Easy fast! Hassle freeeeee!

David GThe only Issue I experienced was almost beign charge miles I had not put on the vehicle. I had to explain the error to avoid being charged a high amount than what I needed to pay. Overall it was a good experience.

Jerrid SThe first time I arrived I waited for more than 15 minutes to be helped, then when Emmanuel helped me he told me they had no pick up trucks available. He never mentioned that they had cargo vans available for the same rental price. I went home and looked it up on U Haul.com and reserved a van and then had to go back. When I went back I waited over a half hour to be helped. I was never greeted. This location seems to be under staffed and the staff are not friendly and welcoming. I will never go back here.

Charolyn JTons of hidden fees - how is it possible I spent 375 to drive to Santa Ana and back. I was penalized for not filling up the gas at a tank that wasn’t even full to begin with. Wild. 10/10 won’t be doing again. The people were nice - the experience was terrible.

Noemi CWaited one hour to get truck and trailer. I was second in line when I went to the store. No other persons were waiting to get their items outside in the yard. The counter tech was nice and friendly. I saw two techs outside getting item moved in and out. I would rate this as poor customer service

Ana RI’ve rented a uhaul before in another state years ago & was never asked to provide two contacts. It seem a lot like discrimination. My identification, address & bank information are on file 🤔? Yeah, discrimination like I said.

M EWhen I picked up the vehicle I had more than an extra quarter of tank in gas extra cuz I went to the gas station and usually I receive credit for that and the worker said no. It’s an added bonus for uhaul to have so much more gas as a lot of times I get the vehicle with barely any gas.

He took our call when we were stranded and told us to bring the truck in (we were able to drive the truck the .7 miles to the location bc Roadside Assistance took way too long and we were in a bad part of town) and he got us a new truck immediately. We unloaded and reloaded and we were off...

Cynthia ASome of the older containers the wood doors were falling apart and someone used security screws to hold them together. This was done after pick up in Hemet. We needed to locate a secuity tool driver to remove the screws when the boxes were delivered to Maricopa. Your staff experience and excellent 👌 the best!!!

Alice AU-Haul has no ideal what is going on. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I had a reservation for Sat. morning at the location in Banning, CA. U-Haul calls me about 8:30 and tells me they don't have a car transport and I need to choose another place. She gave me several locations, not in my area I ask about San Bernardino or Riverside Ca. She said Riverside location had them and gave me a reservation number. I show up at the location, there are 4 setting in the lot, go in and was told in didn't have a reservation, i show him my phone with the information, counter person said I didn't have a reservation and his were book. I said I know 1 is for me. I didn't get 1 however he did sent me to the location on Spruce, Picked up a transporter, I'm picking up the car and U-Haul calls and wanted to know why I didn't show up at the Banning Ca location, they had a transported for me. ?????? I explained to the lady I already had a transporter that U-Haul send me allover the place to pickup She couldn't understannd that. U-Haul needs to get their auto call center (which sucks) repaired/redone. Spruce was OK, would I recommend U-Haul............NO!
Randy AThe uhaul corporate office booked a storage unit but the Spruce office had no record of my reservation. It was very stressful but they were able help me nonetheless. Also, there seemed to be only one person available to help me and there were a lot of customers there so it took way longer than it should have.

mark R | Overall ExperienceI was given a broken storage unit that was only able to close using the uhaul side to lock. I was unable to use the lever to pull the unit open and was not easily accessible. When I did pick up my belongings - most of my things had mice feces. I only used the storage for 4 weeks and was very unhappy with service and most times a U-Haul truck or trailer was in front of my unit making it unavailable most visits. I don’t believe I will reccomend or use U-Haul services again.

He is clearly dedicated to his position there at U-Haul = pleasant, courteous & professional. As he was walking in front of me to unlock the U-Haul lock off my storage unit…I noticed Ed reaching down and pulling out a weed. I was impressed. Thank you for everything.
