The office changed my drop-off location without my consent causing me significant time and cost issues when I arrived at my destination. I have copies of my original reservation with my choice of drop off location if anyone would like confirmation. The truck could not get above 73 miles-per-hour even though the highways I was on had 75 and 85 MPH allowed.

Pick up time was scheduled for 7am when the store opens. Had to sit and wait for 30 minutes in the parking lot for an employee to show up to work. Moving is terrible enough without losing 30 minutes of loading time.

Staff member that checked out the truck to me could have been friendlier. Also would have preferred some leniency with extending the original 1 day rental for an extra 5 hours instead of being charged for an entire day, especially considering we had to move in the middle of a winter storm Saturday night through Sunday. That was brutal. 26' truck itself was sluggish. Tires weren't the best for the snow. Back end slid out a few times. Staff member when I returned the truck killed it! Very nice and understanding.

The first truck I was giving had the oil light on and about 1/8 of gas. They told me it was running but was not. Tried to start it but it would'nt. The person behind the counter was rude and short to the point.

I'd charge at $20 a day at the least! Your furniture dolly needs bigger tires for going up steps. Staff was very very courteous.

Auto transport trailer was covered in dry mud and the ratcheting part of the wheel tie downs, on both sides, barely function. I had already been sent to a different location with a trailer reserved, only to get there and find that the trailer doesn't exist. Almost another hour of driving to get here and had no choice but to use it. U-Haul, please repair and replace parts that are needed for safety.

Your mobile check-in process is tedious and a total waste of time....way too many steps and wayyyy too slow. Got stuck when it was trying to ask me to add a friend/employer/lease information. You shouldn't even offer this if this is the experience. The lady at the rental counter checked me in quickly and was very friendly.

What really impressed me about this location were two employees. Their names are Amber and Jay. Both went out of their way to assist me with my request and needs. Both were knowledgeable and valued my time. You need to give these two employees additional compensation to insure that they will stay at your location.

She had removed the snow and warmed the van and had it loaded with blankets for us . It didn't take us my time at all to get on the road. Your employee was so pleasant and nice.

I tried to check the truck in at 5 pm because I was told I would be charged an extra $20 for turning it in when closed. I was turned away. The mobile app did not work correctly and I had to keep starting over again. I was charged the wrong amount of miles even though I went directly to my location in Lakewood. It took me over 25 minutes to complete the process in 30 degree weather. It was a horrible experience!!! The employee should be retrained in customer service and app should be updated! Customer service was not the best. We felt like an inconvenience coming in as the guy at the front desk stayed looking at his phone when we walked in and said I'll meet you out there, The gentleman who unhooked our trailer essentially ripped the cords out of our truck as we were trying to help unhook the dolly. I understand being at work is not fun, but hardly communicating and not letting us know the trailer is fine and we're all good to go just basic service would have been helpful.

Not much room to park the 26" truck, might be tricky for someone not used to driving large vehicles. Was also really hard to find the key drop off, kind of hidden around the corner of the front door.

Answer the phone when someone calls, and tell customers when there is known damage to the vehicle. I wanted a cargo van because it's easy to load from the back and the side, but the side door handle was broken off.

I ordered an appliance Dolly online to go with the trailer. It was available online but when I got to the store they didn't have one. I had to drive to another store for the dolly and they charged me more than the online price.

First of all, let's start with Mr. J the one who help me very rude. It smells like pot and coughing and everything well in the middle of our conversation didn't explain much told me one certain price of $37 and before you know it I got available over $100, the truck smell like urine was not even clean got back in a timely manner right by 8 o'clock that I had stated I have till 830 when I got back new property was closed. I was never told that it would be so I had to do the return by myself, which I was never told I needed to quite dark on property so I couldn't even see what I was doing. Thank God for the light of my phone. It was just not a good experience for me and I thought it would be being in a nicer neighborhood, I just don't know how people like that could be working for you he was in his shiny Mustang with doors, wide-open and thinking he was the shit outside didn't come to help me until 15 to 20 minutes later after I finally called him and I thought he was helping a customer, but he was outside, listening to music and getting high just a total experience that was completely horrific you need to get people who are more professional and start cleaning your trucks a little bit more and be more explanatory because I went from a small bill to over $100 bill. Just not happy with the situation. What could I do? Obviously I need the truck, so hopefully things will be fixed but next time I will go elsewhere. .

I reserved a truck with appliance dolly 3 days in advance. Upon pickup I was told the appliance dolly wasn't available but I could get one from another Uhaul location. I requested he call that location to confirm they had one available. He said they have 11. I asked if they were open until 5pm as well as the location I was getting the truck from and he said yes. Upon arrival to the 2nd store, I found they were closed. Also the truck I was given had 1/4 tank of gas - I wasn't sure that it would be enough for my round trip. I went straight back to the original location. I explained the problem and asked for an open location where I could get a truck and appliance dolly. I was told I'd have to pay for the truck first and then make new arrangements at a different location! I refused to pay for a truck I couldn't use for the job, no appliance dolly. He said since I drove it off the lot, I had to pay. I stated I drove it off the lot because he sent me. I asked who I needed to talk to to cancel the res without charge. He went in a back room, made a call and my card wasn't charged. I went straight over to Home Depot, got a brand new truck with a full tank of gas and an appliance dolly on the spot. It cost a little less as well. I won't use UHaul again. Very disappointed.

The truck cab smelled like stale marijuana. The attendant was friendly at pick up. Then at return stated I did not fill the tank to the proper line, I think she may need her eyes tested.

Uhaul system was down and there was only one employee on duty. She was doing a great job given the circumstances but not impressed with uhaul or franchisee. I had to wait 50 minutes to get my rental. If I billed my time uhaul should be paying me.

I rented a Van for my move, there were transmission issues, left tail light & turn signal didn't work and the heat smelled terrible. The GAS mileage was HORRIBLE. I did n't drive that van far at all nor am I a crazy driver and it sucked more than a 1/4 tank....that had everything to do with the transmission and that is not UHaul standards. I made 8 round trips that totaled 32 miles of city driving and over a 1/4 tank....please have a real mechanic take car of this vehicle. I did call, the young lady was very helpful in assisting me. I also, got a call from the store upon completion of my move and with all the items listed above there were kind enough to cover the cost of the rental with a little left over. Overall, the van did its job with a struggle and customer service was very good. Will I rent from UHAUL again....I am hesitant to say the least.

The truck I rented was filthy. Smelled like trash, had bugs and broken parts. I was charged an additional charge after returning the truck and I don't even know what for. I will no longer rent for uhaul. There are other companies that do the same with better equipment.

The vehicle itself was filthy both inside (cigarette ash, trash, other direct) and out (dirt). The vehicle also had 9 miles left of gas when I picked it up. I understand a quarter tank, but next to E is unacceptable.

I just dropped off here, so there wasn't much interaction with the staff, but once the staff member got in my previously rented vehicle to park it in the lot, he drove the back of the truck right into another UHAUL trailer in the lot. Not my problem, but I wouldn't exactly trust this staff member to take care of the equipment you're renting based off of this one simple task being fumbled so badly and potentially damaging the trailer.
