Uhaul Employee was nice and knowledgeable about the equipment, trailers, etc. Will recommend this location to other because they have many trailers, trucks, and any equipment that you may need. Good service!!!

I reserved a pickup truck and was given a 15' moving truck. I had no need for such a large vehicle and wasn't given an option of anything besides cancelling my reservation. Customer service was exceptional but I was a bit dismayed with the lack of notifications after having been moved from my original location to one further from my desired pick-up spot due to the pick up I requested not being available at location #1. It also wasn't available at location #2.

The cab was noisier than it should have been as everything in it seemed to rattle. The overhead door of the box was hard to open and close.

BRANDON CUTLERHad to wait 40 minutes even though I had a scheduled appointment. I traveled from Overland Park, KS to Chandler, AZ and they gave me a 20' vehicle which had over 75,600 miles on it. There were many times where I did not think the truck was going to make it for the long haul.

Laurie AcevedoThe truck blows visible smoke from the exhaust pipe, which means it's burning oil so the piston rings may need to be checked. It's an older model that has been well used with the bare bones cabin. Is it well maintained? It runs...lacks power... When you ask if it's clean does that mean did I see the team members service the truck cab interior with a leaf blower? Then yes. The price increase from .79¢/mile in January to $1.09/mile yesterday was a bit jarring as it's 38% increase in less than a month's time from my last rental. Understand that prices fluctuate based on your demand, or whims, but your truck rentals aren't exclusive to KC. I'll be looking into alternative rentals in the future. Budget, Penske and City Truck all come to mind.
Tom RookerThe guy who hooked up the trailer I rented was great. Seth is his name I think. My truck light hook up did not check out and he quickly and systematically checked and cleaned the internal wiring harness connection.

TIM GRABERI thought it was going to cost @$30 but ended up being 2x that amount. I had the truck for 1 hour and about 20 miles. Fees, mileage, etc., was not disclosed until final charges at the rental location. RIPPED OFF!!! Ridiculous!
Deborah SmithI was suppose to get self pick up. I never received a code for the lock to pick up my key for the truck. I had to sit for an hour for them to open the door. It was Sunday and they did not open until 9 am. That was why I wanted self pick up. But it did not work that way.

Derek LottWhen I arrived there were no employees in the location. When someone appeared a few minutes later, she was literally watching tiktok videos on her phone while checking me in. The truck they brought around for me had the check engine light on and the engine was making a terrible grinding noise. I had to go back into the location and ask for a new truck as I did not trust that the truck would make it to my home. They were able to give me a different truck.
Megan GerwickThe equipment functioned well but had a terrible odor in the cabin (smoke and body odor) and the check engine light remained on the entire time. I’ve used this location several times and this was the first time the equipment was subpar—it functioned well, but a subpar experience using it.
