I went in looking for a tow dolley for my 2011 Charger. I was told I had to use a trailer. I agreed and rented one. Towed my Charger home and when I went to back it off the trailer it snagged on front lip of trailer and ripped front bumper cover off. Drop off location said I should have used blocks under front tires! No one at rental location told me their trailer was not suitable for towing a car with nor warned about potential problem or using blocks. None of that was discussed or supplied.

I had to go to a second facility to get my Uhaul they were amazing there. I had to relocate from the first place I went to because they didnt have the truck I rented ready for move. But like I said the second place took care of me and I really appreciate it I should have went there to begin

In town moving should allow more than 60 miles. Moving from one town to another that is 40 miles away and then having to move between apartments, not enough miles for the cost.

Didnt think I should have been charged for an extra day when my return time was 10am and I arrived at 10:05 and had to wait in line for the employee to check me in. They texted at 9:45 to ask if I was returning it and I responded I was on my way there. Three others were returning trailers and trucks all at the same time and all arrived at the same time. I have rented there several times. I'm sure when I picked up the Van I didn't leave the lot at exactly 10:00am that was simply the time I gave them when I reserved the vehicle.

Thanks to all the staff I believe they make a good u haul team being a mover 4 over 30 years I've rented a few u hauls in my time and have encountered many different u haul teams and the team at Landa are one of the best I've done business with kudos to them the team is compiled with an awesome mixer of seasoned and youthful team members for that strength 👍👍

I did not like that the truck had the dolly and moving blankets tied to the truck. This limited the space in the truck, and due to them being near the door, made it more difficult to load larger items.

The signage for drop off was a little confusing, but the gentleman working the counter helped unhook the trailer and roll it where it needed to go.

When picking up the vehicle the gas was marked on the contract at 5/8 of a tank. As soon as I left the lot the guage dropped to just above 1/2 tank. Upon returning the vehicle I filled tank to 5/8 tank but received an additional charge for gas and more miles even though I returned the vehicle more than 1 hour early. Fix your gas guage and document mileage accurately.

Person who helped me seemed bothered I was renting a tow dolly. Receipt say his name was Justin in case that’s not him, it was the bald guy. He was rude, I asked him how the return process works, being that the business will not be open when I return the dolly, he just responded with “go on the website.” He then proceeded with telling me I put down the wrong hitch type… and started arguing with me. Very unprofessional, you’re the “expert” here buddy, if you would like to refuse my rental due to not having the right setup than by all means refuse the rental but don’t treat people with disrespect. Horrible service.

You need to make sure the drop off location is still an active business. After emptying the trailer I drove around for 30 minutes and couldn’t find the location listed for drop off. I then call the number listed and it wasn’t working either. Luckily I found a different location and was able to drop off there without any extra fees.

The gentleman who checked me in was rude, condescending and incompetent. When I returned the trailer, he told me I took the wrong one, but when I reminded him that he checked me out and connected it himself, he changed his story, took my paperwork, crumpled it, and said he’ll fix it and that it was the other guy who switched it in the system. Will definitely find a different location next time.

Truck was not ready when I went to pick dispite being booked a day in advance. They didn’t even know I was on the schedule, then after returning the vehicle I received a $20 discount which was one mileage instead of the 50$ Guarantee if truck is not available. One guy Aiden was really nice and tried to help up out with the bad situation but the other employees were horrible and I will never rent from here again and my family won’t either because they witnessed the horrible customer service and were shocked just as well. They were just fine with the way they conducted business dispite any wrong doing on their part.
