MICHELE CPick up of equipment was fine but drop off of equipment was horrible,there were 2 individuals in the office that refused to check equipment in,I was told they be right out 3 times and finally on the third inquiry about receiving equipment he said just leave it where it is and was extremely rude to myself and my wife. I will never use this u haul in the future. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

Kyra CI reserved a truck for 6am with self checkout at the Fife location. I was called and the location was changed to this location. I arrived at 6am. All 10x15 trucks were blocked by other trucks. I was not provided a link for self checkout. I called customer service and waited on hold for 15 minutes for a rude lady to tell me I was mistaken and needed to change my tone. All I said was I had people waiting and this was not a mistake on my part. She hung up. I called back and was on hold when the morning employee, Josh at the location showed at 6:45. Wonderful kid. He confirmed my reservation was at 6am and self checkout. He even checked my Uhaul email and texted….no self check out sent. Then he, as quickly as possible, had to move three trucks to get my rental and got me on my way. This poor review is for the reservation system and the terrible customer service agent on the phone. The kid who arrived to this mess should get an award.
Keith LThe truck was obviously not checked before being rented out again. My son found a partial loaf of bread stuffed between the seats. The truck died on me once, and had a hard time starting another time. Wasn't worth the money!
John BHorrible experience, I was overcharged nobody was able to help me nobody ever answers the phone at that location it's horrible when I return my truck I waited for 45 minutes there was only one person working on a Sunday the line was around the corner I have rented trucks three times from this location and I've always had a bad experience but I go to them because they're convenient for me but I will no longer ever run from this location anymore the employees that they're worthless and they all b**** because people call in all the time and don't show up for their shifts and it always leaves one person in there and they're always too busy they say to answer the phones horrible customer service

Darla GAdam is always great. Manager (black man) is awesome too. Busy location but they always make it happen. I was in a long line while Adam was helping a customer that had a language barrier. He was so incredibly patient and made sure the customer understood everything. Those of us frustrated in line could learn a lesson of grace and patience from Adam. I have closer locations to my home but use this location cause I’ve always had a good experience and in the neighborhood I grew up in.

Edward BGreat location! Always have what I need, their very quick in processing your rental! They explain everything you need to know about fueling, extending the time needed for your rental. Rented from this location 5 times in the last year. Never a problem! You do need to verify that any accessories you've rented are in the truck before you leave though! We had asked for a furniture dolly but they forgot to put one in the truck and we forgot to make sure it was there!

Jose MThere were quite a few issues. We rented a 15 footer- The truck was only a quarter tank full. We opened the back of the truck to start moving things in and we realized the back was completely soaked, like a full puddle. We weren’t even able to use the truck. We went to shit it and the ramp never went back inside and the hatch didn’t lock. This was absolutely the worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. Ended up renting a van from Enterprise.
Taylor CBrayden, the owner, was a gem and really lent a hand. Undid a lot of nonsesense the website added to our order without our knowledge. If I need to rent again, I would feel confident renting here!

BRUNIE AThe employee who helped me was very nice, so I don't want this to reflect poorly on them. But still: the pickup truck I rented was filthy, inside and out. It was also in need of significant repair. The engine died at multiple intersections and would fail to restart immediately (often requiring minutes of pushing the ignition button). It also died at the dump, which caused an embarrassing backup. When I picked the truck up at the UHaul office on Earnest S. Brazill Street I was offered a $20 credit if I returned it to a different location, which I accepted. It wasn't until I returned the truck and paid (which was harrowing, given the engine/electrical issues) that I learned it had recently been stolen and shouldn't have been rented out in the first place (explaining the filth, smell, electrical issues, etc). While I paid only $10 for the rental plus $15 in gas ($25 total), the more I think about it the more angry and unsatisfied I become. Considering the truck had been stolen, was gross and basically inoperable -- and I delivered it to a new location -- I feel like someone should pay me. At the very least, it's hard for me to understand how I was charged. I have rented from UHaul (and this particular location) multiple times in the past. I have a long history of being a good customer and returning equipment appropriately. I will likely reconsider my options in the future based on today's experience, which stinks. I'm disappointed this happened.
