Need to provide a customer waiting area. Maybe include TV, coffee, and some comfortable chairs. The inside looks like a storage room. Very cluttered! I was encouraged to walk a mile to Starbucks. I was told the job would take less than 3 hours. I walked a mile to McDonald's and the Uhaul staff drove there. They took their lunch break instead of working on my car which made the job go longer than 3 hours. When I returned, I heard horseplay and careless "oops" moments while installing my hitch. Upon inspection, I noticed that the hitch had major scrape marks. Obviously dropped on the concrete or the under carriage. I questioned why the wires were hanging out and pinched from my hatch door and not located down by the hitch. The manager said that's normal. Long day.

The customer service rep insisted I take the insurance , I explained that I rent from uhaul just over 1 time a month and I have NNN insurance that a specifically set up with my insurance agent after speaking to uhaul to make sure we got the correct coverage. Showing him the insurance wasn't enough I than had to call my insurance company wait on hold and when I got thru he had to hear my insurance company say the insurance covered the uhaul. I ended up leaving with the uhaul about 245 for my 1 pm pick up time and still had to return the uhaul 1 pm the next day , I was charged for a 24 hour rental but only allowed to use it for roughly 22 hours

Missy BTank was not full when I picked it up. I put over $10 in before return. Hard to hit the exact amount to make sure you are not charged for gas. I went under the number of miles I estimated (less than 20). I didn't get charged for gas. :) The young man that was there was gracious and patient. He had a line going out the door when I was to pick up my truck. He was really helpful during check out AND return of the truck. He needs a raise!!

Henk VIt took almost 3 hours to install the hitch when they said it would be around an hour. There is no waiting area so I had to sit in a chair with all the boxes and packing materials. I’m also very disappointed that the wiring doesn’t have a connector outside where the hitch is. The wiring is stuffed in the spare tire compartment. For the price I paid for that wiring I expected and external connector.

Judy DOverall I would recommend this location. He did sell me a usb connector because I needed to charge my phone and was told the truck did not have one. Well, it had 2. It was only a few dollars, but I didn’t need to spend the money. He was very friendly.
