3 hours and love that store, the location and staff always kind. Give them all a raise, especially Quinten cuz he made me smile both visits during à very difficult time for us.
Scott PMatthew who handled us at pick up was rude. Took other people ahead of us when we were clearly there first. One person even told him we were there first and he told her he didn’t care. We rent trucks and trailers a lot, never treated this rudely. Trailer we rented was not. He led before we took it. They literally took it off a car returning it and gave it to us WILL not use this location again!!!!

HARDY HThe only problem I had was dropping off. I called the Lee Road location thinking it was where I picked up from since it was a crossroad. I had no idea there were other U-hauls within a few miles of each other. The gentleman was really nice, but he never once looked me up in the system to let me know I was calling the wrong location when I was going to be 30 minutes late. He insisted I bring the truck back the next day because he was at Bike Week. I've been calling to try and speak to the general manager at the Winter Park location on Orlando Ave.

Yolanda BWe reserved a cargo van 3 weeks in advance at Altamonte Springs. They changed our pickup location the day before our move day to a location farther away, resulting in more road time and and mileage cost. Winter Springs provided an almost new cargo van - the equipment was great, but the location was not ideal.

Robert FNot the fault of the location but the location was a complete mess when I showed up to pick up on my pick up day to pick up a 6 x12 trailer. Numerous recently returned box trucks were blocking the pick up area and had not be logged in and moved. I went inside to the counter and they checked me in. No problem. I then went out to pick up and have my trailer hooked up and my assigned trailer was apparently still blocked by the unchecked U-haul block trucks. So they asked that I pull my vehicle around to the other side of the lot and bottom line had me sitting in my vehicle in the middle of the side street blocking traffic while they hooked me up to a different trailer then what my paper work showed. The whole thing a personal injury attorney easy victory. When I received the text on my cell phone and was asked to verify the license plate it was a traile with a different license plate then what my paperwork showed. When I asked why they said "don't worry about it. we swapped the trailer for a different trailer. you are good to go." Thereafter the software also locked me out from uploading pictures. In summary, I have been a longtime longtime U-Haul customer without incident and this was the worst. Also could have been hit by traffic in the side street while they were hooking up the different trailer.
scott mThere is no one to answer phone at the location. You are switched to U-Haul main office. They were missing a connection to finish the job and the plug in for electrical was strapped to under side of hitch. I will have to finish the job .

JOHNCARLOS UMatthew at the front desk kept requesting numbers for friends of mine stating he needed that information in case I did not return the trailer I rented. He then called them asking if I was who I said I was. It was a very uncomfortable experience and the questions he asked were inappropriate. I felt violated and will never rent from this location again.

Patricia PI just wanted to say the location was amazing. What I am NOT happy about is the fact that U-Haul as a corporation sent me an email tell me I had to check my truck back in or they would check it in for a fee of $20.00. I paid for the truck rental, I paid for the mileage, WHY should have I have to check in back in. WHY should have I have to take 5 mins of my time, running around the truck, taking pictures, and answering a bunch of questions. If this is the case then I shouldn't have to the pay the same amount. This is NOTHING more than trying to better your bottom line. Last time I will rent from U-Haul to many other place and options for about the same price. I didn't sign up for a self service option.
